My go to place didn't have enough staff so I searched yelp reviews and found this gem. It's going to be my new GO TO place because it hits all the things. So many colors to choose from- regular or gel. They also keep their samples in a huge basked and the "nail swatches" are protected in plastic sleeves and well organized. Super clean facility. The manager was constantly cleaning. I went with the PLATINUM pedicure for $55 and it was wonderfully relaxing and very well done. My nail attendant was super kind and very good. They charge $1 if you use a credit card to pay but you CAN also add a tip. Another plus as far as I'm concerned. read more

1st time here Great Customer Service Salon is very well decorated and most importantly clean. HUGE selection of colors to choose from which is a plus for me . My second visit to this lovely establishment, I initially found it on Google. Tammy has done my toes both times and does an absolutely terrific job, they've looked great both times. This time Helen did my nails and she was quick and efficient, which I personally appreciate immensely. You can't go wrong coming here for all the services they provide. if i could leave 0 stars i would. HORRIBLE experience to say the least. lady completely ruined a brand NEW set and a basic set at that. she was very rude when i asked her if she could fix certain nails insisting they were fine when clearly they were not. i left in disbelief. and to top it off my nails began to pop off 3 DAYS later!! definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

I treated my wife to a day of pampering, and our first stop (after brunch) was Red Ruby Nails. It was our first time visiting this spa, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and seated us right away. They even offered complimentary drinks--my wife enjoyed a glass of champagne while I relaxed with a cold beer. I don't usually get pedicures, but I promised my wife I'd join her this time, and I'm glad I did. We both left feeling amazing! This will definitely be our go-to spot from now on. I've been getting my nails done here for a little while now but won't be going back. Helen typically does my nails. The first time I came in, the service was good. She asked me to give her a help review and I obliged. Ever since then, she continually tells me I need to leave her another yelp review and she wants a google review as well. Well, here's your review Helen. You have a bad attitude and have cut me multiple times. There are way too many nail salons in the area to put with your rude attitude and lack of professionalism. I wouldn't suggest going to this nail salon. read more

Exceptional service!!! I brought in 3 friends with me for mani pedi time (made sure to make an appointment ahead of time) and was attended quickly and with friendly service. Really affordable and patient with requests, I came in for builder gel and a pedicure with a nail reconstruction and they came out amazing!!!. I will definitely be coming back! I wish I could give more stars, but five will have to do! The ladies in this place were so warm and welcoming. I was bummed about nails I had done elsewhere two days okay, but Nancy happily evened them out and changed the color to this beautiful champagne cat eye, and ensured I liked the style before finishing them up. Helen was so sweet and did an excellent job on my pedicure. I couldn't have had a better experience. My mom is also in town for vacation and was helped by both Helen and Tina, and she was incredibly happy with the job they both did. This will definitely be my regular spot going forward. read more

I arrived at 9am right when they opened, I was greeted by Kim she was super sweet from start to finish. I've been to several places for a pedicure and honestly this place takes the win, not only is it 2-3 min away but the service was good she took her time not like other places rushing and giving you a crappy job, no not here, plus I wasn't hassled about getting gel it was what I wanted and that was that. I hate pushy places like that! Well I think I found my new spot. Also Helen was very nice greeted me and offered me a drink it was a good experience. I will be definitely returning !! Today was my mother's birthday and my girlfriend just graduated her nursing program, so I bought them in for Red Ruby Organic Pedicure and Manicure. Everyone here was so friendly and professional, and the price was so much better than I have seen in orange county where I live. They were offered wine to sip on as they relaxed and had their polishing and massages done, and the pedicure even had a massage chair. I think I will have to bring them both back and might even get a treatment for myself. read more

The woman doing my toes was nice. The one star is for her and only her. They don't know how to do gel builders, don't go here if that's what you want. I asked her if she knew how to do them, she tried to say gel x was stronger. Google it. Just Google it. It's a blatant lie and she refused to back down. Gel builders are stronger. The woman who did my nails butchered them and had a good time doing them. She kept deliberately digging the electric file into my cuticles. Several nails are crooked. She didn't even bother cleaning them up. The man at the front desk seemed to take offense for them. In an act of spite, he decided to go around and ask everyone if they wanted water or something to drink. Everyone except me. Again skipping me each time. Then glaring at me from the side. I don't know how this place has managed to maintain such a high rating with this type of service. I began to gray rock towards the end. I went cold. Yes I was upset. She kept stabbing my fingers and getting upset when I asked her to stop. I won't be back here. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

