After I posted my review, the salon reached out and asked when I could come back in to have my nails fixed. They honored their 7-day Gel-X warranty and corrected my set at no charge. I ended up getting my nails redone by Hannie, and she was able to recreate the original design I had wanted from the start. They came out so much closer to my inspiration photo, and I was really happy with the final result. While I was disappointed with my original experience, I appreciate that the salon took my concerns seriously and gave me the opportunity to come back. My granddaughters and daughter-in-law went to this salon today to get their nails done, and unfortunately, it was a horrible first experience. They were supposed to receive the first-time customer discount, but were denied the discount. I personally received the first-time discount when I visited previously, so I was very disappointed that they were not given the same offer. They were also charged $85 each for a new short set, which I found to be very expensive. What made the experience even more disappointing was that they were not offered the same beverages and hospitality that I received during my visit. Most importantly, they felt they were treated differently based on their appearance. No customer should ever feel judged or treated differently because of the way they look. I've been coming here since they've opened and I will say that I've usually enjoyed my experience, but today really annoyed me. I had an appointment for a pedicure and the lady hadn't even started and turned off my massage. Why is she so bothered by me using the massage chair when I'm paying $80! I understand turning it off when they are going to paint my nails (which I myself turn off because I don't want messy nails) but to turn it off before starting is so rude! I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Updating my review to include that my nail chipped after 24 hours and where the gel polish came off you can see there is no builder gel under it. Upon looking very close it looks like the builder gel stops and doesn't go to the tips of my nails on most of them so they'll likely mostly chip. I just don't have it in me to go back and deal with the attitude of the front desk again. So unfortunately I'll have messed up nails that I paid 80$ for. read more

Tai is my absolute favorite and always does an amazing job. It's so clean, open, and gorgeous inside. A lot of the stuff is pricey but they really do an outstanding job. My daughter loved getting her nails done for her birthday. I probably would not bring her back because for a 9year old gel polish with a little design ended up being $75 without the tip. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid over $140 for a pedicure and gel manicure, and just one day later, the gel started peeling off. Kent did my nails, and for the amount I paid, I expected them to last much longer than one day. I was visiting from out of state, so unfortunately I wasn't able to go back and have them fixed. Unfortunately, I'm really disappointed with my experience. I paid $75 total for my pedicure, including an additional $15 for gel and $20 for French tips. Within less than a week, one of my toenails broke and the polish/French tips were already chipping. The French tips were also uneven and inconsistent, which became even more noticeable after I got home. For $75, I expected a much cleaner result and for my pedicure to last longer than a week. I'm disappointed with the quality, especially considering the additional charges for gel and French. read more

Natalie was awful. Claimed she couldn't do a simple black line on my big toe unless i got gel but I didn't want gel. NEVER in my 30 years of getting my nails done have I been told they can't do a simple line with regular polish. She then proceeded to dig into my nail to the point of physical pain. I yanked my foot back and yelled oww she jabbed me so hard. After that she got out the clippers I told her no I didn't trust her to not hurt me going forward and to please not cut my cuticles she realized she likely wasn't going to get a tip and kept insisting I could cancel mid service. Finished and got boring toes, no design, no massage that comes with the package. Manager was aware and still made me pay $35 for that disaster. WILL NOT BE BACK! Edit for response to owner - in regards to the design yes it was a French tip with a black line... the same design I've achieved regularly at COUNTLESS other salons across 2 states with zero problems..yet somehow your salon requires it only be done in gel?? QUIT TRYING TO UPSELL UNNEEDED CHARGES! GEL IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THAT DESIGN UNLESS YOUR STAFF ARE INCAPABLE IF EASILY DRAWING A SIMPLE LINE. Yes, I did not want a massage as I was worried about your staffs ability to handle me with care as I bruise very easily...and as Natalie proved during my service she COULD NOT go without injuring me. I've been here about 5 times and at first I thought this place was great. It's clean and modern and the prices aren't bad. Then by the fourth time I got a pedicure by Natalie and it chipped within a week or so when my pedicure normally lasts 4 weeks and I get gel. I didn't care for my experience with Natalie. Then I asked for Linh which is another girl I've been too and liked and the person over the phone gave me attitude when I requested Linh. When I walked in for my appointment the same woman I spoke to barely greeted me and was super impersonal. She gave me a number and told me to go to that chair which normally they take you there. Then I told her my drink order and ten minutes passed by she was on her phone and she gave a drink to a customer who arrived 5 minutes after me. When I went to pay the attitude was worse. So update - I went back a few weeks after my initial review. I spoke to the person up front and they only told me no drill would be used. The girl who did my nails listened and did seem to make them smoother. But I'm still highly unsatisfied. I wasn't offered a discount or anything other than no drill to be used on my nails. My nails are growing out but also because I use supplements and use a nail growth oil and polish now. I'll add pictures of my nails from today after taking the growth polish off, but they do have a serum on so they look more hydrated. You can clearly see the parts of my nails that were massively damaged. I will not be coming back. read more

