First time going to this nail shop. It wasn't busy when I got there at 5:30 and I was able to sit right down. When I was done one nail was imperfect and she corrected the nail immediately. Nancy did a good job. I think that what I wanted got lost in translation. I want to keep my original nails on four fingers, but she cut them all down so I will have to start my nail growth again

Worst nail service ever had to have them remove and restart my nails with a different tech because the first one left my nails thick lumpy and ugly. Then blamed me cut me multiple times , never go to the girl who has curly short hair ! And then she got mad after I had the other nail tech take over.

TWO DAYS LATER ONE FELL OFF AS I LEFT THE SHOP !!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE SIS YOUR BETTER OFF WAITING AND GOING TO A GOOD SHOP.

Worst salon I've been to, as soon as I came in to get my nails done the lady with red hair gave me attitude, I asked for an ombré white..it was not blended well and when I let her know she said that's what I wanted and that's what I'm going to get. So I ended up just going all white to not argue and leave asap. They came out fine but not what I wanted. Also, when I got my lashes done the lady doing them was eating and breathing on my face, while burping in my face aswell. The lashes were falling off that same day and itching like crazy. Gave this place 3 tries... never again.

It was my first time at this nail salon I was here for 4hrs and the lady was not friendly and rude. She asked if I ever Yelp I told her no. She said give us a 5star. However, I picked red gel that matches my hands and toes. The lady started with my toes then she realizes she didn't have enough nail polish for my hands. I ask can you find me a color to match or could I get a totally new color and she ignored me, she got up from her chair and looked for a red and told me this is the same color you have on your toes. I told her no it's to light do you have a darker red? She looked at me and said we don't have any red in gel nail polish right now this is the closes to the red you picked. I told her they didn't match she just looked at me and said your total is$$$ Will never return and NO I will not give you 5star on Yelp‍Worse experience ever!

The nail tech was terrible she had no idea what she was doing they look like she maybe is just learning I had to tell her what to fix and that still did not help I'm so upset I have a party to go to and the nails look ridiculous nail polish even melted off she kept on adding more so I had her redo it so at least I can get by. They have no shape and look like press on nails a really cheap pair.

This is by far the worst set of nails i haver ever had..i wanted coffin and this does not look coffin, they look bumpy as well. They also need to change up the costumer service, because they do NOT care what the costumer has to say on what they would like for their nails. Worst place i have ever been to.

I used to go to this place all the time when I would get Acrylics. I went there recently on a Friday for a gel manicure. Monday morning I noticed the polish on my middle & ring fingers is chipping. I didn't do anything harsh over the weekend so not really sure why its chipping ALREADY. I feel like the quality of their work has fone downhill. I won't be returning to this spot. Go at your own risk.

Just finished a marvelous, deluxe pedicure, and basic manicure, which were AMAZING! Very clean salon & very relaxing. Plenty of parking in the lot; this place is a hidden gem! No hard upsell, just professional service. Just happened to be driving down the street and saw it and decided to give it a try. You will not regret coming here. Amy & Tom are awesome! read more

I only come here when I'm desperate for a pedi and my usual nail salon is unavailable, but my recent visit is probably gunna be my last visit. I came on the first day nail salons were allowed to reopen due to covid. It was SO busy. People kept coming in. Not really practicing social distancing in the waiting area though. I waited about 35 mins until a pedicure chair was unoccupied. Then waited another 20 mins soaking my feet. The pedicure was whatever. Fast, nothing special. The polish was awful. Looked like a kid put it on for me. Not completely a horrible experience which is why I gave it 2 stars. read more

I'm so thankful I found this one-stop-shop!! I had been so busy at work, and finally had a half day, and desperately needed self-care. I stumbled upon this salon, and it was so gorgeous inside!! Tammy is the owner and so incredible! She was the only one there, but she was gracious to provide me with all my needs! The prices are very competitive, and her work was beautiful! I got a gel mani, regular pedi, full set of lashes, and she asked me if I wanted to get my brows waxed "Bc I needed it"... and I said, "yes please!" So thankful to be able to do everything in one place instead of going to different places since I'm short on time. Tammy took care of me and made sure my nails, lashes, brows were perfect! One of the nail polishes didn't come out right, and she made sure it was perfect! So thankful! I will definitely be returning regularly! The massage chairs are so nice; and the decor is beautiful! I don't want to leave a review because I do love coming here because they're fast and have a lot of color options- however there's a woman with short hair who's always rude and disrespectful, she literally told me to my face to choose a color cos I made her try out THREE colors. She might not understand that she's here to serve and give a customer a good experience. I'm never coming here again, I left as soon as she did my top coat cos I couldn't handle being around her negative energy.as soon as I walked inside she was rude and didn't welcome me in. I messed up there and should have took my business elsewhere where! read more

I found this place on here and I saw they had a lot of good reviews, so I tried it Tammie for my nails and Kathy for my toes and loved them both. I did stop coming bc I was trying to go closer to my job but wasn't happy with the customer service or the way they did my nails or feet. Kathy is so funny she makes me laugh every time and she is great with picking out colors for you and yes she will tell you what does not look good on you LOL but she will also pick a great color for you. Worse place I been if I can give zero stars I will. I decided to give this place a shot which I regret I feel like I give my money away plus it took me 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure.. avoid this place please and i have to ask the lady to sanitize my chair they don't clean the chairs after they are done with the client. Please don't waste your time and money on this place... They should be more clean and sanitized their place more with COVID but they don't.. ZERO STARS.. I never been to a nail place where they don't use Cuticle remover or oil something to remove your cuticle. Very bad bad nail place... read more

