This salon was probably the worst salon I have ever visited it deserves 0/5 stars. I came here for a pedicure because the reviews didn't seem bad and the place seemed clean. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told it would be $55 for the pedicure and $10 for the soak off of my previous nail polish. It wasn't until after I sat down and she started soaking off my polish that they told me it was going to be $105. I'm sorry but $105 for the basic level pedicure with French tips is insane. Either way she already had started so | just accepted the fact I was way over charged. Well when she started soaking off my polish she was clipping my nail as well as the sides until it literally bled and I only have half of my big toe nail. I kept moving and told her she was hurting me and she just shrugged and said sorry. I asked her why half of my nail was gone now and she said "it must have gotten soft from the water so I was just able to cut it away, or you never had a nail there to begin with". Excuse me but how can you cut away half of my nail and then try to gaslight me into thinking I didn't have a nail to begin with. I came in with my toes already done so clearly I already had a nail. I am extremely upset and my toe is very sore due to having only half a nail with the raw skin showing. I will be contacting an attorney to handle the situation regarding this salon because now I will be needing to see a podiatrist for a nail reconstruction. Below I will attach a picture of what she did to my nail, leaving it chopped away. If you value your nail health and money do not come here!! *This is an updated review based on my previous review. Because I visited this nail salon and the nail technician completely ripped off my nail, it will not grow back. I wrote a review regarding this situation and was told to reach out to management. When I tried calling multiple times, I was sent to voicemail. I did leave a voicemail which I have a copy of, and never received contact back from anyone. It has now been over two months with no contact back, and over 2 months that my nail has still not grown back at all. Because of this I will most likely be needing to see a podiatrist to reconstruct my nail. I have reached out to an attorney who will be looking into the matter regarding the improper nail removal the resulted in injury as well as your salons failure to communicate and avoid accountability. read more

I've been here about 5 times and at first I thought this place was great. It's clean and modern and the prices aren't bad. Then by the fourth time I got a pedicure by Natalie and it chipped within a week or so when my pedicure normally lasts 4 weeks and I get gel. I didn't care for my experience with Natalie. Then I asked for Linh which is another girl I've been too and liked and the person over the phone gave me attitude when I requested Linh. When I walked in for my appointment the same woman I spoke to barely greeted me and was super impersonal. She gave me a number and told me to go to that chair which normally they take you there. Then I told her my drink order and ten minutes passed by she was on her phone and she gave a drink to a customer who arrived 5 minutes after me. When I went to pay the attitude was worse. I'm done with this place and won't be returning. read more

Natalie was awful. Claimed she couldn't do a simple black line on my big toe unless i got gel but I didn't want gel. NEVER in my 30 years of getting my nails done have I been told they can't do a simple line with regular polish. She then proceeded to dig into my nail to the point of physical pain. I yanked my foot back and yelled oww she jabbed me so hard. After that she got out the clippers I told her no I didn't trust her to not hurt me going forward and to please not cut my cuticles she realized she likely wasn't going to get a tip and kept insisting I could cancel mid service. Finished and got boring toes, no design, no massage that comes with the package. Manager was aware and still made me pay $35 for that disaster. WILL NOT BE BACK! Edit for response to owner - in regards to the design yes it was a French tip with a black line... the same design I've achieved regularly at COUNTLESS other salons across 2 states with zero problems..yet somehow your salon requires it only be done in gel?? QUIT TRYING TO UPSELL UNNEEDED CHARGES! GEL IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THAT DESIGN UNLESS YOUR STAFF ARE INCAPABLE IF EASILY DRAWING A SIMPLE LINE. Yes, I did not want a massage as I was worried about your staffs ability to handle me with care as I bruise very easily...and as Natalie proved during my service she COULD NOT go without injuring me. Again, your management KNEW there were probl6 and did NOTHING to rectify it other than tell me I could leave if I wanted to half way through my service...piss poor customer service. read more

Updating my review to include that my nail chipped after 24 hours and where the gel polish came off you can see there is no builder gel under it. Upon looking very close it looks like the builder gel stops and doesn't go to the tips of my nails on most of them so they'll likely mostly chip. I just don't have it in me to go back and deal with the attitude of the front desk again. So unfortunately I'll have messed up nails that I paid 80$ for. read more

So after a year of not taking care of my feet and hands I finally decided to come get it taken care of . So after reviewing some local areas this one was highly rated so decided to stop by . First and foremost shout out Ngyuen for the great customer service today upon arrival . Lilly and Thursday are the ladies that took care of me and definitely want to say they deserve a 10/10 Lea and Nancy took care of my wife as well they deserve a 10/10 ! So let's start of with customer service overall it's a 10/10 the patience they had with us was over the top our 8 month old woke up midway and I believe it was Lilly that helped grab my son and pass him to me thank you very much the vibe here also is a 10/10'the complimentary drinks are a 10/10'the margarita was a hit !! Overall I give this spot a 10/10 . But let' me rate the pricing I won't lie I was upset a bit but I can't be mad at them or the establishment I should have checked before booking but the price for a manicure and pedicure I won't lie was crazy overly priced just in my opinion .. I should've asked for a better breakdown but I didn't it's a lesson learned . Tai is my absolute favorite and always does an amazing job. It's so clean, open, and gorgeous inside. A lot of the stuff is pricey but they really do an outstanding job. My daughter loved getting her nails done for her birthday. I probably would not bring her back because for a 9year old gel polish with a little design ended up being $75 without the tip. I'd say this nail place is more for adults. Love that they offer drinks from water flavored teas to wine and mimosas. read more

