I just got my nails done last week literally what is this , not to mention I went for a foreign fill two weeks before tech started taking off my rhinestones then says he can't complete the fill because they didn't have the same color powder it was obvious all of the techs were taking about the length of my nails and it was clear they don't want to be bothered with longer nails this time I came for shorter nails new set and it is very clumpy and thick ! My girlfriend was too shy to leave a review so I'm gonna do it for her because I paid. First off at the start of her appointment she was supposed to get her toes and her nails done. Apparently she was getting her nails soaked for like 40 minutes and the lady left and didn't come back to even check on her while my girlfriend was getting a headache from the smell of the chemicals. Then the water was already cold by the time the lady came back and she kept having to soak her nails for over an hour ?! And when she was done with her toes she didn't even want to get her nails done anymore and that's not even the worst part they cut her toe pretty deep , she was bleeding for like 10 minutes and kept putting different types of products to try to stop her bleeding. My girlfriend couldn't even get a discount for all the trouble and they even asked if she wanted to tip after all that lol. She told me other staff are usually friendly but she had a lot of trouble with her appointment today. read more

Pretty clean salon, everyone is very friendly just like the previous reviews I read. I didn't catch my stylist name, but she did an awesome job and didn't get all crazy when I told her I was super ticklish. Prices are reasonable and they take zelle or Venmo also. I made an appointment and I was very pleased with everything about Annie's from the beginning I was greeted pleasantly when I walked in, I met Kim who had me immediately sit down and started my service. She was so sweet, and we chatted about our families and other subjects. My pedicure was wonderful and I was relaxed and feeling great when I left. Thank you Kim, I'll be back. read more

She went out of her way to test different glittery blues with white for ombré and also was nice enough to mix colors to get me this result. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This place is ridiculous they over charged and because I wanted to pay with tap they charged me FIVE dollars because I used tapped yes, $5 dollars just to pay with tap. I also got dip and 2 days later they all fell off. My daughter also got a fill and again a couple days later all were lifting already. I can't believe how unsanitary and cheap this place is. Wow.... I just got a very loud dressing down by the owner (or manager). I was late ... about 25 minutes late. I own that. Bad time management mixed with bad luck, I guess. I'm sitting here in tears getting my nails done by "Vee" ... She's probably the best nail tech I've ever had. And she's such a Sweetheart too 5 Star rating is for Vee. I had booked a double-appointment for today. So why did that lady have to yell at me like that IN FRONT OF PEOPLE WHO "HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE, WAITING A LONG TIME," AND THERE'S VEE SITTING THERE 'DOING NOTHING' ... in other words, "not making money for the shop. It is never okay for one adult to yell/scold another adult IN A SHOP FULL OF PEOPLE. I've been coming here since 2019. I supported the shop during their lean times. I faithfully come in REGULARLY for Fills that cost 40-45$. I always tip 50% because I appreciate Good Service. Today I asked Vee for a very simple, quick fills. See below for picture. They rushed through me and did a sloppy job on my toes and she really wasn't trying to get it cleaned up at the end either. I asked her to clean it up and she just says "it'll wash off in the shower" showing she couldn't be bothered to deal with me since I wasn't getting a big enough service. Please be very careful when coming to this salon. They don't sanitize their tools, I am sure if it. I came in on a Thursday afternoon for a pedicure and waited 2 hours after only being told there was one person in front of me. I was finally seated after 3 other women were taken before me, just do be left sitting in water for 15 minutes before someone got to me. The pedicure was fine, but a day later noticed my toe in a great amount of pain. The following day which was the day of my babyshower only to realize, I have an infection on my big toe and can barely stand on my foot. I won't be coming to this salon no longer after being a loyal customer for months! Please don't waste your $$ to only get an infection. read more
