I've been a loyal customer here for months and have even brought family members to support this place. Unfortunately, my most recent experience completely changed how I feel. I showed a very clear reference photo of what I wanted (soft, clean pastel yellow French tips), and what I received looks nothing like it. The shape, color, and overall finish are noticeably different and not what I asked for at all. Instead of acknowledging the difference, the nail tech kept trying to convince me to like the result rather than fixing it. What made things worse was how this was handled afterward. I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the issue, and instead of hearing me out, I was told I was "playing games" and that what I got was exactly what I asked for which is simply not true. As someone who has supported this business consistently, this was really disappointing. It's not just about the nails it's about customer service and how concerns are handled. I would have appreciated a simple willingness to fix the issue rather than being dismissed. Sadly, I won't be returning after this experience. read more

Had been going here for the past year and no issues until today. Went in during the middle of the day for a pedicure and a soak off. Literally no one else in the salon. The lady who was doing my pedicure broke one of my toenails during the pedicure. After the gel was cured, I noticed there was purple lint cured into the polish. I wasn't wearing anything purple, nor did I have socks on prior to the pedicure. I asked for my acrylic set to be soaked off but the guy proceeded to rip them off. I asked again for them to be soaked off and he tried to tell me ripping them off was better even though it was already visibly damaging my nails. Someone else came and did the soak off but they filed my nails down so paper thin, they are beyond damaged and now I can't get them done until they grow out. My nails hurt and look horrible. This place is OK. Just OK. I'm a little on the picky side. Prices are reasonable but let's face it, it's not cheap to get your nails done. For that reason it should be done right & we shouldn't be rushed out. I had a gel mani & pedi and was done in 35 mins & the finished product looked like it was done quickly. Came here before and my experience was good, I'm getting married next Friday so I decided to come here to get a pedicure for that. I was seated as soon as I got there and was attended to fast as well. After the pedicure my big toe on my left foot was hurting. I didn't think too much of it I just thought it was a bit sensitive from the service. Today (the day after the pedicure) I woke up with some puss coming out of the edge of my big toe on my left foot. It's not severe but this should happen at all. Will not be coming here again. UPDATE: Swelling and pain have got much worse. Doctor has confirmed it is infected and I am now on antibiotics. My foot is in an immense amount of pain. Do not come here. read more

He was not able to achieve the design so he had his wife "owner" do it for me! & took too long for them to look like crap! Came in today not knowing the time they closed and they took me in right away. My pedicure was fast and smooth. Sometimes I enjoy long pedicures but with this heat I'm not really I'm the mood so fast was good for me. He gave me options and painted perfect. Good conversation and funny. She fulfilled my request for natural nails without being too plain or French tips or over the top or bridal nails that were over done. Last minute I asked for the letter "B" to be painted on one of my nails as a nod to my fiancé. I also got a pedicure and I never learned the guys name, but he provided me with their menu so I can decide what kind of pedicure I wanted and I appreciated that since not many nail salons I've been too have done that for me. My request for the pedicure was just simple white gel and it was all fulfilled with care! For services and overall experience, this is a shop that I would recommend. They were very accommodating with rescheduling and me coming in later than my appt due to traffic. As long as you're vocal about what you want, they'll do their best to fulfill it! read more

You can make an appointment and you will be waiting 15-45 min to get serviced because they schedule multiple appointments at same time and take walk ins. I'm officially done coming here. I went on Tuesday June 10th now it's June 19, it's been NINE days and my gel manicure is chipping and lifting. I paid $35 and $10 for chrome which came out to $45 not even including my tip. The lady was nice but I noticed she rushed my gel manicure and didn't even prep my nails right. I have never had a gel mani done in under 40 minutes. I paid $45 just for my nails to chip within a week. I wish I can get my money back. Very clean business. Got me in on the same day. Good and quick service. I did feel a little rushed. It wasn't crowded at all, but as soon as the paint was on my toes, they were ushering me out. I love that you can pay cash or card. I have had bad experiences at Nail Salons in our area. This was the first time where no one was rough on my nails or skin. No one cut my skin. I took my 2 daughters and the place was empty. We all got manicures. We were in and out in less than 20 mins. One daughter didn't get lotion or a massage. One did. I received lotion and no massage. My girls' polish was chipped by the next morning. My gel manicure chilled after 1 week. Through all of this 1 male employee kept asking me why I didn't have a son and that I needed one. Monday I came in for a full set done by a young girl , and by Tuesday they were breaking off. 3 nails broke from Tuesday to Friday . I came in this morning to get them fixed and he said a tech will be here in 15 minutes , ok cool .. 35 minutes later they said stuck in traffic meanwhile the tech who messed in my nails came in 15 minutes late to another persons appointment. They don't know how to run a business effectively which makes sense as to why this place is NEVER busy or has more than 5 customers at a time . And I've been here multiple times .
