The place is super cute with pink and floral decor and playing great country music. They accept cards, cash and Zelle. $2 transaction fee for cards. Super easy to tip with Zelle as well. If you pay cash, they have a stamp program to get $20 off after you spend a certain amount and fill the stamp card. We will definitely be back! Do not be fooled by the pictures in Yelp, they have to be fake. My nails chipped 2 days after getting them done, all of them. Not only were they chipped but they were not buffed and looked bumpy. The quality of the nails, which was the gel that I used, was terrible I want my money back 50 dollars spent for white gel nails which looks terrible! This is not fair. The air vents also look moldy and are sitting near where people get their nails. Literally an inch from it. This is unsanitary. They had the audacity to tell me that I would have to pay for my nails again to come in and redo them using dip powder instead. This was all done 2 days ago cmon. I'm not this type of person at all, I'm just frustrated. Ive saved this is my drafts for yelp and now a week later my nails all broke off. terrible quality. Pls don't come waste of money read more

Today was my first time coming to Pansy and I must say these ladies are so great. I just recently moved to Upland from Los Angeles and was scared to try out a new place. But after getting referred here I decided to give them a chance. Mayah did my toes and Maggie did my nails and Thoa did my ombre design. I know I set out with a difficult task (hard gel ombre) and then were relentless and determined to achieve my desired look. I've never had a team be so helpful and nice. Overall the shop had a lovely vibe from the piano music to the tea I was given. I will be back (: only taking off a star because I wanted my toes to be square and they were round. This was my 3rd time coming to this salon and I was even more impressed then the first visit. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable of all the newest techniques and designs. the first time Anne was the tech and she did everything I asked. The second time I brought my mother in law and cousins for pedicures and they were so happy with the service and pleased at how nice and tranquil the atmosphere was. I called hoping it wasn't too late to book an appointment for a fill and I was immediately met with an enthusiastic no it's not too late, come in 10 min! All the staff was friendly and welcoming. Ii just tried this nail salon for the first time. I came In with my 5 year old daughter. I received an organic lavender pedicure and gel manicure. My daughter had a nice manicure and pedicure. Overall EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! very relaxing and beautiful quality work. They have all new beautiful nail colors to choose from. I really love the salon itself has been newly remodeled. This place was amazing! The prices were really great! I was a last minute walk in, in desperate need of some TLC. After having acrylics for over a year I was really worried my nails would stay a mess but they worked some serious magic despite how brittle my natural nails were. Came to this location tonight and got a dip powder manicure and pedicure. Sophie did my dip powder manicure and did a phenomenal job! She took her time even tho it was past closing and made sure I was happy the whole time. My pedicure was also done very nicely - just didn't get the girls name who did it! Helen always takes great care of me. I come here unfailingly for my acrylics and pedicures and she never disappoints. The salon is always welcoming, it is clean, smells good, and the new pedicure chairs are so pretty and comfy. They have a large selection of colors and designs. I have been here twice and both times they were welcoming. My first set that I got lasted me a long time and were super strong. I got them for Halloween. I just got another set done today and I love them so much. They are always asking to make sure you are happy and like how they look. If you see something wrong they will fix it. Instead of telling me to come back another time Jennifer who I assume is the salon manager sat me down and started doing my nails so another technician could take over. I have been trying to grow out my natural nails, so I asked her if she could soak the gel off instead of grinding it off. I told her to please be careful when cutting my nails because I didn't wanna lose the length. She just kind of grumble and did as she pleased. The whole time she worked on my nails she had an attitude. She then passed me off to another girl Cindy, who was incredibly sweet. I asked Cindy what type of polish would be the best to keep my nails growing strong. She said they were super strong already, and that gel would be perfect. The whole time Cindy was working on my nails. Jennifer was in her ear rushing her so I feel like Cindy did a very rough job. I don't think she would've done that. Had Jennifer not been in her year the whole time. Fast-forward to Wednesday, and while I was at work, peeling some tape off of something it peeled the gel completely off of one of my nails, and took half of the nail with it. Normally a gel polish last me at least three weeks. I went in yesterday to get them fixed. The girl that checked me in was very sweet when she went back and told Jennifer Jennifer came out grumbling and rolling her eyes. She started doing my nails very aggressively to the point that two of my cuticles have sores on them. One where she jabbed me with the file and the other, where she left a chemical on it. I asked if she could fix the nail that broke off and she did a really crappy job putting a tip on in. Didn't even match it up to my other nails. She then again passed me off to somebody else. This woman was working on another customer and had to rush through that poor persons experience which I thought was wrong. She paid to relax just as much as I did not to be rushed. The woman Jane that helped me was rushing through doing the basic French manicure that I asked for. The original one had a pink base to it. She was gonna completely skip that part. I asked her not to you and to please do it how I had had it. She finally slowed down and took her time and even made some recommendations on how to go and get my nails to last longer. When I told her what my experience was with Jennifer, she was completely apologetic. I now realize why I stopped going to that salon. Jennifer likes to run it like a sweat shop. When you're paying $60 for a manicure, you wanna go in and relax and have a great experience like I did with Shawn and Hannah. Jennifer definitely needs to go!