First time here and the service was A+. I was seated immediately and everyone was attentive and helpful. I wanted to try something different from my usual solid color nails and Mindy delivered!! I couldn't decide on a color or style but she was patient and helped me. Everyone was actually really helpful and nice. Very welcoming came in as a walk in and was sat down right away and when I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she checked in every step of the way to ensure I was happy with how they were coming out. She was very gentle as she did my nails is which nice because sometimes people are rough, great attention to detail and didn't feel rushed. My original choice was…read moredip powder, somehow the tech convinced me to get acrylic and gel, supposedly it "lasts longer." After the end result I wish I would of stuck to my original choice and just gone with the dip powder. The photos attached to my review are even after he corrected an issue with the chrome. I left and came back and noticed there was an issue with some nails, some had weird dark spots in certain lighting. When I sat in the chair to correct the chrome issue, I informed him the I also thought the nails were too thick. (He knew from the beginning I was not going to add length) he simply replied "your nail is too short." They were the same length when we started... as a nail tech he should of known maybe the acrylic would of been an issue. Mind you, I already mentioned to him I was unhappy about the thickness... to correct the issue what does he do..... add more thickness... another layer of gel polish, clear coat, chrome and then another clear coat. I understand he was working on another client, but if he would of said can you come back later and I'll fix it, I would have. The more I look at this set, the more upsetting it is... $70 wasted... I can't even remember his name. I wish I did.

I called to make an appointment and was able to make one without any issues. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. We had a bit of a wait because, it was prom. We met our friend from church here as well. My daughter went first since her nails were going to be way more involved. Chloe did her nails and did a fabulous job! They turned out absolutely amazing! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I think one of those pedicure chairs is calling my name!

**Don't waste your time or your time or money!…read more I booked a pedicure and Gel-X full set nearly a month in advance for a 9:30 a.m. appointment. I specifically requested that my pedicure and nails be done at the same time due to time constraints. When I arrived, they did not have a nail technician available for me or another client who also had an appointment. I had to ask for someone to at least start my pedicure. I was assigned to a new technician who struggled to understand my requests. My feet were not properly scrubbed, both big toes had to be repainted because the polish was uneven, and I had to remind her that my service included a massage. The pedicure alone took about an hour and a half. Once another technician became available, she began my Gel-X set. I showed her a photo of the exact design I wanted and specifically asked for silver gems only. She confirmed she could do the design. After completing the ombré base, which was only average at best, she informed me that the gem pricing would be: * Pointer fingers: $20 ($10 per nail) * Ring fingers: $30 ($15 per nail) * Pinkies: $10 ($5 per nail) Although I was shocked by the pricing, I had already been there for over two hours and felt committed to finishing the set, so I agreed. Only then did she tell me she didn't actually have the gems needed for the design she had already agreed to do. I was told to choose a different gem shape, a different color, or a completely different design. When I explained that I had shown the design beforehand and received confirmation that it could be done, the manager came over and told me the photo wasn't from their salon and that they had supposedly run out of the required gems that morning. At that point, I had been there for over three hours and was left with a mediocre pedicure and incomplete nails. I finally decided to leave. As I was leaving, another customer who had been waiting over 30 minutes for her appointment was told they could only do part of her service and that she would need to come back later. She left as well. My biggest issue isn't that they ran out of supplies. Things happen. The problem is the lack of organization, poor communication, questionable skill level, and refusal to take accountability. Clients should not have to spend hours in a salon only to find out halfway through a service that the technician cannot complete the design they agreed to perform. I won't be returning.

I asked for a basic pedicure, and they added extra stuff to take it to the more expensive pedicure. We will never come back and they have lost good customers that pay for good service. Not wanting to be a stereotype because Black people spend our money where we get good service. So they were paid to be forgotten and never recommended again.

Kim did my pedicure and it was extremely sloppy. My cuticles were not cleaned, my toenails were not cut, and the polish application was very poorly done. What upset me most is that the owner clearly knew Kim was not skilled enough to perform a pedicure and did not step in or guide her at all. I'm a cosmetology school graduate, so I completely understand that everyone needs practice. However, Kim is well beyond a "training" stage and should not be providing services without proper skill. She needs to be retrained on basic pedicure fundamentals such as cuticle care, filing, and polish application. It's disappointing that Princess Nails would allow someone to perform pedicures knowing they are not qualified. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I showed a picture of round in case she didn't understand and, she said it was too short to make round, how is that even possible? Also, they grind your nails so far down they thin out... I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)
