First thing you notice is how clean it is. Then someone greets you, and the customer service starts. GREAT. I have difficult feet, yet she gave me a pedicure quickly, and easily. I also got a manicure for one of the first times ever. Well done. My wife agreed great service. read more

I just completed an overdue pedicure. I picked the $52 package. I enjoyed the beautiful shop and the work that was done to my feet; very relaxing. What I didn't like was being told I had to pay an additional fee of $18 for removing and applying gel nail polish. This is after the work has been done, I should of been given the option before being told this ridiculous price. I know I could of refused due to the lack of notice but being a black woman visiting the shop for the first time, I did not want to have that fight. I have been getting pedicures for over 20 years now and to be told I must pay for gel polish removal was just ludicrous. I do not plan to return. read more

Made an appointment for 3:45 today. I arrived at my scheduled time. I wasn't seen until almost 4:10. On top of that, it's now 5:30 and I haven't had my gel put on my toes yet. All I came in for was a simple gel predicure. Pretty disappointed, first and last time here, sadly. She also charged an extra $18 for gel (online it says $13) And $15 to soak off a few nails of gel polish from my hands. read more

gel-x removal was great! Jeannie is a professional. my nail beds are intact and the shape of my natural nails looks beautiful; I can't speak to their mani artistry because I've been going to another salon. but I do trust their removals, having gone twice now. both times the technicians were professional and I left the salon happy. Thank you! and let's talk a little bit about natural nail care too. it's important to take a break from our beautiful nail routines and let our nails breathe. happy painting! also, I recommend you make appts. although their salon has 14 pedi chairs and 10 mani chairs, there were 5 technicians and consistent walk ins and calls. otherwise you may wait 30min-1 hour for a chair. read more

This was my first time at this salon, super chill inside, clean, and nice decor on the walls. I came in asking for a fill, first set was done in Mexico, but she did a really good job on someone else's work. Helen attended me and she was very gentle and very very detailed in her work. She went over my shape multiple times and made sure her work was really nice. I asked for her name so I can come back to her next time. I paid $71 for this fill. read more

Overpriced, and not the best quality of work. For the price they're charging they should be using new files with every client and not gossiping with other workers while providing service.. 56 for an overlay on my natural nails & 91 for a gel french tip pedicure! read more

Went for a simple pedicure and they are the best , so far no bad experiences and iv been coming here for years

They are expensive which I understand everything is going up in price but the products they use are cheap, I paid for Gel manicure and within one week my nails were chipped. I called to let them know and the lady that answered explained to me this is normal. Ive been to other nail places and my nail never chipped. Never going back again. read more

Sooooo expensive for a short nail and no design. They should tell you upfront what they charge and not surprise their customers with such an outrageous price. The most expensive in town. read more

I'm so frustrated that after two trips and two different charges, I'm still unhappy w my nails and probably going to go somewhere else today to have them completely re-done. Initially I asked for a fill & chocolate glazed gel polish on top of my already shaped nails. The technician said chrome would be an extra $20 so I said that's ok and agreed to just do a chocolate color. This cost me $51 for a fill and gel polish. Reasonable I suppose. Within hours of getting home, many of the tips of my nails were chipping. Upon this finding, I also noticed very crooked re-shaping. I don't normally do this, but I called and asked if I could go back in to get them fixed. I asked for a color change as I felt the polish or color was not good quality and would definitely not last another 3 weeks. They said I'd have to pay $35 for that. He insisted he'd fix it for me... he added THREE layers of more polish and top coat and now I have ridiculously thick and clumpy looking nails. I spoke up and said "they're too thick" and he tried filing the sides but that didn't fix the real issue... the nails should have been drilled down before adding more layers of polish. At this point I was defeated and left. & charged an additional $10 for the "fix". Now I'm here a day later and they're peeling and WET under the top coat... about to go spend prob another $50 to get them re done asap as I can't imagine what wet polish for weeks will do to my nails. I had a feeling this was the case as they did not feel right... they felt heavy and uncomfortable. idk why I keep going anywhere other than where I KNOW I'll be happy. read more

Update: Cut on heel is more than a scrape. It's an open cut, that's painful. Do not recommend this place. Avoid at all costs. Pros- clean, spacious, no strong odor or fumes of nail polish. Music is not blasting. Workers are friendly. They all wore masks. Got a Mani/Pedi. Overall the service was ok. I wasn't rushed, but I think that had to do with it being slow. Cons: my left heel and side of left toe was left bleeding, from over scraping/buffing for the callous removal. See pics. Sorry, hated to have post these. I didn't notice until I got up to leave. Considering there was nothing they could do and I didn't want to engage in any negative interaction, I left. Would've been pointless. Cost: $65 not including tip. That was for the option above the basic Mani and the basic Pedi +callous removal. Had I known skin would be removed I would've passed on the upsell. As stated before, it was overall ok. Recommend? No, not at this time. For the price and service combined, just wasn't worth it read more

nail shop is clean and looks very nice. I had a dip nail service that did not turn out well. Two different nail technicians did my nails so there was no continuity! the skin around my pinkie nail was cut because they kept having to redo the nail dip. They ended up putting gel polish on that nail even though I had a dip manicure. I am not a satisfied customer. At the end a third nail technician joined our little group and walked away shaking his head. ugh! $50 wasted. read more

whoever the bigger guy is with the gold ring should not do nails anymore. horrible experience. he was so rough, literally kept cutting my skin with the electric file, you can see in the picture that the skin around my toes look raw. they hurt so bad! he made all my nails weird shapes, and then look at the paint on the toes, yes it's gel. he wasn't going to say anything, he rubbed it off with acetone, got the paint all over my skin and started scraping the paint off my skin with his bare nails. he skipped the massage that came with the pedicure and I asked him about it he ignored me. At the end I looked closely at my nails and told him these do not look good and he told me to "come back tomorrow" and walked away to the back. He was going to charge me full price, and I said no you need to discount something, he told me no because I can come back tomorrow, and I said "no I don't think I'l be returning, can you at least take off the price of the gel add on" and he did but was very rude about it. this is horrible. never returning. read more

My wife has come here a couple times now as she was looking for a place closer to home. Today she made an appointment for a pedicure at 12:30. When she arrived she was told they were running behind and to have a seat. A 5-10 minute wait I can understand but she was not started on until 1:10!! Decided to check out a nail salon near me on Dec 29th for a walk-in pedicure and a splurge full set of acrylic nails to start my new year with something different. It has been 3 years since having acrylic nails and I was excited to do spend money on myself for a change (like $135 with tip to be exact for both services). But I guess I went to the wrong nail salon it is less than 10 days and my middle nail on right hand popped off SMH! The initial visit was okay the location was not to busy the young lady that did my pedicure was very thorough and the guy that did my nails was nice and was spent a good amount of time doing my nails. I picked the coffin shape the length was a bit longer than I'm accustomed to when starting a new set but again the plan was to do something different. My husband suggested I go in and let the salon make the repair. It has been my experience that one questionable time is one to many when getting nail services. Oh well, I need to continue my search for a good nail salon. read more
