A place I once loved is no longer the same. This spot is now poorly ran by new management and lacks customer service skills, integrity, and cleanliness. I used to be a regular here, coming once every few weeks. I attempted to still support after Tonya left but I can't do it anymore. Today I stopped in for a polish change and they were extremely short staffed for a Friday and sent me away. I had called ahead but they told me they were "very busy." That was a lie. They were just short staffed. There's too many better places in the area to return my business back here again. read more

I found a new favorite nail salon! They offer dip, which has become my favorite alternative to acrylic and gel. I love this place! The prices are good and they can always do the designs I ask for. It is a small shop so it's always good to call ahead to check if they're busy but they do take walk ins. I even broke my nail one time and they fixed it for free. The people are are friendly and do a great job. read more

Called last minute and they fit me in. I had an appointment at 4:30pm and they saw me right away. I didn't have to sit there for 15-20 mins past my appointment time, which was very refreshing. I got a gel pedicure which came out great. They did callus remover and actually got all the dead skin off. I got gel-x nails (which I've never done before) and I love them! They turned out SO nice and they aren't damaging to your real nails. This was my first time trying this place (due to all the other good reviews) and I will definitely be back! Walk in with my friend on Thursday 1/18/24 at about 2pm. There was no one in the the salon. We let the only two nail techs there know what we wanted. I wanted gel nails with a set of tips because my natural nails are short. My friend wanted a fill on her dip powder. They seat us and the nails tech starts working on prepping my nails and then says she can't do my friends nails because she has a client at 2:30p. (Why prep mine and have the other lady prep my friends nails then?) So I ask why and she says because the lady working on prepping my friends nails is allergic to acrylic and dip powder and can no longer do that. I was annoyed but said I would swap out because my friend had an event the next night and wanted her fill. I chose to not get tips since the other lady can't do those either just the gel. When I say this lady rushed and cut three of my cuticles. My French tip gel nails were smeared and not straight on mutiple nails. I felt rushed and quite frankly like I should have just gone somewhere else when they said only one of them can do nails other than nail polish and gel. I will never return because I hate being rushed, my nails looked like absolute trash to spend $45 on just gel, and then to have my cuticles all cut up. The lady who did dip for my friend rushed but did a great job. What a disappointment because they are 2min from my house. Also, its been 4 days and the gel already chipped. I wasted my money don't go there. read more

loveLOVElove this place! I haven't been here in awhile but took my daughters there because I remembered they have the little butterfly chairs and OMG my daughters were so happy! They got the full treatment and were in total heaven. The employees are just too sweet! The one girl, I think her name was Hannah, became my youngest daughters new best friend ... seriously when we left my daughter told her "I love you" And our nails came out super cute! Went here randomly because I called and there was no wait for a pedicure. My husband and I were sat immediately at the spa chairs. The place is clean there are 8 chairs available for pedicures. I like that they use the liners too so you know it's clean. Kelly did my pedicure, I'm pregnant so I feel like right now I'm super sensitive and ticklish. If I could give ZERO STARS I would! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. IT LOOKED LIKE A FIVE YEAR OLD DID MY NAILS!!! No no... I bet a five year old would have done a better job. My full set was SO THICK and CLUMPY! I'm pretty sure it was the manager that did my nails too. She did not care that I was unhappy with my nails. Oh and did I mention these nails were for my WEDDING DAY. She rushed me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I cannot believe I had to pay $100 for the ugliest nails... DO NOT GO HERE! Clean nail shop, offers complimentary drinks, friendly staff, mellow atmosphere. Paid $60 not including tip. I'm new to the area and found this shop and decided to give it a try. So I'm super bummed the second time I came and my nails look horrible. I came based off a friends nails and they did a great job but I must have gotten a newbie cause my nails are trash. Had a phenomenal experience here. They are up to date on all the new trends and have examples on display to show you so you can see what they look like. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. They want to make their costumers happy. I have had my acrylic nails on for two weeks now and they still look great. I work with my hands outside. There is still no chipping or damage to my nails. I am quite happy with my experience and can't wait to go back to get a fill. read more

This might be one of my new regular places to visit for quality extensions! I made a last minute walk in appointment and was accommodated by Crystal. I've been sorely disappointed with my last regular nail salon and decided to try another one, so off to Jasmine Nails I went. I typically request Japanese style designs that are rather intricate and time-consuming but this time I was primarily looking to get quality gel nail extensions for once-no bubbling, or massive amounts of gel buildup underneath the nail (a result of the technician rushing to finish the extension so that they have more time to do designs-the previous salon I went to has become way too popular and packed their schedules full so while the art may be gorgeous, the nails would be hell to work with and fix. I'd have a broken nail by the first day!) Jasmine Nails was largely praised on their attentiveness regarding extensions so I called 30 minutes ahead and went in with no more than 5 minutes of wait time. I feel like I'm an extremely finnicky nail customer-I always have multiple reference photos that look wildly different and pick and choose the qualities I like the most about each one. My requests often sound like, "I want a similar design to this with these colors, but I want a few of the nails to look like this-oh, and add glitter wherever you can, please!" This time, I wanted a simple, but detailed rainbow french tip design. Crystal seemed surprised as did all of the other employees and host, and I could tell they had never done anything like it before. The salon does some pretty nice work but it's certainly not as detailed and experimental as japanese art or precision work. But she smiled and picked the colors for me, and even accommodated my random request for a thin coat of glitter. It took about 2 hours and 15 min, only 15-30 minutes longer than my usual appointments. The linework is great, particularly so considering it was her first time experimenting with the style-minor imperfections are to be expected. But here's where I could clearly see a difference: the quality of my extensions. Crystal took a lot longer working on the extensions themselves. She was gentle when filing and constantly measured them to make sure they were even. She took her time in applying the gel and I can tell, because there's way less buildup under my nails (the buildup occurs when a technician hastily applies too much gel builder, causing it to spill out from the extension and after using the UV/LED, hard cures into a weird lump under your nails.) My nails are sturdy and natural, and I've never gotten more compliments on them before! She did miss painting the yellow on my left thumb and there's a hairline stroke of purple on top of the green on my left index, but I ignored it at my own discretion as I only noticed afterward and she asked me many times throughout the appointment if I liked it or needed anything changed-I didn't care to fix it as I needed to be somewhere, but she would have been more than willing to do so. Mistakes happen, and I wouldn't penalize the technician for my own easy-goingness haha. But look at my nails! They speak for themselves. Overall, I had a great experience here. I know I requested something rather outside of their usual designs but I'm glad Crystal took it in stride and tried her best! read more