This nail salon is very cute in the offer complementary drinks and I always choose the Vietnamese iced coffee place seems to be clean neat organize and do really good job on my nails however, I do have a complaint. I feel that it's such a scam that they will charge you $10 to reshape and file down your nails when getting a fill) So essentially you're paying the same amount as getting a new set.. just like all these nail salons they try to nickel and dime you for every single service which seems ridiculous. I've been coming here for a few months since they opened, but after this experience I won't be returning. I came in asking for a hard gel fill because I've had it done before at other salons, and I had even come to this salon previously with old Gel-X and received a fill. I didn't realize that hard gel fills weren't allowed here, which would have been completely fine if someone had simply explained the policy. Instead, the employee who came over was very hostile. While removing my old nails, she was repeatedly saying, "No hard gel." I was so scared at how she was handling my hand and nails. Clipping off my gel x so aggressively before i can say anything else. Like dang what if I still wanted my gel x...? Crazy. When I explained that I'd had this service done before, she questioned who had done it, left to investigate, then came back and told me that the previous employee had been fired. I was just explaining, didn't need her to make a whole scene and jump out her seat to see who it was immediately. The entire interaction made me uncomfortable. I was honestly relieved she wasn't the one doing my nails because I was so uncomfortable. I also booked both a pedicure and manicure appointment, but they made me wait after my pedi get a mani while everyone else (literally) was able to get both at the same time. The polish color I wanted also wasn't in stock. This experience happened about a month ago. I don't mind being told a service can't be done, but there's a respectful way to communicate that to a customer. read more

So update - I went back a few weeks after my initial review. I spoke to the person up front and they only told me no drill would be used. The girl who did my nails listened and did seem to make them smoother. But I'm still highly unsatisfied. I wasn't offered a discount or anything other than no drill to be used on my nails. My nails are growing out but also because I use supplements and use a nail growth oil and polish now. I'll add pictures of my nails from today after taking the growth polish off, but they do have a serum on so they look more hydrated. You can clearly see the parts of my nails that were massively damaged. I will not be coming back. read more

I've been trying to find a new nail spot since my original girl is on maternity leave, and I'm glad I came across this salon! I called about 30 minutes before to check for availability, and they were able to take me in right away, super convenient. Inside, the salon is beautiful, modern, clean, and up to date with a really chic, upscale vibe. They even offer complimentary cocktails, mocktails, or coffee, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. I got a gel French tip pedicure ($60) and a gel fill on my nails, short, square, solid color ($55). I'm extremely picky about my nail shape, I only love short and square (no round!), and they nailed it perfectly. I do like a deeper French, but they mentioned that's an additional $15, so I skipped it this time. One thing to note: they do charge extra to cut down nails, which I've never heard of before. Overall, it is on the pricier side, but you really get what you pay for. Leslie was super informative and helped me pick the perfect shade. I find it interesting that when I was there asking you to check the call logs and explain how I supposedly scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment during a phone call made at 12:58 PM, I was told there were no records available. Now suddenly there are "appointment records and camera footage." Yes, the confirmation text showed 1:00 PM -- but it was also sent at 1:00 PM, after the call had already ended. That still does not explain how anyone would realistically make it to the salon in two minutes, which is exactly why I said I asked for 2:00 PM in the first place. I also want to clarify that the initial response I received in person was not an apology. I was repeatedly blamed for the misunderstanding instead of anyone acknowledging that the phone call may have been rushed or misheard. As for the wait time, I disagree with the claim that it was only one hour. Being placed in a chair is not the same thing as actually receiving service. I still had to continue waiting for Natalie to finish the client who was booked during the time slot I believe I should have originally been scheduled for. read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOURE LATINO. I came in today with my mother-in-law for her first pedicure ever and it was supposed to be a good experience. I have been a regular client here for quite some time and have never been disappointed until today. Today, I experienced blatant racism from the male nail technician. From the beginning, he assumed my ethnicity by saying, "Mexican?" instead of respectfully asking. Then, out of nowhere, he asked if I had five or ten kids. Confused, I asked him, "Why?" His exact response was, "Because you're Mexican. Every Mexican has a lot of kids, and you look like you have a lot of kids." I was shocked. I asked him why he was being racist, and instead of apologizing, he laughed and repeated that it's normal for Mexicans to have a lot of kids. There is nothing funny about making racist stereotypes toward a customer. His behavior made me feel humiliated and completely uncomfortable. I was so upset that I refused to let him finish my service and walked out. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have supported this salon for a long time. I have referred family, friends, and even my husband's clients' girlfriends to come here because I always had good experiences. After today, I will never return. No customer should ever have to endure racist remarks while simply trying to get their nails done. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously because no one else should have to experience what I did. read more

Upon entering the nail salon- I was welcomed with a wonderful scent. The esthetic of the salon was bright and airy. Made a same day appointment for a later time in the afternoon and was paired with Natalie and Tai. Natalie did my pedicure and Tai did my hard gel manicure.
