Please be aware that the ATM in the corner (covered by a gray blanket ) will charge you a fee of $2.50 if you withdraw cash . Mind you : the client offers credit card and the older women upfront insist you use their ATM WITH NO FEE. - YES, ATM operators are legally required to disclose fees. Before withdrawing I asked her If I would be charged a fee . ( I don't know her name ) -older women with short dark hair said "No fee". Mind you I am not the only Client who asked this question when told to use the ATM vs our card . This business tries to make an extra dollar every way possible . Even if it means to be dishonest .. So over all I had a good experience here. The only thing that made it 4 stars is the nit picky pricing. I asked the tech to file down my fill nails a tiny bit. I didn't ask for a shape change and just wanted to keep up with the growth. I've never been charged before for asking to file down that little amt before. The environment is very quiet. There's not really relaxing music so I would bring headphones. But the service was good and the staff was all welcoming. read more

Came here for an impromptu pedicure one morning. Sophie took amazing care of me! She set me off with a glass of bubbly and literally thousands of colors to choose from lol she paid so much attention to detail and was extremely thorough! Took special care with each and every step of my pedi. Literally the absolute best pedicure I have ever had! Perfect cuticles and paint and my feet were soft as a newborn leaving out of there. The business is very clean, decorated so cute, and they have the most comfortable pedicure massage chairs! You are offered your choice of beverage as soon as you are seated (water, coffee, tea, lemonade, and even champagne!). Lisa #2 and Ivy, formerly of Sky Nails in Rancho Cucamonga, are now here and they do the best job! I've been going to them both for years. I always love coming here to get a pedicure. I was slightly disappointed with today's service :( I got my normal pedicure that I always get but the service wasn't the same as usual.. I got my toe nails cut and they normally file to even them out but they didn't file this time. They also normally turn the massage chair on they didn't do that this time and they always ask customers if they want a complimentary drink (water, iced tea, etc), this time they didn't. I also usually go in the morning this time I went later in the afternoon so idk maybe that makes a difference? I will continue to go here maybe it was just an off day. read more

So far, my manicures have been very crisp, and nails shaped a meticulous almond shape. Service is quick- I haven't had to wait to be seated even though I've been there Fridays mid afternoon. I came in for a pedicure and was just disappointed I paid for a deluxe pedicure the highest one and felt like the whole massage was rushed I had Trina2 and she was just rushing the whole time. The mask for my legs went on just the top she didn't even rub it all the way just dot dot and rubbed once down then the hot towel went on 5 secs later was wiped off and she rushed off. Went to this place because my sister and her friend that was visiting from out of state found it and wanted a pedicure day. The place is clean and they are pretty busy. The lady I had, Tina (I think; older lady, quiet/not talkative) is good. She made me feel comfortable. I did not mind that she didn't talk to me because I was just there to relax. I give this place a three star only because I feel pedicures should not be $67 that's including the gel. Also my lady did forget that I did upgrade because I upgraded to the one my sister did which was the $55 pedicure and I text my sister " my girl didn't do that." My lady was already prepping my nails, and then had put the gel on my nails, but I think she saw me staring at my sister and texting and then remembered that I had upgraded. Because my sister was getting her foot wrapped in towels and the orange gel or whatever they put your feet in and the massage and everything, I forgot exactly what the $55 one included, but when I looked at the pedicure menu it did seem that she did forget I had upgraded so she did everything like after she had put on the gel. I mean she got it done which is fine but she forgot or she just does things out of order. LoL read more
