I saw this place had great reviews so I stopped in to do a builder gel set. The service that day was fine. She gave me what I asked for but it's been less than a week and the gel is already lifting. I thought the point of builder gel is so that it lasts longer than a normal gel manicure. I paid $55 for a set that's lifting less than a week after. It's disappointing to spend that amount and it not even last. I will not be returning. It is outdated in there and not many selections of gel colors. read more

Walk in, called earlier and they said they are available. The service was rush since they have another appointment. My daughter had the mani pedi and I had a pedi only. 2 people were working on my daughter and one on mine. The service on my daughter super rush and she needs to wait for me. The other tow ladies who service my daughter looks like had appointment with someone. I mean, its $38 plus tip just less than 15 mon service. Waste $$$. They should just refuse and said no time. This is my new nail shop! Currently residing in Pomona and we drive to Rancho for this nail shop. I've had Tina, Ken, Tom, Jen & Lilly do my nails. Every employee is super great and attentive. They make sure to memorize your face and I'm always treated with kindness! The shop is in a plaza and it's one of those that you're like I'll keep walking but honestly walk in! The lady was nice and gentle but when it came to the gel painting part, she flooded almost all of my nail beds and didn't clean up the edges. So now, I have to go home and use my own drill/fill to fix them and put another top coat to seal the nail. I paid $45 but was not happy with the final result. New here and I really enjoyed my experience with Ken doing a full set. I've read what others have said and I'm glad I didn't experience any of it. I paid with Apple Pay. I have Ken a little challenge with what I asked for and he delivered 100%. I loved my nails. He had mentioned to let him know if at any point I wasn't pleased with how they looked so he can fix the problem, but lucky for me it was all good. I'll be back! read more

TLDR + update: After reading other reviews, it seems like my experience is pretty common here. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN WHAT YOU ACTUALLY OWE. Everything was going fine at first because the nail techs seemed really nice and friendly, but things took a turn at the end... I was originally told that it would be $39 for my pedicure and $30 for my manicure. I also asked if they accept card and they said yes. But then at checkout they charged me $84 which I was confused about. And when I was going to pay with card they asked me to pay cash instead. I didn't have cash and she pointed to an atm machine so I had to take out cash and of course it charges you a $2 fee. I'm disappointed in myself for not speaking up about it because I didn't wanna make a scene and embarrass myself but honestly I just feel taken advantage of and lowkey scammed. Usually good service here, but today the nail tech was extremely rude. She seemed bothered the second I told her I need a pedicure and only want my gel removed and not to redo the gel nails. She actually made a face. She also was extremely aggressive & agitated when removing the towel under my feet a few times. The kicker was when I was watching a video on my phone, had my arm on the pillow still and she yanked the pillow out, without even saying anything. Absolutely love this nail salon! Been to a few salons in my life and nothing compares to their genuine customer service, quality of work, ambiance and prices. My sister and mother even transitioned over to this location. These glitter Rasta french tip mani/pedi have been my favorite nails yet! They don't judge my nail color choice due to my skin color or push for higher priced mani pedi treatment or speak their language the whole time and sometimes obviously about me (all as they have done in other salons). This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done until this last trip that I took. I got gel for both a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was okay but the way that she was filing and trimming my cuticles hurt. Then the lady that did my gel manicure messed up on my pinky and cut the skin to remove the gel around my finger nail, causing it to swell up and get infected. The way that she did the gel manicure was also not done well and picked up dirt in crevices where the top coat did not evenly distribute. I was going to go back the next day to get it fixed but I was busy because I had a flight to go on. It's been less than a week and the corners of my nails are already lifting. They also told me over the phone it would cost $39 and $30 for a gel manicure and pedicure but when they rang me up I paid $71. I walked in this morning as soon as they opened to get a full set and pedicure. They seated me right away. Xuan did my pedicure and she did great. Ken did my full set and they looked good, but when I got home, I noticed they all had gaps underneath between the fake tip and my own nail! The gaps were huge! I called them right away and was told to go in to get them 'fixed'. I showed up was greeted outside of the salon by a man I hadn't met. He saw my nails and tried to tell me it was normal to have gaps!!! I couldn't believe it. He offered to add glue and I declined. There is no way in hell I would pay FULL PRICE to have glued gaps on my nails! The audacity! lol I asked for my money back so I can get them redone somewhere else and he was so upset. He stormed inside, asked for my card and refunded me $60 (the pedicure was fine). I went to another salon right after to get my nails fixed and they couldn't believe their eyes.... NEVER GO HERE! They honestly ruined my nails. They starting cracking a few days after they had filed them down with the machine. The coating also starting peeling. I usually go to a different salon and this never happens. All my nails are breaking and I'm just likely going to have to cut them short. They were also joking that they are glad they didn't say anything rude while speaking Vietnamese bc they realized I understood quite a bit. Went in to redo my sns dip, I had called ahead and was told it would be $50 to remove and put back on dip. First impression was the place was a little run down, I'm new to the area so not quite sure if this is the standard in RC but it felt a little unkept/outdated. When I sat down the tech first tried to pop off my dip as if it was acrylic... if you're familiar with dip, it should always be soaked off. Mine was applied directly to my natural nail and had no sign of lifting. During the process of getting my nails done, the edges where lumpy/not flush with the nail. (Most times when the base that is brushed on isn't applied evenly and throughout the nail this happens) Anyways, he fixed it by filing it down before applying a top coat. But I found it very interesting he applied a base of dip powder and 2 coats of the color but didn't do a top layer of clear powder. 3 days later 3 of my nails where already thinking at the tip/chipped. I called and they said I could go back in free of charge to get them fixed. I feel the tech should have buffed all of my nails and reapplied another layer of powder/clear coat. But he did not. To come home and the next day (4 days) after getting my nails done to have another mail chipped. I might give them another try after trying a few other salons. But wasn't very satisfied. They also charged me $55. read more

I've been doing dipping powder for years and I asked for white dipping powder but they said they don't have any.