Be careful. Went last week Wednesday and on Friday my toe started bothering me. I thought, may'be she cut too deep since she cut my nails so short. Nope now I have puss coming out of my nail. Gross! I can't believe this happened to me. 1St and LAST time I go there.. Wish I could give no stars because I'm pissed but she was very nice.. worst service i have received. my sister and i decided to take our mom and have a girls day. that day they were pretty busy so i understood why we waited a while to be helped. They rushed all of our pedicures and didn't even use cuticle oil when cutting my cuticles which ended up hurting, my mom wanted a cat eye color on her big toe the ladies were being extremely rude and saying they couldn't do it cause toes nails are to small but my mom explained she only wanted it on the big toe. The lady was said "nail polish is old it don't work choose another" disappointed my mom didn't argue and got another cat eye color but the lady now says "they all don't work, they're old" WHY WOULD THEY NOT GET NEW ONES THEN?? at this point you could just tell they were trying to rush and were being extremely rude and you could tell they were talking to each other in their language about us. DEFINITELY will not recommend coming here. read more

They offer more than just nails they do lash extensions and wax. The eyelash extensions look great on all the customers I seen get them. I had a full set and pedicure the foot massage was great wish I can come everyday for it lol. The polish could be better I've been here for a while now and every time I leave I just can seem to Love my polish. But nails come out clean just need a steadier hand I think. read more

This place sucks. i don't recommend it i went in and i immediately got dirty looks from all of the workers. I had went in for manicure and pedicure my legs wirh a little hairy and the lady started laughing at me and she told the other lady's in their language and they all looked at my legs and laughed. When getting my nails done she has been very rough and i had asked her multiple times if she could be more careful and she still was rough. She had cut me and didn't even say sorry. When i told her i didnt like the nails she said that to bad and that they didn't have any other shade in the pink i was asking for so i told her that why didn't she tell me in the beginning and she told me that she forgot. Overall i don't think you should come and waste your money here, horrible service. read more

Went in to remove my nails and just do dip powder asked for off white and girl who helped me put a glow in the dark dip powder .... So unhappy as a customer especially when they charged me $60 just for dip powder read more

I had a set of long eyelash extensions done back on 4-21-17 by Tammy paid $50 and got so many compliments. I took care of them, (no makeup, oils and brushed them lightly daily) and came back in today 6-6-17 for a refill/partial new set that is more natural looking not glam like before. Tammy is fast and worth coming in. I have had other sets at Spa's that didn't last this long, and damaged my own lashes plus cost $150 and up. Highly recommend this shop and her. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE. I came for eyelash extensions and I had brung my own lashes. I asked the woman I want the current eyelashes removed and do a new set . She proceeds to take off my lashes with the solution but my eyelashes weren't loose so she started PLUCKING THEM. My eyes are burning like HELL she grabs my hand rushes me to the sinks with by pulling my hand across the salon while I can't see with no type of empathy or care. Now to the her putting my eyelashes on .. she literally would open my eye wide and apply the eyelashes my eyes were literally burning and red .. I literally sat through it because I had a very important event on Gond next couple hours that I still couldn't have attended too because I literally had FUCKING GLUE IN MY EYESSSS and they were burning for literally 2 days straight. read more

So I tried this new nail place and not only where my nail beautiful great pricing clean and I tried the individual eye lash extensions as I seen many women coming in for them. I asked many questions about them they where all answered! I love them I did the natural look. (I'm a very picky person)so the next day I bring my mom and sister n law in as well they love them as well. Great service great all around! All done in great timing and very relaxing! read more

Mindy was my nail tech and have little to no complaints. I asked for almond shaped nails with gel polish. My nails came out BOMB. She shaped them just as I asked and was very detailed. I then went back and got a fill by another woman and although she wasn't as good as Mindy I was satisfied. My only complaint is with both of the women that helped me, they took a very long time to finish. Even though I was there for a long time however the slow pace showed on the beautiful work read more

After I changed it, I asked the front desk to change/update it. They assured me they had. The next time I came in, it still had not been changed. Finally, the third and final time I come in, it is still not changed. The front desk moron is yelling from across the salon asking for my full name and phone number. What the hell? So everytime I come in I'm treated like an alien, because they can't find the appointment... The nail techs sit there running their mouths about clients. Also, im confused on what type of establishment this is. A nail salon or a halfway house? The owners/managers, and all the techs, come and go as they please. Sometimes the salon is open, sometimes it's closed- regardless of the appointment day and time. The last time I came in my total was $240. The time before that (2weeks prior) it was $290. The most I've ever spent in one appointment was $400! To be treated like an alien! Never again. What pushed me to write this long winded,anger-filled review? I called again this morning, and some little b*tch with an attitude answered the phone- at 9am.

I had an appointment for a pedicure and the lady hadn't even started and turned off my massage. Why is she so bothered by me using the massage chair when I'm paying $80! I understand turning it off when they are going to paint my nails (which I myself turn off because I don't want messy nails) but to turn it off before starting is so rude! I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Very disappointed in how they lie and switch up the "reward rules" with zero notice to customers. I used to really enjoy coming here but after today no.

worst experience i have ever had in a nail salon/spa. the manicurist broke four of my nails removing the acrylics i had which she removed without proper materials (did not soak) which cost great amounts of pain. materials were not cleaned and sanitized properly, entire staff was extremely rude. after she had broken my natural nail i was forced to even them out so they were all shott i hd simply asked for my natural nail to be rounded with a golden glitter color ... i ended up with chopy short square nails with a yellow under color and uneven flakes of glitter that were not the color i had asked for. save your money and go somewhere you will be respected and your needs will be met read more

I went to this location with my sister for the first time today and was insanely disappointed with the treatment of clientele I saw develop. Not only were employees screaming across the salon and laughing very loudly but our manicurist were careless with our treatment, my sister had several nails broken and was in a lot of pain with the removal of her previous acrylics.
