I visited Lavish Nails & Spa last Thursday to get a pedicure and a new full nail set. While the pedicure okay, I have to mention my disappointment with the quality of the full set of nails. By Monday, my hair keeps getting stuck in my nails, which is frustrating and indicates that the application wasn't done properly. It's unfortunate because I had given this place another opportunity. I have been coming here for over 5 years and Tracy always does an amazing pedicure and manicure. All her team is hands down amazing. For my acrylic I ask for Henry and never disappoints. He goes above and beyond to make sure he gets the right color style and shape. Very clean and professional. Super disappointed. I had gone in previously to get a pedicure. I had gotten gel last time and this time I decided to get regular polish because the gel chipped pretty fast for it being gel. When I told the lady that was doing my pedicure I wanted just a regular pedicure with no callus removal she started giving me attitude. When it came time to painting my nails she had left polish all over the sides I had to ask the receptionist if I could have someone fix it. She also didn't coat the entire nail with the clear coat. Once I asked them to correct it as you can tell the top coat is still not covering the nail. As you can tell the other nail as well is not smooth. Not sure if they do this on purpose to try and get people to spend money on getting gel but this is not okay. Won't be coming back. read more

Tried this salon because of the high reviews and was not impressed. It was not clean, and three different people were involved in my service. The man who removed my old dip did so by popping the dip off my nails rather than soaking them which was painful. After he used a metal drill bit on my bare nails instead of a sanding band. The lady who actually did my gel was very kind and sweet, but did not fully trim my cuticles. All in all I would not recommend and will be finding somewhere else to have my nails done in the future. read more

Literally the worst place I've ever been too, call nails weren't even cleaned correctly. They left my toes all crooked and I asked them to leave my nails bare bc all the colors I had chosen they were out of. I figured might as well paint them at my own damn house. The lady left gel from my previous nails on and still wanted to put on a clear coat for me. WORST PEDICURE I EVER HAD! Going the cheap route isn't always worth it. A man here did my pedicure and was so rough and when he went to the sides of my toe nail to clean them was so painful. I had to stop the service. Couldn't get color on my toes because it was bleeding and burning and I'm nervous it'll be infected later on..Never experienced this type of pedicure and refuse to again. I got my nails and pedicure done today and this place is not cheap! and the person doing my pedicure needed to do some else's eyebrows and didn't want the person to leave and ask me if I can wait for her 5 minutes and I said yes, and when they were done with me I wanted my face wax and they told me to come back tomorrow which that is wrong they weren't even busy I was going to wait for her since she was finishing her other pedicure but the last time I was there they didn't provide good service since they were rushing the lady doing my pedicure the man doing my nails did a great job but this will be the last time I will be there! Please save yourself and do not come here! BEWARE of a place like this. So I went in and there weren't a lot of people which I should have taken this as a sign.. I showed the guy what I wanted but he gave me stickers to choose from instead. I changed my design to a simply silver glittery french tip, then he showed me a completely different french tip. I went with the design that he showed me. BUT, this is where it all goes downhill. First of all, he gets super distracted and talks to all the other workers while filing my nails and some of my fingers started hurting but I didn't think much of it. HOWEVER, when he started putting the nude base, I felt stinging in certain places because he was filing against my skin really hard so when I looked down at my fingers they were CUT. Three of my fingers were bleeding from the harsh way he way filing my nails/skin. He even noticed the cut and the redness from bleeding, he kept going. When I mentioned the cut he was about to put GLUE on it! The base was done pretty horrible because you can still see my nails (even though we both made it clear he was adding the nude base to make it invisible). He also shoved the extra stuff and pushed it under my nails, when there was hair or black stuff that got on my nails he blamed my nails for it, and lastly, the filing was terrible so there's some sharp stuff stuck under my nails from the powder he shoved under my nails. I was in a lot of pain so after he finished the base and filing them, I just asked for a top coat so I can leave. He had the audacity to charge me $45 ($40 when I complained) when they were UNFINISHED nails and he CUT 3 of my fingers. The $5 off from complaining did not solve anything or help at all. After washing my hands multiple times at home, there's still some stuff that's peeling all over my fingers. I used some acetone to try to remove it but I screamed in pain as I discovered that more of my fingers were sliced. So with a total of FOUR fingers that were cut! Finally stopped bleeding after 15 minutes but still burned. Update: When I went back for the refund the lady and the guy kept grabbing both of my hands and inspecting it. Also they tried taking a picture of me and both my hands of the cuts. I asked what it was for, the lady kept changing the story who it was for. I was very uncomfortable, especially because she kept grabbing my hand to take a picture. They were both asking my why they couldn't take a picture of me and getting angry... like really??!?? And then she had me write my name, my phone number, and a signature all for a refund. It's only been a few days, but a nail already came off and the rest of my nails are all peeling and lifting.. -_- Also I'm pretty sure they're still using the tools that cut me because even though I was bleeding he kept going and put the tools back in the drawers... read more

I got my nails done by Henry in November. I had an issue with the Gel nail polish peeling off twice. Owens back snd they redone those problem ones. It is now January and I am just now making an appointment because my just started lifting. I'm going back because my nails lasted. I got a fed in on each nail and they are cheaper than any other place in the IR. I use to go to3D nails and I will never step foot again in that prejudice place. Neva!!!!!! read more

We went to get a pedicure. We asked for regular polish instead of gel . When we were waiting for nails to dry on the chairs by the entrance the workers told us to go and let them dry in car . They kept moving hands for us to just leave after we had paid . I felt so uncomfortable and felt like they were kicking us out.
