I came for a self-care day, and I loved my experience here. The salon is clean, welcoming, and customer service was great; I was even offered lemonade when I was seated, which was nice! John did my Gel-X nails and they came out so beautifully --super clean and exactly what I asked for. I showed him a few inspiration pics I had, gave him some creative freedom, and I am so happy with what we were able to create for the final result! Ann did my lash extensions and they're so light and natural--which is what I was hoping to get for a more everyday look. I even dozed off during the appointment lol Kathy gave me the most relaxing exfoliating pedicure, and my feet feel amazing. I absolutely love the french tip she did to complement my nails, which she also helped with! Definitely coming back!!

I'm really sad because my mom loved her pedicure but my full set came out SO BAD, they're cricked, different lengths, and some are thicker than the others, the staff is super nice but I legitimately am crying bc of how bad they look :(

I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure on Saturday 9/24 for my wedding 9/25. I picked this salon because it had good reviews. My nails were gorgeous when completed. However, on Monday 9/26 a long crack appeared on one thumb nail. On Tuesday 9/27 a tip chipped off another finger. As of today Tuesday 10/4, multiple nails have lifted and chipped around my cuticles of multiple fingers. I have not done anything strenuous with my nails! I expected my nails to last so much longer since they are dip. The expense was not worth it, unfortunately.

Went on a Sunday to get a full set and Tammy was the person that did my nails. She was so kind and was very detailed in her work. She constantly made sure throughout that I was satisfied with my shape, the color and design I selected. She also waxed my eyebrows, which was much needed I will definitely be coming back!

Worst experience here. I asked for nail inspiration that I saw on Pinterest. The store was completely empty when I went, and the bald guy said he could take me in and do my nails. With the amount of time and no customers they had, you would expect they would do a wonderful job, but they were the most horrendous thing i have ever seen in my life. They were my prom nails, and I was mad. They were originally charging me $70. When I came back, I told them I hated them. And I want my money back, no matter what. The lady who was a little dark-skinned and wore glasses looked at them, and she offered to redo them. I said okay. And I waited again. They were probably talking bad about me, but I just wanted my nails. When it was my turn, I asked for another set of nails because I knew they were going to mess up again. The lady stared to complain and said, No, it's going to take two hours. I said that's fine; I'm okay with taking that long. Then they all proceeded to attack me, telling me to get out, giving me my money back, took of my nails in the most meanest way possible and didn't even take it out properly. (Also the bald guy was using his yellow long nail and shoving them in my cuticle and pushing them down and using the drill so close that I was slightly bleeding). and they continuously laughed when I left the store . This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would never ever come back here, and there are so many great places that anyone could go, but this place is one of the worst places in Fontana. Super rude, unprofessional, and need to go back to nail school because it looks like all of them need it.

Ann did a wonderful job on my nails! I am very happy with my nails and definitely plan on returning. I got builder gel for a natural look since I type for work and would like to keep the length at a minimum. I am a nail biter so I did builder gel for the first time to see if it can help me grow out my natural nails. I walked in on Thursday around 5:30pm and got serviced immediately. I was charged for 50$ for this short builder gel set, I find it to be reasonable considering the results. read more

Very disappointing experience. The service was slow and the salon felt messy and unprofessional. During my manicure, the technician cut my finger badly and it started bleeding quite a bit. Instead of properly treating it, he kept spraying alcohol on it to stop the bleeding, which burned terribly. He also made several other cuts along my cuticles. Honestly, I should have left at that point, but I chose to give them a chance and stayed for the pedicure. Unfortunately, that wasn't much better. My big toe now has a noticeable lump from the gel polish application. The salon was also uncomfortable -- the AC was off and they only had a fan blowing, so I was sweating the entire time in the chair. Overall, one of the worst salon experiences I've had. I would not recommend coming here if you're looking for quality. read more

have been going here for a while, never had an issue until today. went in for a mani and pedi, got my mani done and then had to wait for a pedi. It was no issue waiting but it was a long wait for then someone else to come in and they proceeded to attend her first. they don't tell you an estimate wait time or check in with you they just keep you waiting. it got me very upset, there was a couple people in there and they were short staffed. maybe they should get more staff to work Sundays and communicate with their clients more. read more

The $35 dollar pedicure stated it was a 5 min massage with warm lotion. I reminded him of the warm lotion after he placed regular lotion on me, as soon as he covered my legs not even my feet lol with lotion he wrapped a hot towel on them and started to paint. I got zero massage. Save the money and paint your own toes there's no full pedicure here. Also the paint job was horrible. Don't waste your time here read more

I like the work they do. Was my 1st time visiting and was informed the location bought out the Nail salon in the Walmart shopping center on Foothill/Mango. 2 shops , One owner now. The explanation for the 3 stars... it's not comfortable to anyone and rather obvious actually, when we are being talked about. It's not that difficult to not gossip. I mean I Guess it is for some individuals, because they just can't seem to help it. It's very rude and disrespectful. In some cultures they teach to not speak in another other language as to not be rude. To not give the "assumption" that you're speaking rude about someone. Just Food for thought. FYI got a gel pedicure, and a fill with 4 small stones 2 large on each ring finger and gel Polish paid $97 read more

