So after a year of not taking care of my feet and hands I finally decided to come get it taken care of . So after reviewing some local areas this one was highly rated so decided to stop by . First and foremost shout out Ngyuen for the great customer service today upon arrival . Lilly and Thursday are the ladies that took care of me and definitely want to say they deserve a 10/10 Lea and Nancy took care of my wife as well they deserve a 10/10 ! So let's start of with customer service overall it's a 10/10 the patience they had with us was over the top our 8 month old woke up midway and I believe it was Lilly that helped grab my son and pass him to me thank you very much the vibe here also is a 10/10'the complimentary drinks are a 10/10'the margarita was a hit !! Overall I give this spot a 10/10 . But let' me rate the pricing I won't lie I was upset a bit but I can't be mad at them or the establishment I should have checked before booking but the price for a manicure and pedicure I won't lie was crazy overly priced just in my opinion .. I should've asked for a better breakdown but I didn't it's a lesson learned . I've been coming here for a few months now. I was very impressed for the first visits, but my last couple visits really changed my opinion. I have only been getting regular nail polish for years due to my job, but recently with switching jobs, I was able to splurge and got gel. I was also going out of town so I wanted the manicure to last. I generally have very healthy and strong nails. They used the coarsest drill bits, not just to remove the top layer of gel polish, but also to "buff" the nail. During my appointment one of my nails cracked and all the manicurist did was put a drop of glue. That of course didn't last long and my nail broke within the week, along with 2 others. They just bent and cracked at the edges. I've never had this issue before even when gel was removed with a drill bits because other places have been very careful to not drill down my nails. You could even see the frayed nail bed under the polish and gave it an ugly bumpy look. This last appointment they had also used the wrong color than what I requested. I thought it might just be my perception from the lighting. But I saw that the number wasn't correct when she got up to put the polish away. She had confirmed the number before getting it. Maybe they ran out, but it was never mentioned. At that point I just let it go. I added a couple pictures of my manicure. I walked in with long, strong, natural nails and walked out with chopped down, frayed, broken nails that I foolishly paid for. read more

I have been here four times and ever time it's been phenomenal. I love the drink service bc I love their viet coffee & for being a brand new nail shop their prices are reasonable. I got different nail techs each time and all of them were good. My favorite is Linh she is so funny! Love her so much. I get the second tier pedicure every time and it meets all my needs and wants. The staff was dismissive when I asked about the delay, and the overall customer service made me feel like my time didn't matter. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and professionalism. If you're running behind or overbooked, simply be honest and respectful with your customers. Their fees are straight forward, equipment is upto par beautiful , they go above and beyond to make sure your service was done correctly and to your satisfaction, even if they see a sliver of dislike of something in your face and you say it's ok, they insist to perfect it for you, which is refreshing, because usually at nail shops, when you complain, they ignore you and tell you to wait and they'll fix it. I've been trying to find a new nail spot since my original girl is on maternity leave, and I'm glad I came across this salon! I called about 30 minutes before to check for availability, and they were able to take me in right away, super convenient. Inside, the salon is beautiful, modern, clean, and up to date with a really chic, upscale vibe. They even offer complimentary cocktails, mocktails, or coffee, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. I got a gel French tip pedicure ($60) and a gel fill on my nails, short, square, solid color ($55). I'm extremely picky about my nail shape, I only love short and square (no round!), and they nailed it perfectly. I do like a deeper French, but they mentioned that's an additional $15, so I skipped it this time. One thing to note: they do charge extra to cut down nails, which I've never heard of before. Overall, it is on the pricier side, but you really get what you pay for. Leslie was super informative and helped me pick the perfect shade. My first visit was amazing. I was treated like a queen, loved my nails and toes, and didn't mind paying around $148 with a discount because the service and results were worth it. My second visit wasn't the same. My appointment was pushed back, I wasn't offered a drink until halfway through, and although I liked how my fill looked, I paid $100 and shortly after noticed issues. The color didn't fully cover my old set, and my white gel tips started chipping. I'm a nurse with a busy schedule, so I couldn't come back right away, especially during the holidays. I'm disappointed because I do want to return, but it's hard to justify the price when the nails chipped so quickly. read more

Upon entering the nail salon- I was welcomed with a wonderful scent. The esthetic of the salon was bright and airy. Made a same day appointment for a later time in the afternoon and was paired with Natalie and Tai. Natalie did my pedicure and Tai did my hard gel manicure.
