The hot stones felt so good! Unfortunately, my mom didnt get the same experience. Shirley did her pedicure and didn't even start for about 15 minutes then rushed through the process. I had an appointment for a pedicure and the lady hadn't even started and turned off my massage. Why is she so bothered by me using the massage chair when I'm paying $80! I understand turning it off when they are going to paint my nails (which I myself turn off because I don't want messy nails) but to turn it off before starting is so rude! I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Very disappointed in how they lie and switch up the "reward rules" with zero notice to customers. I used to really enjoy coming here but after today no.

He gripped my toes so hard that he left visible nail prints on them. The bottom of my nails are now bruised and sore (see attached picture). The salt scrub was insanely painful -- it felt like sandpaper being rubbed aggressively on raw skin. I was wincing the entire time. I've never had a worse experience at a nail salon. Avoid this place at all costs, and most importantly, avoid Andy. Never going back. Zero stars.

I called to make an appointment and was able to make one without any issues. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. We had a bit of a wait because, it was prom. We met our friend from church here as well. My daughter went first since her nails were going to be way more involved. Chloe did her nails and did a fabulous job! They turned out absolutely amazing! They gave me a quote and I approved it, but it ended up being a little bit less. Our friend and I just got the deluxe gel manicures with the sugar scrub, lotion massage and paraffin wax with hot towel treatment. I was in heaven! Mia did my manicure and she was excellent! The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! I specifically requested that my pedicure and nails be done at the same time due to time constraints. When I arrived, they did not have a nail technician available for me or another client who also had an appointment. I had to ask for someone to at least start my pedicure. I was assigned to a new technician who struggled to understand my requests. My feet were not properly scrubbed, both big toes had to be repainted because the polish was uneven, and I had to remind her that my service included a massage. The pedicure alone took about an hour and a half. Once another technician became available, she began my Gel-X set. I showed her a photo of the exact design I wanted and specifically asked for silver gems only. She confirmed she could do the design. After completing the ombré base, which was only average at best, she informed me that the gem pricing would be: * Pointer fingers: $20 ($10 per nail) * Ring fingers: $30 ($15 per nail) * Pinkies: $10 ($5 per nail) Although I was shocked by the pricing, I had already been there for over two hours and felt committed to finishing the set, so I agreed. Only then did she tell me she didn't actually have the gems needed for the design she had already agreed to do. I was told to choose a different gem shape, a different color, or a completely different design. When I explained that I had shown the design beforehand and received confirmation that it could be done, the manager came over and told me the photo wasn't from their salon and that they had supposedly run out of the required gems that morning. At that point, I had been there for over three hours and was left with a mediocre pedicure and incomplete nails. I finally decided to leave. As I was leaving, another customer who had been waiting over 30 minutes for her appointment was told they could only do part of her service and that she would need to come back later. She left as well. My biggest issue isn't that they ran out of supplies. Things happen. The problem is the lack of organization, poor communication, questionable skill level, and refusal to take accountability. Clients should not have to spend hours in a salon only to find out halfway through a service that the technician cannot complete the design they agreed to perform. I won't be returning.

Do not be fooled by the pictures in Yelp, they have to be fake. My nails chipped 2 days after getting them done, all of them. Not only were they chipped but they were not buffed and looked bumpy. The quality of the nails, which was the gel that I used, was terrible I want my money back 50 dollars spent for white gel nails which looks terrible! This is not fair. The air vents also look moldy and are sitting near where people get their nails. Literally an inch from it. This is unsanitary. They had the audacity to tell me that I would have to pay for my nails again to come in and redo them using dip powder instead. This was all done 2 days ago cmon. I'm not this type of person at all, I'm just frustrated. Ive saved this is my drafts for yelp and now a week later my nails all broke off. terrible quality. Pls don't come waste of money read more

