    It was my first time here and let me tell you so far so good. Loved my nails done by tony he truly Knows what he's doing I will definitely be back for my fills in 3 weeks. My pedicure was also good.

    I needed to get my nails taken off and a manicure. I decided to give this place a shot since my mom goes here for pedicures and i never heard her complain. I went in and there was a man and a lady sitting down. The man asked me what I wanted so I told him. He then repeated what I said to the lady. Apparently she didn't want to do it so the man told me to sit with him. My natural nails under the acrylic were super long and I wanted to keep them that length. He cut the acrylic and my natural nail which I never understood why. No biggie, they were squared and still a good length. Its when he began to take off the acrylic is where I shouldve just left. Not only he broke my nail right in the middle and made me bleed, he kept using the same bloody utensils on the rest of my nails. He didn't even bother to clean my bloody nail till it was time for the polish. My nails were filed uneven and the polish wasn't anything great. He cut my skin around the cuticles too. I can only speak about my experience with this man and not the women who work here. So if you decide to give this place a try AVOID the guy.

    I will not come back they were begging me multiple times to get gel and extras they want u to spend so much $ or treat you badly also they charge $1 for flip flops so ridiculous and charged me $10 to remove my acrylic nails but didn't even clean cuticles or anything like most places do I am very unsatisfied with the job if I can give no stars I would I won't be back here very uncomfortable experience

    I call to make an appointment anywhere I go. I called here thinking it was going to be busy but when I arrived it was basically empty. So, I was sat down immediately and my nail tech did a great job. He was gentle and made sure my nails looked perfect. They're a little smudged but that's by my own doing. I got a Gel Fill for $28. I'm definitely coming back when it's time for a fill. I have never been this satisfied with my nails. I'm in love with them!

    Best $30 i've ever spent on a pedicure. I've come here twice! Once on Black friday and again today. Both times I have been treated like a queen! I prefer a man to do my pedicure because their hand are rough and really kneed everything out. My leg and foot massage and Amazing! The service is great and affordable. My gel polish and shine lasts a very long time. I would highly recommend this place for pedicures. I've never gotten my nails done here, just my toes.

    First time there for a pedicure prices are reasonable and Cindy my technician was wonderful. The vibe was very relaxing

    I have been a longtime European Wax Center customer and previously purchased my wax passes through…read morea Downtown Los Angeles location. After moving to San Bernardino, I used my remaining services at the Renaissance Marketplace location in Rialto. When my wax pass ended, I was offered a new promotional wax pass. Due to unexpected expenses from my move and family wedding events, I decided I could not financially commit to the program and canceled it within the timeframe I was instructed to follow. Despite canceling within the required period and receiving confirmation by text that the membership would be canceled, I was charged again the following month. I contacted the location multiple times and was repeatedly told that a manager would contact me. Unfortunately, I never received a call or follow-up. Because the issue remained unresolved and the charges continued, I ultimately had to dispute the charges through my bank. Several months later, after my financial situation improved, I scheduled a waxing appointment online. My appointment was confirmed without issue. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early and asked whether there was any availability before my scheduled time. After reviewing my account, the receptionist informed me that the location could not service me because there was a hold on my account due to the previous dispute. I was then told I would need to pay both a cancellation fee and a dispute fee before receiving services. When I explained that I had canceled my wax pass within the required timeframe, the receptionist reviewed the account and acknowledged that I had, in fact, canceled correctly. She agreed the cancellation fee should not apply but stated that a dispute fee remained and that only a manager could address it. Once again, I was told a manager would contact me. Once again, I never received a call. My frustration is not with the estheticians, the cleanliness of the facility, or the front desk staff, who were courteous throughout the interaction. My concern is with the lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and apparent disconnect between customer service, corporate systems, and the individual franchise location. What disappointed me most was that my appointment was allowed to be booked and confirmed despite the account hold. No one contacted me beforehand to explain there was an issue. Had I arrived at my scheduled appointment time instead of early, I would have wasted even more of my day only to be turned away. I understand businesses have policies regarding disputes. However, when a customer follows the cancellation guidelines, receives confirmation that a membership is canceled, is charged anyway, and cannot get a manager to return multiple requests for contact, it creates a very poor customer experience. European Wax Center offers a great service, but the wax pass cancellation process, communication between corporate and franchise locations, and customer issue resolution process need significant improvement. Unfortunately, this experience has left such a bad impression that I will likely seek services elsewhere in the future.