I'm not sure how i feel. When i initially called i asked about pricing and availability, i was told $45 for gel mani and pedi. When i got to the shop there was no one there and it smelled like they were burning incense. They gave me a basket of gel color swatches, they weren't on a key ring they were just thrown in a basket. Very odd and honestly a bit lazy. I should have just left but i was the only one there and didn't want to bring any attention to myself. Also and extra $5 for OPI gel color. 1.00 charge to use a debit card! Once in the chair i was told there would be a $3 gel soak off charge but if i chose an OPI color they wouldn't charge me. Again i should have just left. I told the girl doing my nails i like my nails short but what i got was uneven nails and half painted nails. The man doing my toes was very nice but i was told $45 for gel mani and pedi. I got regular polish... The polish wasn't applied correctly as only 3/4 of the nail is colored. They didn't use paper or anything to separate my toes so the color wouldn't smudge.. the owner (i assume) kept looking at him while he polish my nails and said if they mess up you can come back, who wants to do that?! They should be done correctly the first time. The hand massage well it was uncomfortable she spent a min on one side and 1/2 second on the other arm. While they were very nice and spoke in great detail about the schooling they go to on customer service and how they're very picky with their work what i received today wasn't great. I had to buy a file to try and fix my nails and spent a lot of time picking the extra gel off of my fingers. I also saw the lady filling up the nail polish bottles i dont know if that's okay to do but didn't seem okay to me to possibly mixing old and new nail polishes. I paid a total of $60 bucks! Including tip because they did do the work and i wouldn't leave without giving a tip, I'm sadly disappointed with my nails and my pedicure. I dont know that i would return. From what they said they have a lot of loyal customers so I'm sure they won't miss my business. The stars are for the people working again all very nice people. The nail pics are after i tried fixing them myself. My forever nail shop search must go on lol! read more

I came here to get my nails done for 4th of July. I received the powder dip nails which I was told should last 2-3 wks. After 4 days my nail polish began chipping on at least 5 nails. After contacting them I was told they would repair the chipping at no cost when I arrived to the nail salon they wanted to charge me a full price. Its not new or pretty inside. The service is mediocre at best and I have oftened been quoted pricing that was higher than their price list. The highlight of this nail salon is that the owner will skillfully remove any ingrown toe nail better than most podiatrists. Every time I've been in pain or discomfort the owner has managed to cut my nails in such a way I was immediately relieved. Only for this reason I suggest this salon and return from time to time. read more

Yes I did go back. Still a 5 star. This time it was Sara for my manicure and Annie for my pedicure. Sara gave my arm a work out with her gentle and strong massage that came with the manicure. Annie was equally as great with my pedicure and after all was done she gave me a head, temple acupressure. I am also admiring the fact that they ask you if you'd want the massage chair on or not. I don't want anyone assuming anything for me. Lol. Make a note to yourself when going: they won't turn on the massager while their nipping your nails. It does make sense you know. So please don't take it against them. They mean well. Your safety and comfort is their priority. read more

I called to see if they had any availability and they were able to make appointments for me and my sister. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking. The interior and decor was really nice, clean, and spacious. I did the hard gel manicure (by Vivian) & hard gel pedicure (by Holly) that include hard stones which comes with lotion & massage. Holly said that with hard gel manicure it's an additional cost so it would be total of $41. While my sister did the gel manicure (by Gina) & gel pedicure (by Helen) with cat's eye color which has an additional cost of $30. They offered a free drink of your choices of wine, beer, tea, water, etc. which I thought was really nice since I have never seen any nail places offered that before. I went with green tea while my sister went with herbal tea. They were all very friendly and helpful. I felt very refreshed and clean after getting this done. The nails came out pretty, but only thing I didn't get from the manicure was lotion and massage. I just noticed Vivian used the oil to put on my hands and arms. I was waiting to see if I get lotion and massage, but had to hurry up and leave since my sister had an appt after this. When we got the pricing, the total for me and my sister was $236. I wanted to get clarification of the pricing, but didn't have time since we were in a rush. Next time we come, will make sure to do that since I was trying to look at the pricing menu and I couldn't figure it out what the cost to make it to that. However, I would come here again, but make sure they did provide all the services that should be included and ask for a breakdown of the services since no receipt is provided of the breakdown.
