Called ahead and asked if they had time for me if I come around 10-15 mins. After confirmation I came around 6:30pm and got seated right away with my nail tech Dianne. I got a $35 for gel manicure (about average for this area). The color is not exactly what I really wanted (I wanted something a bit more sheer) and I showed pictures of what I was looking for to my nail tech but she wasn't willing to help me find it. I was too rushed to choose a color as soon as I sat down. I got 3 coats of White Bunny (DND). The third coat was really thick because the technician wanted to cover up the unevenness from two coats. As you can see in the pictures my pinky is bleeding a bit. Some of the skin from my pinky finger got shaved off by a nail filer when the technician was filing down excess gel polish. Diane was friendly but didn't have much patience or attention to detail. Maybe because it was already end of the day. read more

I walked in with my two year old while I was waiting for my mom to arrive from the freeway. She told me it was 15$ for underarm wax, which is already too expensive for that service but I agreed, letting her know I needed my mom to grab my daughter so I'd be back in about five minutes. When I got back, we went to the back room and after I'd laid down and put down my things, she changed her price to 20$. I hate a lack of transparency with pricing and the 15$ was already overcharging for such a service. I randomly arrived at this place when my family decided to go to a store in the same shopping center. I walked in and was taken in immediately. I was asked to pick a color and service. Michelle was my technician. I was glad one person completed both my gel manicure and gel pedicure. I was told tips were only taken in cash as they weren't able to add them to the final price when checking out. Ekk! Good thing I was able to Zelle her the tip. Michelle was quick. The service was good. I liked the set up of the nail and pedicure chairs. There was a steady flow of clients. I chose a #3 pedicure and basic manicure. I didn't have any color to remove. There was an extra fee of $15 for gel. The total was $89 before the tip. I'm not sure why nail services have increased SO MUCH?! I wish the massages lasted a bit longer or the techs at least remembered to start the massages in the pedicure chair. I go more to relax than just to change my nail colors. read more

I went here 03/18/2025 and I was contemplating if I should really do this review BUT here I am! First, the place was quiet and clean and I was seated very quickly! I just wanted acrylic nails removed and the woman got to business! I mean VERY QUICKLY to where this review goes downhill.... She was using an electric nail file for the most part to get the acrylics off faster. She would soak my nails in acetone and file then soak and file. She did not care for my real nails AT ALL! She filed my real nails so thin that they easily broke off after getting a manicure! My thumb nail was so filed down that I couldn't put pressure on it at all for days. NOT only were my nails thin but the woman was using the electric file so fast that it cut around my fingers... it's safe to say I would not come back here. read more

Never coming back. I came in to get Gel X for the first time...i came in two weeks later to get them removed. Whoever my tech was filed down my nail bed EXTREMELY thin and it's been almost a week since the removal...my nail beds are sore, painful, and bright red from how thin they are. my fingers hurt anytime they come in contact with water. Also, whoever applied the nails did not do it properly because my nails also LIFTED a lot. like physically lifted off my finger hence why there's a lot of pain, on top of the buffing. My pinky nail lifted almost halfway from the nail bed and grew back white. I learned after you're supposed to soak gel X nails off in acetone, but it's not my job to know that. Currently waiting for my doctors appointment because of this. My wedding is next month, and my nails are ruined because of this place. read more

Went to this nail salon for the first time because my actual salon closed. Everyone is very friendly and I was seen immediately to be serviced for a gel mani and pedi. Long story short, this was the fastest service I have ever received! My nails look absolutely horrible! The nail tech was so nice, so it's unfortunate that I hate my nails. She talked me into a design that was not what I expected, but didn't have the energy to say anything. The design lines are uneven and the polish is messy. My toes look nice, but to be fair, I have long nail beds so can't really screw them up. The price was astronomical...$81!! They charge $1.50 to use your card, which is ridiculous! I know it's nails and it's not that serious but I'm so mad right now. It's not cheap to get nails done and every time I bring my girls here I have to argue with the tech to make their nails short. My sister and I came here Saturday afternoon and were serviced by Jackie and Christine. We expected a wait since all other salons we checked were completely full but they seated us immediately. I just have to say these ladies are AMAZING! Their level of customer service, care and attention to detail is top notch. There were 6 different pedicure options and we both chose the 6th choice which included everything and boy we were so happy we chose that option. I never felt rushed the entire time I was there. Jackie made sure I was comfortable the entire visit and really took her time. My toe color looked flawless! I have a nail on my big toe that was damaged and grows in funky now and she applied the color coat so beautifully, it has really helped boost my confidence. The hot stone massage was heavenly and by the time she was finished I felt like I was walking on clouds. At the end of the visit she didn't rush me out of the chair. She set up a fan to dry my nails so I could sit in comfort while I waited for my sister to finish. When I walked up to pay at the front she made sure to go grab me a bag to place my shoes in so I wouldn't have to hold them. I have honestly never received that level of service at a nail salon and I walked away thoroughly impressed and eager to come back. I also want to note that Christine provided equally as amazing service to my sister so you can tell the business as a whole cares about their customers. I came in around 5:30pm and thought it would be a great to try while they're not busy. By reading few reviews prior my visit, I was skeptical at first but then as I walked in, I was greeted by the front ladies and asked what I wanted to do. Then Myanh helped me, she took off my ugly nasty long 3 weeks acrylic nails LOL she did it super gentle and cleaned so well! Later on, her appointment person came so she asked if it's okay her brother painted my nails. I thought; oh heck no but she did so great and what could get worse just painted nails. Well ladies, I must admit that the brother did fantastic! Don't judge book by its cover right? Anyways; here's the look for my thanksgiving nails haha the price is also not bad at all! For take off nails, cleaned and gel manicure I paid $27. The downsize is you could pay with cards but you can't tip so I had to pay withdrew money from their ATM machine and cost almost $2.
