I've been going to this salon religiously for almost two years since moving to Rialto. A friend recommended it when my old salon became too far to drive, and I quickly became a regular. I've referred friends, brought my husband, and even my toddler is known here. Most of the staff do great work, and I've always enjoyed my visits despite the occasional scheduling delays. That changed this week. On Monday, I went in for a mani/pedi to get ready for the new school semester. I decided to remove my acrylics and let my nails breathe with a gel manicure. One of the gentlemen suggested I try an overlay, which I agreed to, but the tech must not have understood and only did a regular gel manicure instead. The pedicure, as always, was great, and the nails looked good at first -- but within 24 hours, three nails had chipped. By day two, five nails had chipped and one had a broken corner. I'm a full-time student, currently on summer break, so I hadn't done anything that should have caused this. I called Wednesday morning to let them know, and they told me to come in so they could fix it. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it that day due to caring for my sick husband and toddler, but I went in Thursday. By then, I had two broken nails along with the chips. I explained that I wanted them fixed and also wanted the overlay I was originally offered, knowing it would cost extra. The tech reassured me they'd "take care of it" -- but at checkout, I was charged $45 (with a $5 discount for the mishap) on top of the $85 I had just spent Monday, plus the $10 tip I'd left then. That means over $80 in one week just for my hands. For someone who comes in every two weeks and brings in consistent referrals, I was shocked by how this was handled. It's disappointing, because I truly liked this salon and most of the staff are very skilled. But good business is about more than just good work -- it's also about how you treat your loyal customers when something goes wrong. Sadly, they've now lost not only me, but at least five other clients I've brought in. Don't waste your money going to this place. The ladies here want to do whatever is convenient, cheaper and faster for them. When you don't get whatever they want, they get mad and they start talking about you in their language (So disrespectful). It's so hard to communicate with them and the younger girls are rude. I corrected her & told her I had scheduled it sooner & the lady kinda just rolled her eyes & started speaking her language.. if you are not gonna be organized about your scheduling then don't do appointments! This is my favorite salon for pedicure all of the nail techs and manicurist are amazing and do quality work. Sandy did my toes today and she took her time and listens to why I ask for. I highly recommend her. Aside the fact the only negative I have noticed is they use the same tools and clients I'm not sure if they do it back to back but I was happy to be the first one to avoid anything bad from happening. The male at the first station didn't clean his tools and I got fungus in 2 of my finger nails. They need to clean the tools after each customer nail fungus is real!!! Pedicures are good there wait times suck even with a appointment they try and make as much as they can by taking as many customers! Quality over quantity is what they need to learn! Not a vivid friendly nail salon. Nobody is sanitizing the seats or stations behind customers. Receptionist is rude and dirty hands and shoes are always filthy and sometimes he may take your transactions. Tells customers of color that there is no appointment only walks. Then why have a receptionist. Nail tech that is at the 4th station always has an attitude. No customer service or people skills. Only one lady who does feet has excellent customer service skills as well as Lee (nail tech). read more

I went in to get an armpit wax and the lady tried to do one side and she said she couldn't do them because they were too long and said she wasn't going to do my other one because she would just be wasting wax. My overall experience was good but the product not so good. My gel was done on the evening of 9-28-18 and my gel manicure was chipping off on Monday. It feels like I paid for a regular manicure... and by Wednesday 3 nails chipped off. I go in Friday because of my work schedule and they try to schedule me in to fix until Monday. I don't recommend this place because it's seems like they have cheap product or they are not doing the gel manicure correctly. read more

Got them done on April 16, it's April 26.... I paid $70 plus a $5 tip. You'd think I work a lot with my hands but I don't. I'd be ok if they at least lasted 2 weeks and a half. She told me that she would put a new type of acrylic nail they got. The nail was already in a coffin shape. There was not much filing done. Before she put these acrylics on she put some jel on my fingers which burned the f** outta me when I had to put them in the machine to dry. It felt horrible. Well, ever since they open this nails place I like to go there cause my house is close by the owner is very nice and all that people that work there. But I have to said that only 2 people are good in doing my nails. This owner never respects appointment times or wait times. Made an appointment and he refused to let me get my nails done because there were other people before me who didn't have an appointment. Super unprofessional as he proceeded to ignore me after I asked if I could have my services done because i had an appointment. They also are super unsanitary and never clean their tools. I've been here twice and I don't hate it but I wouldn't recommend it. The lady Nancy is nice and fairly friendly and with a pedicure they give you the file and buffer they used on your feet. I wouldn't say this is a spa experience, it's more of you get what you pay for. A basic pedicure is $15 and I always add the callus scrub which is $5 extra. The decor is pretty old and run down and the shop isn't the cleanest which always makes me a bit nervous. Both times I had the pedicure I was left feeling like I just wanted to soak my feet in the spa for a minute however the lady is so quick you don't get a chance to really just relax. I was also disappointed with the polish job on my toes as I didn't think it looked like they were professionally done. Overall though, it's a decent job for the price you're not overwhelmed by the smell of acetone, it's never crowded and they get you in and out pretty fast. read more
