I needed to get my nails taken off and a manicure. I decided to give this place a shot since my mom goes here for pedicures and i never heard her complain. I went in and there was a man and a lady sitting down. The man asked me what I wanted so I told him. He then repeated what I said to the lady. Apparently she didn't want to do it so the man told me to sit with him. My natural nails under the acrylic were super long and I wanted to keep them that length. He cut the acrylic and my natural nail which I never understood why. No biggie, they were squared and still a good length. Its when he began to take off the acrylic is where I shouldve just left. Not only he broke my nail right in the middle and made me bleed, he kept using the same bloody utensils on the rest of my nails. He didn't even bother to clean my bloody nail till it was time for the polish. My nails were filed uneven and the polish wasn't anything great. He cut my skin around the cuticles too. I can only speak about my experience with this man and not the women who work here. So if you decide to give this place a try AVOID the guy. read more

I call to make an appointment anywhere I go. I called here thinking it was going to be busy but when I arrived it was basically empty. So, I was sat down immediately and my nail tech did a great job. I just moved out here from Texas so finding a place to do my nails was not an easy task.I got there yesterday they created me with a welcoming smile and Tony my Nail Tech made my nails beautiful again.I also got my feet done and to my surprise they do eyelashes. I went in here hours ago for a pedicure. There was no wait so a lady took me right away. As I was walking towards the spa chairs, I saw a cockroach the size of a rectangle eraser walking around. I looked up at all the employees, expecting a reaction from them but nothing. The lady who was going to do my pedicure giggled and shrugged it off. Disgusting! I had to watch it crawl around the whole time I was getting my feet done. My pedicure was not the best either. 18$ for crooked, uneven toe nails and nail polish so thick that even now, 3 hours later, they're not completely dry! I will not be coming here again. I had previously been here, I'm not picky at all with my nails, maybe that's why I keep getting them messed up. I went here yesterday, it was slow. The younger girl took me and she seemed bothered. Instead of asking me to fold my finger or even give me directions as to what to do, she proceeded to bend my fingers. I didn't say anything, then she glued them on, added the acrylic and sent me off to another lady to do my pedi. She added so much of the acrylic solution she dried out my cuticles on top of using so much glue and not even cleaning the edges. They keep talking in their language. The pedi lady cut me, and now my toe Is swollen and red. It hurts so bad. She rushed thru it. Didn't even massage or anything. THEN, a male nail tech comes over and finishes my nails, he starts filing away. He at least is a little nicer and pleasant. My nails came out bubbly and with a few indentations here and there. Not happy. I took 2 and half hours! Literally! And a shitty job. Won't be going back. read more

First things first you should never make your customer feel uncomfortable and ashamed the man who did my pedicure was very rude just because I got my nails done else where you don't criticize someone else work he told me my nails could of got done better there which made me feel like wow are my nails really ugly? WRONG! I went there for the first time on Friday, and I waited for about an hr for a pedicure. I didn't mind the wait too much as I just moved out to the area from L.A. and the wait time out there is much, much worse for a walk-in. The guy that did my pedicure was very nice, and did an ok job. He was able to remove the ingrown part of my nail without hurting me at all. He did cut my toe when he was removing the gel nail polish that I had, but nothing too bad. I got gel nail polish for the color that I got and it doesn't look bad, so I'll be going there again. read more

The girl had a bob haircut, I didn't get her name. The woman who did my toes did good. She cut the cuticles and everything, she deserved her tip. Went there last night 9/16/16 to get a simple full set done. The man was available so I let him do my nails. It took him 1 hour to put the nails on and file, when he was done I noticed some nails were uneven and some were shorter or longer than others! I told him and he said ok ill fix them, another 20 minutes went by and still couldn't get them right! I finally told him to stop and have someone else try to fix them. I waited another 15 minutes for someone else and when she saw my nails she said all she can do is file them way down to almost my regular finger nail length and that was it, I told her I didn't want them short that was the whole purpose of me getting my nails done. I told her she needs to take them off and start over and she said no she doesn't have time for that, she then attempted to cut the nails off leaving them horrible looking and then threw the finger nail clippers on the table and said she's done! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE!! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! read more
