I went into Soleil for an acrylic full set with french tip. I called to see if they had any availability for same day service. I called in the morning and was told to come in at noon. I showed up a bit earlier than my appointment and they were happy to take me about 5-10 mins after showing up. If I can rate it a Zero 0 I really would!! I had a very bad experience at this nail salon today. This GUY!!! I don't even know where to start. Please Beware of this guy!! I'm sorry but I have to post his photo here. He is very rude from the moment I sat down to his chair. He already gave me an attitude. I already had a feeling it wouldn't be a a good experience for me there. He was so rough on handling me while doing pedicure . I have a right ankle problem possible broken coz it hurts and I limp sometimes when walking. Which I did tell him but he still kept on twisting and turning it so hard that 2X I had to shout from pain. But still he kept on doing it. I was so in pain that I wanted to Cry. But embarrass to do so. Just do yourselves a favor DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Or maybe just not to do this guy plssss!!! This place was horrible. They were rude and the person doing my pedicure slammed my feet around and constantly talked about me in her language. She talked about me so much that the person doing my manicure felt uncomfortable and tried to compensate. She also rushed to finish the job. On top of that, another lady, doing another customer's nails stands up and yells at me to pay with zelle just because I was asking, what method of payment they accept. I am multiracial, and I believe I was being stereotyped. The environment was unfriendly to me. However, my cascasian counterparts was being treated with the utmost respect, both times that I visited this location. I am not one to speak about racial issues however, there's clearly a discrepancy with how people of color are treated versus the way Caucasian people are being treated here. The fact that she stereotyped me and thought that I was gonna not pay enough to jump up and yell at me. It's just wrong. So a person like me who usually gives major tips didn't give a dime when it comes to tipping them for this horrible service. I don't feel sorry for them and their need to grow. In fact, they need to be shut down, because you shouldn't treat people like this when you're taking their money. I won't be back read more

Very happy! Tran was amazing she did my dip nails with a cute Valentine's Day design. She listened to what I wanted and did it. They are straight and not fat so they look almost natural which is big for me. It was $55 for dip powder + nail tip + design which I think is a good price. Another girl whose name I forgot (sorry!) did my pedicure and she did well, she didn't hurt me but honestly her massage at the end was the bestt part she did amazing!And it was only $35 for gel color and pedicure. It's very clean and a cute simple atmosphere, good music that isn't overbearing. The only thing that would make this place even better is if they offered more pedicure options. They did do a light foot scrub with the purple thing and an oil and lotion massage then hot towel to wipe it off. I'd pay for a foot & leg scrub, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, mask and hot towel wrap. Some days I just really want a spa treatment lol Either way I definitely recommend this place they are really polite and they do great! read more

I have been coming here since my son was a newborn. He turns 8 yrs old this month. I used to live local but moved to the High Desert 4.5 years ago and will not go anywhere else. All of the nail techs are amazing and do great work. I will never go anywhere else. The salon is very clean and very well kept. I have zero complaints. A terrific place to get your nails done. It is the only place I go for my nails and pedicures. The people are kind and they truly care about you. The salon is clean and I feel very comfortable there. I've been going here for 10 years and they never fail to achieve what i ask for. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly. They're not open on Sundays but with how well they manage the schedule the schedule you wouldn't notice. They go the extra mile and the ambience is so relaxing.