Today was my first time coming to Pansy and I must say these ladies are so great. I just recently moved to Upland from Los Angeles and was scared to try out a new place. But after getting referred here I decided to give them a chance. Mayah did my toes and Maggie did my nails and Thoa did my ombre design. I know I set out with a difficult task (hard gel ombre) and then were relentless and determined to achieve my desired look. I've never had a team be so helpful and nice. Overall the shop had a lovely vibe from the piano music to the tea I was given. I will be back (: only taking off a star because I wanted my toes to be square and they were round. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable of all the newest techniques and designs. the first time Anne was the tech and she did everything I asked. The second time I brought my mother in law and cousins for pedicures and they were so happy with the service and pleased at how nice and tranquil the atmosphere was. I called hoping it wasn't too late to book an appointment for a fill and I was immediately met with an enthusiastic no it's not too late, come in 10 min! All the staff was friendly and welcoming. The salon has been remodeled and everything looks great! Lots of great color options and Sophie, my nail tech, was great! Helen, who answered my call, was also great! Ii just tried this nail salon for the first time. I came In with my 5 year old daughter. I received an organic lavender pedicure and gel manicure. My daughter had a nice manicure and pedicure. Overall EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! very relaxing and beautiful quality work. They have all new beautiful nail colors to choose from. I really love the salon itself has been newly remodeled. All of the pedicure chairs are new and beautiful with rainbow seashell glass bowls for your feet. 10/10 recommend. read more

This place was amazing! The prices were really great! I was a last minute walk in, in desperate need of some TLC. After having acrylics for over a year I was really worried my nails would stay a mess but they worked some serious magic despite how brittle my natural nails were. Came to this location tonight and got a dip powder manicure and pedicure. Sophie did my dip powder manicure and did a phenomenal job! She took her time even tho it was past closing and made sure I was happy the whole time. My pedicure was also done very nicely - just didn't get the girls name who did it! Helen made sure I was happy before leaving and the whole staff made me feel extremely welcome and almost like family. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend! read more

Helen always takes great care of me. I come here unfailingly for my acrylics and pedicures and she never disappoints. The salon is always welcoming, it is clean, smells good, and the new pedicure chairs are so pretty and comfy. They have a large selection of colors and designs. I have been here twice and both times they were welcoming. My first set that I got lasted me a long time and were super strong. I got them for Halloween. I just got another set done today and I love them so much. They are always asking to make sure you are happy and like how they look. If you see something wrong they will fix it. I'm having a really good time with my Pansy organic pedicure and all the ladies are really sweet and gentle. The shop is really nice and totally clean. I had a short acrylic full set with cat eyes designed on that. It will be additional $10 for that cat eyes and it's tea worth it. I definitely come back to this nail salon. read more

We showed Tiffany an inspiration photo for my son's girlfriend's birthday nails. She said she couldn't do 3D nails, which was completely understandable, but what was frustrating was that she still proceeded with a design that looked nothing like the photo and ended up messy, smudged, and rushed. By around 7:10 PM, Tiffany said she was leaving. When I finally got a good look at the nails, I told her they weren't what we asked for. Her response was basically that she didn't have time to fix them and that we could just come back the next day. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible because we already had plans. Her response was simply, "Oh well," before walking out the door. We still paid around $80 for a full set that we didn't like and ended up having to go next door to another salon, where she got the nails she originally wanted done correctly. As for my own experience there, Tiffany is my go to and she's really good at what she does (which makes this situation so unfortunate) but the male nail tech who works there is extremely rough when removing gel. He aggressively scrapes healthy nail beds and cuticles with the metal tool instead of properly soaking/removing the gel. Every time I went, I had to repeatedly ask him to be gentler. My nails became very thin and weak from it, despite the fact that I always tipped well. This review isn't out of spite. I just think if a design can't be done, it should be communicated honestly from the beginning instead of rushing through something and charging full price for work the customer clearly didn't ask for. Sadly, after this experience, I won't be returning.

She talked about me so much that the person doing my manicure felt uncomfortable and tried to compensate. She also rushed to finish the job. On top of that, another lady, doing another customer's nails stands up and yells at me to pay with zelle just because I was asking, what method of payment they accept. I am multiracial, and I believe I was being stereotyped. The environment was unfriendly to me. However, my cascasian counterparts was being treated with the utmost respect, both times that I visited this location. I am not one to speak about racial issues however, there's clearly a discrepancy with how people of color are treated versus the way Caucasian people are being treated here. The fact that she stereotyped me and thought that I was gonna not pay enough to jump up and yell at me. It's just wrong. So a person like me who usually gives major tips didn't give a dime when it comes to tipping them for this horrible service. I don't feel sorry for them and their need to grow. In fact, they need to be shut down, because you shouldn't treat people like this when you're taking their money. I won't be back
