First time coming here was when I graduated around the end of may. I got a gel Mani and a regular pedicure, both came out beautifully! The Mani didn't last as long as I wanted to, but if you're consistently washing dishes or hard on your hands(it was my first gel Mani EVER & I was new lol) they wont last 2 weeks unfortunately. However they were beautiful and I'm now in need for a pedi ! The pedi lasted a WHOLE MONTH ! Best time to go in is happy hour from Monday to Wednesday from 9am to 4pm and they take walk ins! I finally found a good nail salon and they made me feel pampered haha Definitely coming back. read more

A extensive nail trim followed with a deep nail debris removal and cuticle. Let a pumice sponge gently remove rough dry skin that is repeated while one foot soaks. They might recommend a more intense method of removing extra dry skin by applying a callus dissolving product that breaks down and washes away with a smooth pumice sponge. Top it all off with a good foot massage that covers up to your calves in a body lotion. You really can't beat these neighborhood prices with impeccable service Pedicure - $15.00 Callus dissolving product - $5.00 Tip graciously, they really deserve extra $$$$$ All other beauty services one would expect to find at any typical nail salon and spa are available. Went here for the first time on 5/14/19. Granted it wasn't a busy day for them so they stepped it up! Talk about VIP treatment! Lucy did such an awesome job and she free hands all her designs. Im not sure why Yelp says this place is closed when it's not. This place is actually doing EXTREMELY well. Better than the last 2 owners. I just got my nails done by Lucy. Been going with her for the last 1 1/2yrs. I always leave satisfied. She really knows her stuff. I will suggest that you call before walking in. Honestly, I'd hate to leave a great review for this place because it's a hidden gem and I want to keep the traffic flow down. However, I must pay credit to where credit is due. Most of the time it's Lucy running the manicure show all on her own but she gets down! I always get a full set and pedicure, 9 out of 10 times I'm just in love with my nails. Plus, she's always on top of the latest nail trends. Appointments are highly recommended on the weekend, maybe even thurs-fri. Love that she's right around the corner from my house too. I use to love coming here when Christy was the owner. After the new management came in, things changed and I thought I might still give it a try.... I was wrong. With the new management, I'm not too fond of it. I didn't like how they did things. I also didn't like that two people would work on your pedicure. One person starts and then someone else comes and takes over while the other person goes to the back. I don't know the name of the guy, but he is horrible at painting nails. He barely put my sandals on and I already had huge bubbles on my nails! Then the girl who started my nails, came back and repainted them. She kept apologizing which got a annoying (didn't help that I was already annoyed) They do have pretty good specials for their "happy hour." This place needs improvements on their customer service and the way they provide services. They also seem to panic when more people walk in and they they start rushing and it just goes down hill from there. Their color selection also isn't the greatest, especially when some colors look like they've been there since dinosaurs roamed the land. They do have a lot of colors to choose from for Gel but it's not fair to those who don't want gel.. I looooove this place been coming here 2yrs now. The ladies she has here are gd @ what they do. The bathrooms are always clean which is very important. Their foot basins are cleaned with the state recommended solutions after ever client foot soaking. Believe me my mom & I did a lot of question asking. There are tons of nail salons in the area and I've been to many of them and never returned. This place on the other hand was highly recommended by my mother (and she is a very difficult person to please when it comes to getting her nails done). I came here for their basic spa pedicure ($15). The welcome I received when I entered was kind and friendly. I didn't feel like another number to them. I came after the morning rush so I was tended to quickly. Tubs and tools were clean. My feet were busted (lol) and the woman that did my feet did a very good job - cleaning, scrubbing, massaging, and painting. It's been a week since my pedicure and I must say, the color still looks fresh. My feet and toes are happy. I'll be back again. read more

I gave 2 stars because the shop was clean, the staff was friendly, they didn't cut me during the pedicure, and because they accept walk ins. However, my pedicure was done sloppy. My gel manicure looked I got regular polish. They had a decent selection of colors. My manicure came out fine, but after two days my gel manicure was all ready chipping a lot. My gel manicures usually last at least a week and a half. I'm very disappointed and I don't think I will be returning. I don't remember the lady's name that did my manicure and pedicure but she was younger than the other 2 ladies and she had her hair dyed blonde. read more

My bestie and I were exploring the new neighborhood where my fiancee and I are purchasing our first home together. I really wanted to find a new nail salon closer to my new crib but without sacrificing quality. This is where KB Nails comes in. My bestie and I were in desperate need of pedicures and I was having a craving for a set of pink and whites after being on an acrylic hiatus for several months, so we stopped by. It was empty, with only one customer who was just getting her pedicure finished up. We were greeted immediately and my bestie and I sat in our spa massage chairs for our pedicures. I loved the massage chairs. Most places have one rate for a regular pedi, where you sit in a regular chair with a basin of water, versus a "spa" pedicure that includes a massaging chair. KBN had one rate for the basic pedi, which is nice and not as confusing. The salon is kind of dull looking, but I could care less as long as my nails and toes look fly and I am treated well. As I was sitting in the chair, I noticed the menu on the wall. It listed the prices and services clearly, which I liked. I got a French pedicure and pink and white acrylics, plus an eyebrow wax for $52. The price was reasonable. I am used to paying $80 for all three services at my other salon, so I thought $52 was good (not including tip.) They use all new tools each time, according to Kathy, who hooked me up and had me feeling like a new girl when I walked out of the salon. Kathy did all three of the services and was friendly and super fast. I had to correct a few minor mistakes she made after filing and before she applied the last coat of polish, which was why I took off a star. My pedi and full set looked really good, and my bestie was happy with her pedi. I took off another star because I thought the price of the pedicure was a little high for the area (Fontana). Then again, the salon is on the border of Fontana and Rancho, so that is probably the reason why. I will return because of the service and the close proximity to my new casa! read more

I was there today and I am very upset with the service I received from Christi. I went there because I seen the good reviews on here! I have to say she is by far one of the rudest nail tech I've ever in countered. She was rolling her eyes the whole time she was doing my sisters and my nails. Loved the service I received at KB Nails. Michelle did both my manicure and pedicure, she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I am used to paying $40-$50 for a spa pedicure and spa manicure but at KB Nails I paid 25 for both. The massage chairs are very comfortable and actually give a good massage. The basic pedicure and manicure both include hot wax/hot towel massage. They always use new tools and even offer for you to take your used ones home.
