The only reason I came here was because my usual go-to salon wasn't open past 7 and I needed a pedicure...regrets. I called ahead for an appointment and it took 30 mins for them to assign a tech to me. I would rather them be honest if they are understaffed. The salon is eerily quiet -- nobody was speaking. When I walked in, I greeted the tech near the entrance who didn't say anything. The entire experience was unprofessional. The floors are dirty and though they have a wall of beverages, nothing was offered to me or the other 4 customers in the salon already. Safe to say I won't be back. read more

I had the worst pedicure from an older lady who clearly is inexperienced! The polish was old! She half ass cleaned my cuticles and didn't add a top coat! I told her the polish was old and she laughed, removed it and reapplied the same polish to my toes. My toes look like they need to be done and I just got them done less than an hour ago! My first time here, Kinda disappointed because the pictures look really good!!! And I got my nails done by Kacie. She didn't do my cuticles, super quick, not sure if it was because she had someone after me and they were waiting. And she only did one coat on my nails because "it's going to be too thick" (my normal nail lady does 2 coats and it's not thick) my nails look like press on nails for $75 , really sad !!! DONT CHEAT ON YOUR NAIL GIRL. She was done in less than 40 min. Sorry but I wouldn't suggest coming here. read more

My friend and I went here today to get our nails done, we're young about 18 and 17 we look it too so maybe that's why the lady with the phone answering calls for customers who asked about busy times who had a bunch of lip filler and was on her phone calling the entire time and glasses, she did my friends nails, horribly she did it not only that she left it all see through my friend got gel x, and she didn't even massage my friends hand and my sweet friend still tipped 20 and half of it was for the kind lady who did my nails and I'm sure that lady kept it too, horrible place and I never ever write reviews I'm to young for that lol shitty service.thats the picture her nails looked like that all over. The audacity and the fact that she payed 70 for that horrible job yall cannot be real they also did not clean our nails at all or clip them their only steps were adding gel and using the file lol. read more

Had my nails done yesterday. Gel pedicure and acrylic fill. My right toe hurts so bad that I can't even put on my gym shoes to go to gym. I felt it yesterday when she was digging unnecessarily and was hoping I'd be wrong. They started to get busy when I went to station to get fill done and could Tell she was rushing. I have red spots that are so tender around my cuticles. The atmosphere was so "cold". No smiles. No music or background noise. A TV was on that you couldn't hear. They have big bottles of champagne etc on display. I asked for glass of wine and they said they don't serve it. I asked for a water and never got one. It was $45 and $45 for my services. I don't live in CA but want to warn anyone else. It was a horrible experience. I also could hear 2 other customers complaining. I should've walked out then. read more

The best nails in the IE hands down! I am extremely picky with my nails and Kacie has never disappointed me at all. I started coming here when the pandemic hit since her shop was the only open one and I haven't stopped coming since. I am here every 2 weeks. I am 30mins away with no traffic. I am still fairly new to the area and have tried a couple of nail salons but I think I've found my favorite. Among the things I look for are cleanliness, friendly techs, and good quality nail work, all of which Posh appears to have. Luna did a fantastic job on my white toenails and unfortunately I did not catch the name of the lady who did my full set ombré but she did a wonderful job as well. I haven't done acrylic in a while but I would absolutely do it again at this place, it came out looking awesome! One major thing of note is that the owner Kacie is a patient woman who cares about the quality of her and her employees' work. Unfortunately I found this out when I was sitting nearby reading a book (incidentally, about negotiation and communication skills) and a customer found it appropriate to complain to her tech that one of her nail designs wasn't even, but in a rude way to the point that the woman doing her nails had to pass her along to the owner. The owner then proceeded to fix her nail and was subjected to more rude comments. She was asked politely not to be rude, and ultimately this entitled woman, who claimed she could talk however she wanted "because it was her nails", walked out without a thank you or a tip. I have an immense amount of respect for people in the service industry who have to put up with entitled rude people who think their dollars give them a license to be a sh*t human being, and the owner's very professional handling of this childish, disrespectful woman after a long day earned my repeat business. As for the Rude Lady - if you ever somehow happen to read this - I would've said something to you, but I don't go to nail salons to argue with people like you. I just hope you grow some class and learn to treat people with the same respect you'd want if you were providing a service. If I could give this salon a 0, I would. My daughter wanted to get her nails done for Easter, and she saw good reviews on this place, so we went. The nail techs were fine, but the simple "art" they did was messy. She wanted a simple french tip with a tiny blue line under, that was not received. Lines are very thick, and base is very thick. So bulky that you can see the base layer coming off her nails. Afterwards, about 5 mins, it already started chipping because it was so thick. -20/10, don't recommend. read more

They do a great job, and you can always get an appointment the same day or walk in they're open early, they're open late. I have done my nails with Kacie, Tom and Tracy, and I'm sure more people. They can do anything you ask, they have all the tools any equipment needed to keep up with all the latest trends, they are reasonable priced, and the best thing about their nails is that they last! The rhinestones stay, the color stays, and they get to work, so you are not sitting there for too long. They want you in and out and they do a great job.
