Absolutely loved getting my nails done here. Diane did an amazing job not only with the dip powder but the design as well. Dip can come out so thick and chunky sometimes but she made it perfect. I love all of the color options they have. They definitely have more than I've seen at other salons, including the last place I went to regularly. I'm starting to become a regular here because they are just too good! From their great customer service to the affordable prices to the high quality attention they provide, they're everything I want in a nail salon. When I make appointments, they don't keep me waiting like other places do--they attend to me as soon as they can! I've come for pedicures and Mia and Tina are amazing. On top of that, their lash tech Jennifer is heaven sent! She did such an amazing job at hybrid lashes and it only took her about an hour to do mine. I went to Venice Nails for the first time and although I was very happy with my pedicure which was done by Helen, I was a little disappointed with my nails done by Quinn. I had to have her fix several nails as I wasn't happy with the way they were painted. After addressing the errors, I just got frustrated that I had to point out the many flaws. I was also not happy with the pedicure tools which were not disinfected. That's a big "no no" for me. I will not be returning. As you could see by the pictures, the brown tips were not done evenly. This was wonderful. I am so glad I listened to the reviews and came here. The team is amazing, I got a acrylic set of nails for my wedding and I was so impressed by Jennifer and her attention to detail she made sure I had perfect symmetry and got exactly what I wanted for me wedding nails. She added extra glitter and extra bling and when I was unsure she would said trust me and I am so glad I did! She is very experienced and truly an artist. I also got a great pedicure service. I tend to get severe ingrown and they took them out painlessly and effectively. Lastly, I love the clean and elegant atmosphere. I normally don't leave reviews, but I was very dissatisfied with my service and the final result. My nails look nothing like the inspiration picture I showed. I really wish I had been told upfront if the design couldn't be done I would have chosen a simple color instead.There is also a glue-like residue all around my nails that has been very difficult to remove. I went in there on my lunch hour and expected good customer service I only asked for a bill on my nails and the tech kept complaining telling me that my nails were lifting when they were not just because I didn't want to get a full set. I didn't want to rip my nails off. They are not ready. I am not gonna damage my own nails by doing that she was upset and kept complaining the whole time. She was filing my nails then she pressed hard on the electro file and burned my finger It hurts so much yet after this he still kept complaining about my nails and kept pressuring me to get a full set. It was an awful experience. I had to walk away. I was afraid she was going to keep hurting my fingers with her electric file she was only supposed to do a fill yet she covered my nails with acetone and my nails got very damaged to the point where I couldn't get a fail, no more I had to walk away and this is what I got as an end result I still have to go back into work with these horrible nails I should have never gone here! read more

MIA I had the best first-time experience at Venice Nails and Spa, thanks to Mia! I got the Venice Pedicure and honestly, my feet have never looked or felt better. Mia was so gentle and detailed--she even took care of my ingrowns (which I usually dread) and completely transformed my feet. Response, obviously you didn't read the review. Had I chose a higher package and opted out the callus removal (because I'm allergic) , the sides and back of my feet would not have been touched. This makes no sense. This is your business not mine, I won't spend my money there on a pedicure. And, if your offering half a service, you should left the customer know. I work just like you do.. I paid $38 dollars for water and polish.. lucked out when it comes to getting a decent pedicure here. Today, I chose a basic package with gel (I never get callus removal). Nancy barely used the pumis stone and outside of the water , the back and sides of my feet weren't touched. It's the craziest thing. All of the packages include callus removal. But if you don't pay for it, you're paying for half a service.. I can only laugh, I never had a successful pedicure here and why did I think today would be different. read more

My first visit was yesterday and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in. I'm a very busy mom and it's so hard to find the time to get to a nail appt so if they are chipping after a week or two I'm a bit disappointed but my experience w Venice has been consistently satisfied. To begin, the prices are great, very reasonable. Great customer service, especially from Tyler (he may have been the owner or receptionist I'm not sure of his title) and Jennifer. Very down to earth. Upon arrival I asked for a pedicure and full set. They put me in a pedi bowl and assigned Tom, usually I don't like men to do my feet but honeyyyy Tom went all in and was scrubbing these bad boys and I love that. Most places do a quick run over and call that a scrub but not Tom, he was amazing and did my toes exactly how I like them! He was pleasant to talk to as well. I also LOVE that he looked at my feet, felt them and did not try to sell me on the highest pedi package, he gave the option of like the 2nd cheapest, I upgraded but I appreciate when people don't try to oversell me. Jennifer did my nails and eyebrows, great job on both! She was very personable and I felt like we were old friends though this was my first time. I love my nails, she picked the perfect acrylic color to match my skin tone without me having to ask. I'm going back very soon to get my lashes done by Jennifer too because she did a good job on my eyebrows! I went in today...online it said open at 9 but the sign at the door said 10. Luckily the open sign was on and I walked in. I was greeted by a gentleman who said they would be right with me. I got the $37 option. She did everything on the paper and it was very relaxing. I was falling asleep. Then a gentleman came over to start my manicure. Came here for my girlfriend and saw this place had great reviews so we gave it a shot. We were immediately greeted with a friendly smile and gifts/snacks for the customers for free! We sat down with a nail technicial/specialist and my girlfriend was given many options of nail colors to choose from. She chose a grey/blue nail color with a pearl powder which looked absolutely beautiful. They even gave us complimentary hand cream, so thoughtful! We went shopping at the Ontario Mills Mall afterwards and she couldn't stop comparing things to her nails saying, "this would look so good with my nails".