Thank you for responding, but this explanation does not reflect my experience. The front desk did not simply offer me "additional care" after checkout. I had not even paid yet. Lea had already brought my receipt to the register and sent me there, and while I was standing at the front desk, the front desk employee spoke directly to Lea and then told me to return to her chair because my nails still needed additional work. Only after Lea finished buffing my nails and applying the additional product was I sent back to the register to pay. If everything had been properly completed and I was not being rushed, I don't understand why the front desk had to intervene and send me back to Lea's chair in the first place. That interaction only reinforced the impression I already had throughout my appointment that my service was being rushed. What is also disappointing about this response is the lack of acknowledgment of how I was treated. Rather than simply recognizing that the service could have been handled more professionally, the response seems focused on explaining away my experience. I understand that a business may have a different perspective, but that does not invalidate how the service was handled or how I was made to feel as a paying customer. After looking through other reviews, I also noticed that this is not the first time concerns have been raised about Lea's service. I would hope that repeated customer feedback would be taken seriously rather than dismissed as a misunderstanding. This salon was probably the worst salon I have ever visited it deserves 0/5 stars. I came here for a pedicure because the reviews didn't seem bad and the place seemed clean. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told it would be $55 for the pedicure and $10 for the soak off of my previous nail polish. It wasn't until after I sat down and she started soaking off my polish that they told me it was going to be $105. I'm sorry but $105 for the basic level pedicure with French tips is insane. Either way she already had started so | just accepted the fact I was way over charged. Well when she started soaking off my polish she was clipping my nail as well as the sides until it literally bled and I only have half of my big toe nail. I kept moving and told her she was hurting me and she just shrugged and said sorry. I asked her why half of my nail was gone now and she said "it must have gotten soft from the water so I was just able to cut it away, or you never had a nail there to begin with". Excuse me but how can you cut away half of my nail and then try to gaslight me into thinking I didn't have a nail to begin with. I came in with my toes already done so clearly I already had a nail. I am extremely upset and my toe is very sore due to having only half a nail with the raw skin showing. I will be contacting an attorney to handle the situation regarding this salon because now I will be needing to see a podiatrist for a nail reconstruction. Below I will attach a picture of what she did to my nail, leaving it chopped away. If you value your nail health and money do not come here!! *This is an updated review based on my previous review. Because I visited this nail salon and the nail technician completely ripped off my nail, it will not grow back. I wrote a review regarding this situation and was told to reach out to management. When I tried calling multiple times, I was sent to voicemail. I did leave a voicemail which I have a copy of, and never received contact back from anyone. It has now been over two months with no contact back, and over 2 months that my nail has still not grown back at all. I'd like to start by saying that I have been a frequent customer, and I have always been pleased with the quality of work my nail technician provides. However, I feel that the pricing, particularly for nail art, has become unreasonable and deserves to be addressed. Whenever I bring in a design, I understand that more intricate artwork may come with an additional charge. However, from my perspective, changing the color of a design should not result in a significantly different price. Each time I show my nail technician a design, he has to ask another employee how much it will cost, which makes the pricing feel inconsistent and, at times, excessive. Most recently, I was quoted $90 for the design alone, not including the Gel-X service that I normally receive. In my opinion, the design was not particularly elaborate or extreme and did not seem to justify that price. I typically spend close to $200 during my appointments, so I am not opposed to paying for quality work. My concern is the way the nail art is priced, particularly when charges appear to be applied individually per design or per nail. The During my last visit, I also noticed that my technician seemed somewhat off, which unfortunately added to an already disappointing experience. Although my nails generally turn out beautifully, and I appreciate the work he does, the thickness of my Gel-X and, more importantly, the pricing structure for nail art have become significant concerns for me. At this point, I am unsure whether I will return. I believe customers should be provided with clear, consistent, and reasonable pricing before services are performed. I would encourage the salon to reconsider how nail art is priced and to provide customers with a transparent breakdown of charges so there are no surprises. read more

I've been trying to find a new nail spot since my original girl is on maternity leave, and I'm glad I came across this salon! I called about 30 minutes before to check for availability, and they were able to take me in right away, super convenient. Inside, the salon is beautiful, modern, clean, and up to date with a really chic, upscale vibe. They even offer complimentary cocktails, mocktails, or coffee, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. I got a gel French tip pedicure ($60) and a gel fill on my nails, short, square, solid color ($55). I'm extremely picky about my nail shape, I only love short and square (no round!), and they nailed it perfectly. I do like a deeper French, but they mentioned that's an additional $15, so I skipped it this time. One thing to note: they do charge extra to cut down nails, which I've never heard of before. Overall, it is on the pricier side, but you really get what you pay for. Leslie was super informative and helped me pick the perfect shade. I've been coming here for a few months since they opened, but after this experience I won't be returning. I came in asking for a hard gel fill because I've had it done before at other salons, and I had even come to this salon previously with old Gel-X and received a fill. I didn't realize that hard gel fills weren't allowed here, which would have been completely fine if someone had simply explained the policy. Instead, the employee who came over was very hostile. While removing my old nails, she was repeatedly saying, "No hard gel." I was so scared at how she was handling my hand and nails. Clipping off my gel x so aggressively before i can say anything else. Like dang what if I still wanted my gel x...? Crazy. When I explained that I'd had this service done before, she questioned who had done it, left to investigate, then came back and told me that the previous employee had been fired. I was just explaining, didn't need her to make a whole scene and jump out her seat to see who it was immediately. The entire interaction made me uncomfortable. I was honestly relieved she wasn't the one doing my nails because I was so uncomfortable. I also booked both a pedicure and manicure appointment, but they made me wait after my pedi get a mani while everyone else (literally) was able to get both at the same time. The polish color I wanted also wasn't in stock. This experience happened about a month ago. I don't mind being told a service can't be done, but there's a respectful way to communicate that to a customer. read more
