We met our friend from church here as well. My daughter went first since her nails were going to be way more involved. Chloe did her nails and did a fabulous job! They turned out absolutely amazing! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I think one of those pedicure chairs is calling my name!

When I arrived they sat me down and told me they can still do both my mani and pedi. That was so nice of them. I know they didn't have to do that. Luckily I'm very easy and simple so it didn't take long to do what I needed but it was very happy they were able to do both services. You cannot go wrong with Helen , Sophie or Tammy Susie and Sophie and Tammy are excellent with feet Helen , Tammy Sophie are excellent with hands Throughout the process they will ask, if you like it to make sure that you are happy. You are true client of theirs not a cattle call. They are consistent . It's a very comfortable setting and not alot of chatter so you can relax. Love going here for my manicure and pedicures! Soon as I walk in I don't have to wait. They ask me to sit anywhere I would like to. Of course I go to the pedicure chair to relax and I'm asked if I would like anything to drink water, lemonade, etc. I love that I can pick the color from a book instead of a basket of the same colors. I get my nails dipped and their selection of color is just beautiful. I'm always happy with the results and always get compliments on my nails. I type a lot for work so whenever I need to get my manicure I don't have to worry about their hours because they are open 7 days a week. Everyone is really nice, respectful, and friendly. This is one of the best nail salons in upland! It's a beautiful and clean place with comfy seating. They offer you drinks like lemonade, iced tea, and even have champagne! My pedicure was amazing even for getting a basic package she performed a callus treatment and even a sugar scrub! This is my first time getting gel x nails and I'm so thankful for the recommendation! my second time coming here, everyone is super welcoming. My nails always last a long time. I would do powder dip at other places and in like a week my nails would start breaking, but here they last and look beautiful for a long time. The lady that did my nails was a joy to be around and i love her sense of humor. She also takes her time and makes sure you are well ok through the process. This is the 5th nail salon I've tried in the Upland/Claremont areas in the last 2 years and it is hands down the best. I couldn't find anyone to properly do my acrylics until Helen. The quality is fantastic for the money. I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes past my appointment time, which if you're a busy mom is a huge deal. I would wait 30-40 minutes past my appointment time at other salons for lesser quality and/or more money. The shop is very clean and everyone is nice as can be as well. read more

I left a tip too but I won't be back to this location unless the lady's husband does them again. They have great customer service I just feel I didn't receive the same treatment and quality as last time. I hate to leave this review but I'm just so irritated by this. Some of us really look forward to treating ourselves.

I showed up a bit earlier than my appointment and they were happy to take me about 5-10 mins after showing up. The lady who helped me worked quick, but I feel like she did a great job for what I asked for.

Terrible never coming back again, went in for a soak off and I asked before starting the service…read morehow much would it be and they told me $17 and I told them that was a good price and she agreed, once we finished the service and I went to pay she said total $21 and I said why if you said $17 in the beginning and 2 of them started yelling no she say $21 I heard, I paid but it's very upsetting they tell you one price and charge you a different price.
