This is an update on the nails I got done on Tuesday evening, which cost $105.00 I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. The nails are excessively thick, the zebra design looks poorly executed, and the stones on my thumb are dull, crooked, and missing in several areas, leaving obvious gaps. What is even more concerning is that the zebra design on my index finger has already smeared after only a few days. A set of nails at this price point should not be falling apart almost immediately. For $105, I expected professional-quality work, attention to detail, and durability. Instead, I received a set that looks unfinished and is already showing significant defects. This level of workmanship is unacceptable. read more

I called 10 mins before to see if they an an opening and they did. I arrived the gentleman offered the color books and I picked out my colors for my toes and hands. I just needed a fill for my acrylic set and a pedicure with gel. Nancy did my feet and she was gentle and very detailed in the shape and polish. Ben did my fill and he was excellent as well. Recently got a gel pedicure and gel x nails. I had come in with old gel on my toes and the technician used a drill to remove as much layer as she could and she was so aggressive that she cut me more than once on both feet. Then she proceeds to spray the alcohol spray that they use when they're about to put the polish on and again I told her it stings. In between all of that she set the timer for 10 minutes for the massage yet during the "massage" she empties the bowl of water and proceeds to clean up. The polish was also done poorly. She kept painting on past the edges of the nail and would use a thin brush with acetone to clean it up but it would transfer over to all the cuts she created earlier!!! By that point I was already frustrated and angry. My gel x nails were also placed at the same time. I asked for almond shape and they were pointed. I asked if it can be rounded out more and the technician attempted however it was not rounded. The polish was also uneven. Some of the nails you can feel an indent. I basically had to file them down myself once I returned home from the poor job they did. I will not be coming back here read more

Tried this for the first time. As I frequent the all natural michucana next door. The place did not disappoint!! I originally planned to go the following day but they were having a slow day and fit me right in. I love ombré nails and Kathy did an amazing job. It took a bit on the longer side but the results were worth the wait. They look amazing!! She cut them down, did a dip and they came out amazing!! The price is great too! Too many places nickel and dime you until a 60 set ends up 75-80 dollars. Not this place. My toes and fingers look amazing with out breaking the bank. I will he back to see Kathy! read more

I didn't negotiate this price beforehand, assumed I'd be paying $20 if a manicure is typically around $32 w/polish and I did not want polish. This service only included: Nail filing Cuticle cutting Shaping my nails. Scuffing the nail bed. Lotion Hand massage However, it was a little different service than I'm use to. Excluded: Cuticle Oil Nail Strengthener Under the nail cleaning Warm towel before massage I don't know if they offer this or not? She does good work and has many years of exp. I've been here twice for a pedicure. The first time was amazing - the shape, polish, and overall service were perfect. Unfortunately, the second visit wasn't the same experience. Partway through my appointment, another customer showed up and my tech suddenly started to rush. I had asked for only 2 coats of base, but she applied 4 and I didn't know how to say stop in the moment. The French tips came out messy, the nail shape wasn't clean, and one toe even looks dull because the gloss wasn't applied evenly. But came on Monday to get a German pedicure.. half way threw the nail technician , with out any notice or communication she started to cut and pull out a hang nail...it hurt and I stared to bleed. It was swollen and red. Its now 2 days and its still sooo sore even to walk. I really hope I dont get a infection. It would have been ok if she told me she was gonna do and asked if it hurt. After repeating visits to this nail salon the last few times I got my nails done, I believe this spot may have officially become my new go-to nail salon. The salon is extremely clean and well-maintained and the staff seems to be friendly and competent. This was the first salon where I tried dipped nails and I loved it. I was disappointed though because the gentleman who did those nails made it seem like I wouldn't need a full nail take-off the next time I got my nails done (which was NOT the case). I will now only get acrylics done moving forward. Tips MUST be given in cash and they do not allow the option to add them to the credit card. I don't agree with this practice, but it is what it is. First time I went it was great after that they never did my nails the way I wanted and I didn't feel they cared about the condition of my nail and I ultimately said I never want thick nails the last time I went in I had my nails taken off and paid for a new set on same thing and the Polish that's a whole different story if you pick a Polish he says oh you have to use the other one I've never come across this before never been happy with one single color they put on I still gave a good tip but I'm looking for someone that cares about my nail gives me good advice not just about money. read more

We looked up a nail place close to where we were having lunch, and the reviews were terrific, so we made an appointment! My friend had never had a mani-pedi before (I know! Crazy, huh?) so we wanted to make sure she got the full experience, and Fabulous Nails & Spa didn't disappoint! John had started my mani, and had another staff member (forgot her name, sorry!) do my Pedi. They listened to my wants/ needs/ concerns (I personally get ingrown toe nails, so they cut them just right to avoid any from happening in the future), and were very pleasant to talk to. They even sat us close to each other to do a little chatting ourselves and to the techs, who even shared a few laughs with us! From what I could tell, everything was neat, clean, the tools they used looked the same, and other staff members were constantly cleaning around the shop.
