I had a really good experience overall! The salon is beautiful, very clean, and has a huge selection of nail polish colors. Everyone on the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I got a pedicure, and it was excellent. They were very thorough with the cleaning and prep, took their time instead of rushing, and the massage was wonderful. My toes looked great afterward, and I was really happy with the quality of the service. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the wait time. I had a 1:00 PM appointment but wasn't seated until about 1:40 PM. It seemed like they may have been taking too many walk-ins without prioritizing guests who had appointments. I completely understand that busy days happen, but when I make an appointment, it's usually because I have other things planned afterward and want my day to stay on schedule. Waiting 40 minutes kind of defeats the purpose of booking an appointment in advance. They also advertise a complimentary drink, but I was never offered one during my visit. Honestly, I really do want to come back because I was so happy with the quality of my pedicure and the overall experience once I was finally seated. My only hesitation is worrying that I'll have another long wait despite having an appointment. If they can improve their scheduling and prioritize appointments a little more consistently, this would easily be a 5-star experience for me. read more

Came in for a pedicure after I completely botched my own toe nails, and they were very friendly and fixed them for me! The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. It's also extremely clean and organized! Which is a big plus ! They also offer beverages while you are waiting for your service as well. I'll be coming back here more often. This was my second time coming to Lumiere Nails in Fontana. My first experience was decent, so I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, this time my experience was horrible. Jeannie did my nails. Whenever I tried to point out something that was wrong with my nails, she became defensive and had an attitude instead of addressing my concerns professionally. I was also extremely disappointed with the price. I was charged $112 for a short Gel-X set with a simple design. When I questioned the price, I was told that Jeannie had been working on my nails for three hours, so the price was justified. Since when are nail technicians charging based on how many hours they spend doing a set? She took three hours because she was moving extremely slowly, not because the design was complicated. This simple design absolutely should not have taken three hours. To make matters worse, it has only been three hours since I left the salon, and the polish is already chipping. As you can see in the photos I attached, the gold polish has already turned black and the nails are already showing wear. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was charged more for this short Gel-X set than I was for my medium-length French tip polka-dot set, which was more detailed. I didn't want to make a scene in the salon, so I paid, but I absolutely do not agree with the charge or the quality of service I received. I paid $112 expecting a quality that would last,not for the polish to start chipping within hours. I will be requesting a refund because this is unacceptable. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to Lumiere Nails. read more

I think I found my new go-to nail salon! Jesse did my pedicure, and Vi did my nails, and they came out exactly how I wanted--actually, even better! I am absolutely obsessed with my nails. Both Jesse and Vi were so sweet and provided excellent customer service. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I never felt rushed, and their attention to detail really shows in the final result. P.S, they even offer complimentary drinks while you're there, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This place just became my new place to go to. I never understood how manicures/pedicures were relaxing. I have gone to multiple places as I have moved around (Redlands, Loma Linda, Rialto, and Rancho Cucamonga). And it's been torture every single time. Not only do I get cuts and nicks when the filing is happening, I would always be in pain when LED/UV curing lamps were used. The burning sensation from the lights was horrible. It's been like this for years. Wanting pedicures for the summer, and a new set/mani for work, would mean that I had to endure anxiety throughout the whole process because I never knew what else was going to hurt. I dreaded having to shut my eyes to try to calm down and not pull away when cut. I I thought it was the normal. I recently started going to the dry bar for a dry pedicure and the lady told me it shouldn't hurt. Well now I know. Jessie did my nails. And from start to finish, she was gentle, professional, detailed, not in a hurry, and did not give me any cuts. I waited until the end as she was putting the cuticle oil to let her know. I expected the nicks through the whole session. But thankfully they didn't happen. It's the only time I have enjoyed myself getting "pampered". The place looks so pretty, clean, and they accept walk ins. I had to wait a bit since I didn't have an appointment, but it was so worth it. The free drink was nice too. read more

Never going back. I was there for almost 4 hours and I had an appointment at 1:30. Lady put on an acrylic wrong and it got stuck and it hurt so when she was ripping it off. Told me my polka dot design was basic so they wouldn't charge me but she charged me $15 for something that took her five minutes. She then charged me five dollars for nail removal after making it so painful. Overpriced and will never come back here. read more

Everything about this place is amazing. The place itself is nice and clean. The decoration is cute. Love the seats, very comfy. Philip did my pedicure and Jessie (girl) did my nails I absolutely LOVED them. They make sure you're comfortable. They take their time to do your nails/pedi and make sure you're satisfied with shape as well as color. What I mean by that, they put a coat over your nail and ask if it is the color you would like to continue with. I loved that they asked because in the past I've picked a color (not at this location) and the second it goes on it's instant regret, but I feel bad telling them I want to change the color. Also, they offer a drink of your choice which I loved the Vietnamese coffee. I made an appointment and I didn't have to wait long. I suggest making an appointment simply because there are a lot of people who make appointments so you may just have to wait. I give this place a 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! read more
