I needed to get my nails taken off and a manicure. I decided to give this place a shot since my mom goes here for pedicures and i never heard her complain. I went in and there was a man and a lady sitting down. The man asked me what I wanted so I told him. He then repeated what I said to the lady. Apparently she didn't want to do it so the man told me to sit with him. My natural nails under the acrylic were super long and I wanted to keep them that length. He cut the acrylic and my natural nail which I never understood why. No biggie, they were squared and still a good length. Its when he began to take off the acrylic is where I shouldve just left. Not only he broke my nail right in the middle and made me bleed, he kept using the same bloody utensils on the rest of my nails. He didn't even bother to clean my bloody nail till it was time for the polish. My nails were filed uneven and the polish wasn't anything great. He cut my skin around the cuticles too. I can only speak about my experience with this man and not the women who work here. So if you decide to give this place a try AVOID the guy. read more

I call to make an appointment anywhere I go. I called here thinking it was going to be busy but when I arrived it was basically empty. So, I was sat down immediately and my nail tech did a great job. He was gentle and made sure my nails looked perfect. They're a little smudged but that's by my own doing. I got a Gel Fill for $28. I'm definitely coming back when it's time for a fill. I have never been this satisfied with my nails. I'm in love with them! read more

Best $30 i've ever spent on a pedicure. I've come here twice! Once on Black friday and again today. Both times I have been treated like a queen! I prefer a man to do my pedicure because their hand are rough and really kneed everything out. My leg and foot massage and Amazing! The service is great and affordable. My gel polish and shine lasts a very long time. I would highly recommend this place for pedicures. I've never gotten my nails done here, just my toes. read more

I got my eyebrows waxed and my eyelashes done as well.To day the least I left out of there feeling like a million bucks. To think what pretty nails and eyelashes can do for a woman. read more

I went in here hours ago for a pedicure. There was no wait so a lady took me right away. As I was walking towards the spa chairs, I saw a cockroach the size of a rectangle eraser walking around. I looked up at all the employees, expecting a reaction from them but nothing. The lady who was going to do my pedicure giggled and shrugged it off. Disgusting! I had to watch it crawl around the whole time I was getting my feet done. My pedicure was not the best either. 18$ for crooked, uneven toe nails and nail polish so thick that even now, 3 hours later, they're not completely dry! I will not be coming here again. Their casual reaction to the gigantic cockroach leads me to believe that it happens all the time and I would rather not be in a dirty nail spa. read more

This is the best nail place ever! I mean I go to other places and still this is the best! The title is actually right, Rainbow Nails and Spa . They painted my nail just the way I wanted and I got a Spa . They even have wax! Three places in one store. Nail paint, waxing, and Spa! The Nail place is big. It is a very nice store. They have lots of different colors of nail polish. They also have a lot of design. You can do flowers, jewelry, and other pretty design. The place is amazing! I would totally recommend this place. Even though it's busy it worth the wait. A girl did nail my nail. I am very impressed on her work. Who ever like to paint their nail, you should go to this place. Who ever wants to wax, you should go to this place. Who ever want to have a feet spa you should go to this place. I recommend you to go to Rainbow Nails and Spa. Also, the place has a new owner. Love this place! Lena is the one I usually request. Spends time really making sure each nail looks nice.

I had previously been here, I'm not picky at all with my nails, maybe that's why I keep getting them messed up. I went here yesterday, it was slow. The younger girl took me and she seemed bothered. Instead of asking me to fold my finger or even give me directions as to what to do, she proceeded to bend my fingers. I didn't say anything, then she glued them on, added the acrylic and sent me off to another lady to do my pedi. She added so much of the acrylic solution she dried out my cuticles on top of using so much glue and not even cleaning the edges. They keep talking in their language. The pedi lady cut me, and now my toe Is swollen and red. It hurts so bad. She rushed thru it. Didn't even massage or anything. THEN, a male nail tech comes over and finishes my nails, he starts filing away. He at least is a little nicer and pleasant. My nails came out bubbly and with a few indentations here and there. Not happy. I took 2 and half hours! Literally! And a shitty job. Won't be going back. read more

So I came here yesterday to get a pedicure and my eye browse waxed I already had my nails done! First things first you should never make your customer feel uncomfortable and ashamed the man who did my pedicure was very rude just because I got my nails done else where you don't criticize someone else work he told me my nails could of got done better there which made me feel like wow are my nails really ugly? WRONG! That was strike one I looked Over it and still consider to become a loyal customer well as he got to my feet he made me feel ashamed because my feet aren't typical small petite and he and the other ladies where joking laughing the whole time which made me actually want to cry I always tip where I go but I New they didn't deserve one on top of my gel polish wasn't up to my liking it was like he rushed it and didn't care I then proceeded to get my eye browsed done I waited 15mins and when she did them it doesn't have an arch that I asked it doesn't look like anything was done I didn't want to pay but I did just so I wouldn't be stereotyped as a typical black female not trying to pay I paid them and left I will not be BACK and maybe this has not happen to anyone else but it happen to me and this is why I prefer Latinos because SOME not ALL , Vietnamese people are very rude and don't care bout there customer read more

Kayla has been doing my nails for about three months now and she always does a great job. She's not pushy although she will make recommendations if what you want isn't best for your nails. I get the dip powder and it lasts forever. On the rare occasion that a nail breaks or polish chips, she fixes it with no problem, no attitude. This nail shop has a very chill, customer-friendly vibe. read more

Very fast to see me very polite. Did their best to match the pic I gave and he did a great job! Some of the bails are pretty noticeably slanted which I don't like but otherwise did a great job would definitely come again price was decent read more

I went there for the first time on Friday, and I waited for about an hr for a pedicure. I didn't mind the wait too much as I just moved out to the area from L.A. and the wait time out there is much, much worse for a walk-in. The guy that did my pedicure was very nice, and did an ok job. He was able to remove the ingrown part of my nail without hurting me at all. He did cut my toe when he was removing the gel nail polish that I had, but nothing too bad. I got gel nail polish for the color that I got and it doesn't look bad, so I'll be going there again. read more

always come here, always do a good job with my full sets. My mom also gets her lashes done here and they come out pretty good too.

The nails are decent but the girl who did my nails didn't even cut my cuticles. I've never went somewhere and they didn't cut the cuticles on your nails. I didn't say anything because I wanted to see will she ever get to them, nope. I would probably only get my toes done here and my full set somewhere else. The girl had a bob haircut, I didn't get her name. The woman who did my toes did good. She cut the cuticles and everything, she deserved her tip. For $40 on a full set that was plain, the job could've been done better. That's just my opinion. read more

I normally always come to this place and they always give an excellent job but this time I was disgusted! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Went in for a pedi (first time there). I got a horrible job done. My toe nails weren't filed correctly they looked brittle and when I got home they started to rip off. Not only that but 2 dollars to use your card? Plus a ugly job done ?! Not worth it save your money read more

Went there last night 9/16/16 to get a simple full set done. The man was available so I let him do my nails. It took him 1 hour to put the nails on and file, when he was done I noticed some nails were uneven and some were shorter or longer than others! I told him and he said ok ill fix them, another 20 minutes went by and still couldn't get them right! I finally told him to stop and have someone else try to fix them. I waited another 15 minutes for someone else and when she saw my nails she said all she can do is file them way down to almost my regular finger nail length and that was it, I told her I didn't want them short that was the whole purpose of me getting my nails done. I told her she needs to take them off and start over and she said no she doesn't have time for that, she then attempted to cut the nails off leaving them horrible looking and then threw the finger nail clippers on the table and said she's done! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE!! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! read more