Came to do my nails, showEd a picture of this style but I specifically said I wanted olive green, they changed me technician and again said the same thing multiple times and how I wanted acrylic. These people are something else. They ended up doing Dip when I kept saying no I want acrylic they said this is better it's organic. I said fine I'll let it slide. Than the dip color isn't like the nude u can get faster with acrylic. So he had to use gel to get the color I have in the photo. They ask again what color I say olive green. They tell me they will get the color later. Than they end up painting my nails white, ughhh when I say this isn't what I want in a nice way, the man gets upset, so I stay quiet even though I'm paying. He only does the white one time seeing the work is sloppy. I ended up staying quiet and just wanted to leave because from the beginning I told them what I wanted and in the end they kept doing whatever was convenient for them. It wasn't full ontop of things. From a side view some nails even look like waves all uneven. Very disappointed. U should pay more attention to customers don't just try to take advantage by doing extra crap to take their money. I voiced what I wanted multiple times and when I'm calling you out that I don't like it it's a problem. I'm giving u hard earned money! Same way your making ur money I do too!!! read more

Johnny did my nails and I absolutely loved them! He took his time and worked with the vision I had in mind and made sure I liked them every step of the way. I really appreciate it when nail technicians take their time with their clients and don't rush them and are patient with them. The prices are fair and the shop is really clean. read more

Seriously was such a bad experience. My first time going and the workers were rude and rushing my nails the whole time. I have never left a salon and didn't like my nails. They tried overcharging me as well. Not to mention I had to tell the guy that another coat was needed because the polish was still very see-through. Then he tried telling me no matter how many coats I added nothing was gonna change yet one more layer would've sufficedThis was definitely a first and last experience with them. read more

I came in first thing on sunday morning. I had to wait a little while for my pedicure but they seated me immediately! The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was & how the owner (im assuming) made sure items were sanitized, seats were wiped down, other surfaces were cleaned, jets were cleaned & towels were freshly washed. My gel pedicure and manicure turned out amazing and I had such a relaxing time. Definitely will be back! read more

Worse pedicure I ever had! The guy with glasses attended me. He was very rough i had to tell him twice to take it easy. He also paid more attention to everyone walking in and everything going on inside there. No focus on me whatsoever! He did not push back the cuticles or cut them not to mention my nails were not evenly cut. Wouldn't recommend and definitely not returning! read more

Irene is the rudest person I've ever experienced. I should have known she would be nasty towards me…read morewhen I asked her name and attempted to engage in small talk with her. My first visit, Irene was supposed to complete my pedicure. She continuously asked me what I wanted, if certain shapes and length were to my liking. After answering her the first few times, I seen that she grew impatient. SHE kept asking me so I finally told her that I'm afraid to answer because every time I politely answer her, she gets upset. Finally, she called over the front desk girl to mediate. Again, Irene would stop every few seconds just to see if I would give her the okay. I am not of this profession, so I cannot tell if the acrylic is applied properly if you won't file it. Then, I asked her about a section of my nail that looked odd so when I asked the front desk girl if it was my nail she said "it's the acrylic" and Irene just start filing it. I did not tell her to file I just asked and she totally curved my nail. I softly said "oh no, she curved it". Then Irene just got up and walked away. I sat there for a while for another tech to service me, but was told no one could service me after sitting there without acknowledgment for 10 minutes. My demeanor was calm, polite, and flexible. This nail salon may look pretty on the exterior, but the service that YOU work hard to pay for should not come at the expense of respect. ZERO STARS Jenny V. Business Manager Hello R R. First visit: $109 for a gel manicure/pedicure. Within a couple of days, two nails split at the sides and the gel started lifting and peeling. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I went back. Second visit: $114. The gel started lifting the very next day, and within a week several nails had completely peeled off. For context, my gel manicures typically last 4+ weeks, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never experienced gel failing this quickly. For the price point, I expected much better quality and durability. Really disappointing, especially after giving them a second chance. Will not be returning.

I showed a very clear reference photo of what I wanted (soft, clean pastel yellow French tips), and what I received looks nothing like it. The shape, color, and overall finish are noticeably different and not what I asked for at all. Instead of acknowledging the difference, the nail tech kept trying to convince me to like the result rather than fixing it. What made things worse was how this was handled afterward. I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the issue, and instead of hearing me out, I was told I was "playing games" and that what I got was exactly what I asked for which is simply not true. As someone who has supported this business consistently, this was really disappointing. It's not just about the nails it's about customer service and how concerns are handled. I would have appreciated a simple willingness to fix the issue rather than being dismissed. Sadly, I won't be returning after this experience.

I am 35 years old and I've never seen such a thing just disgusting. And no, I did not tip her. I would consider that extra money. I paid for my five minute foot. Massage is her tip ..If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

So I decided to try this nail salon near my home. The ladies who attended me were so amazing and I heard they do eyelashes too! They did everything for me and with no appt. The facility is beyond gorgeous. It's very modern and clean. LILLY is the best nail technician I've ever had. She does things in his process that I've never seen any other technician do. Called last minute and the lady told me to come. John Jr. done my nails so pretty. They look very natural. Although it was closing time he did not rush neither did the other staff.
