I've never been to this salon. It was my first time and I enjoyed it very much. I went on a Friday evening and didn't need an appointment. I requested a pedicure and was seated right away. They offered me a beverage and wet straight to work. My nail tech did a great job. She took her time and was thorough, I enjoyed my experience over all. The salon is spacious, well lit, the chairs were comfy and they had a lot of selections for nail polish. The only thing I'd change is I should have asked my nail tech for more pressure during my massage. But the pedicure itself came out great !! Definitely coming back here.

Outstanding service from booking to payment. Super easy to set up an appointment through their website, but they also accept walk ins. I booked a 9:30 am appt and their door was open a little earlier and they happily took me in. Everyone is warm and friendly, they offer a ton of beautiful gel colors, and the place is super clean. They have plenty of options for beverages, I opted for a Vietnamese coffee to get my day started. Lisa took care of my gel pedicure and she did a phenomenal job, took her time with cuticle care and shaping, and solid gel application. The basic pedi came with bath salt, scrub and massage, with a hot towel at the end. Amazing value and I plan to come again for my next manipedi. read more

Lisa & Vicky are the best. They both made my visit spectacular ! Lisa did an amazing winter design on my gel manicure. And Vicky was the best for my pedicure , she made sure all my ingrown nail issues were fixed. She cleaned up and exfoliated my feet. And totally cleaned up my cuticles and made these working feet look healthy with pretty toes again. Thank you for your kind hospitality they are 5 stars and beyond. I really wanted to love this place since my best friend is a regular, but I left incredibly disappointed. My appointment was at 5:00 PM, and I didn't leave until 7:30 PM. For a plain gel mani-pedi, 2.5 hours is excessive. The soak-off alone took over an hour, and the technician couldn't nail a basic "short and round" shape. The polish application was so thick I had to speak up and have two other technicians step in to fix the "gum-like" globs and streaks. They did give me a discount, which I appreciate, but it doesn't make up for the poor quality and the half-day spent in a salon chair. read more

We walked in and asked very specifically "do you have time to do 2 gel manicures and 2 gel pedicures". Of course they said "yes". They asked us to fill out the equivalent of a patient chart at a hospital for services. We were never offered a menu and they don't have them posted. We had to ask for the menu. After that was done we get seated for the pedicures. About 30 mins into the service I finally asked if we were going to have our nails done. The receptionist told me she didn't know we wanted our nails done?..... girl.... You have a whole ass patient chart in front of you and we specifically asked! Long story short. They wasted our time. Finally after 45 mins of the pedicures being done, one tech comes over and asks if we still wanted our nails done. I said no because we waited too long. She promised to get my daughter's nails done quickly. I reluctantly agreed but allowed it. The tech said, "I'll be quick". Three hours later. Three hours! We are finally leaving. My toes done. My nails not done. And we paid several hundred dollars. We will never be back and I will never recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I recommend the lash lift if you're looking for a more natural and subtle look--or if you're just tired of using (and cleaning up) mascara. The facility was pretty clean and the service beds were comfortable. They offer discounts if you're a new client.

10/10 would NOT recommend. Gave them several photos of what I wanted. Told them clearly I wanted…read morenatural wispy look. Not heavy or thick. The girl took 3 hours just for me to have them remove them and leave with my natural lash because they can't look at photos or listen to instructions.

I booked an appointment on their user-friendly website, making the experience seamless. Parking was a breeze with the spacious lot next to the hat. The staff's warm welcome was amazing and their kindness made me feel valued. They worked wonders on my nails, fixing the couple I had broken. I'm obsessed with my nails.. first time doing a cat eye and the nail technician (anh) suggested the polka dots which are so cute and make the nails, in my opinion. The salon is also clean and aesthetic! I live in LA so I wish I could make this my local spot but I def plan to come out quarterly! read more
