    Terrible full set lost 3 nails in one week

    I got my nails done one week ago And multiple nails are falling off lifting from the base and the shape had to be fixed by ME when I got home terrible. Full sets last two weeks this woman told me she can't guarantee her POWDER ACRYLIC NAILS last more than ONE week. Ridiculous and I can see why she only has one other person on staff with her and a sorry excuse for a Set up. I wasted my $60 for a full set of nonsense and a woman not wanting to fix acrylic nails on my big toes. Terrible. Keep your money or send it to me . All together lost 3 nails in one week wow. A sorry excuse for a nail tech

    It was only two people here and she did tell me how long the wait was going to be! What I like most is how peaceful the nail salon felt. No matter how busy she got she still stayed focus on doing your nails the way you like. I like the patience they have an positive energy! Now if you think your going to come in her shop and get done ASAP your not so don't go there if your in a rush period! Thank you for your awesome service will be back!

    If I could give zero stars I would. Not even a week am the fell off , super uneven paint , acrylic and shape. I got them done on March 12,2020 and today is March 17, 2020 and I lost 3 nails .

    I got a white tip set she did a good job on the shape but the clear coat she put on top turned yellow. The girl the did my toes gave a great massage and took her time

    Today was my last visit to this salon. I've been a loyal customer for over a year and a half. The…read moreservice has always been decent, not exceptional, but it's convenient and gets the job done. There are a few employees I genuinely enjoy, especially Van. She consistently does an amazing job, and she's been the main reason I've continued coming back. One thing I've noticed over the years is that the customer service has never been particularly warm. You're rarely greeted with a simple "hello" or "welcome." Instead, the first thing you're usually asked is, "What service do you need?" It may seem like a small thing, but a friendly greeting goes a long way in making customers feel valued. Today, however, completely changed my opinion. I came in for my usual services, a pedicure and hard gel nails. After my pedicure, I was told I would need to wait about 20 minutes because they were understaffed. I understood that and had no issue waiting. I told the woman at the front desk that I was going next door to get my eyebrows done while I waited. Her response was simply, "Leave something." That comment caught me completely off guard. I've been a regular customer for well over a year, I always pay my bill, and I've never walked out without paying. Being asked to leave something behind as collateral felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I don't want to make this about race because that's not my style, but I do find myself wondering if every customer is asked to do the same thing. I regularly spend over $120 per visit and typically leave a $10 to $20 tip, depending on the quality of the service. On top of that, the salon charges an additional $3.50 for credit or debit card payments, which feels outdated and inconvenient since many people no longer carry cash. Unfortunately, today's experience changed how I feel about this business. Loyalty should matter, and long-time customers should be treated with trust and respect. Between the lack of genuine customer service, the card processing fee, and today's interaction, I've decided this will be my last visit.
