I have never had an issue with hygiene or cleanliness, and they are very efficient and take their time with every service you are provided. I have posted a photo of my most recent full set which was done yesterday. I wash my hands a lot as I am in the medical field and it is very important for my hands to look clean and professional. Absolutely love this place and will go here from now on. I have been to multiple nail salons and have always had something bad happen, most of the time when they are doing my cuticles and end up taking too much skin and I start bleeding. However, this place was very careful and worked diligently (first time I've seen someone finish a coat before the UV gel light). Also my favorite part about this experience was after my nails were done, not only did they massage my arms (typically most do) but they also gave me a back/shoulder/neck massage. The workers here are literal angels and definitely relieved all the stress building up lately. I finally found my nail person. I've gone twice and have gotten a full set and this second time I got dip on my natural nails. I can't remember who I got last time but they came out soooo good! This time I had Vicky and she was really patient with me. Although they didn't have my color she made sure I tried different options to see which one I liked best. It's nice when you walk in and they know my name and seem genuinely happy to see me. They always ask about my Husband, who has received services as well. Went to get my eyebrows done today and unfortunately Vicky was booked until 2pm so I went in for a walk in and got Lina. She was amazing! Remembered me from before and knew how I liked the shape of my brows. She's super friendly and makes good small talk while you get your brows done. I have been wanting to get my nails done here for a long time and yesterday I finally got in. I did not have an appointment, so the wait was not a problem for me and the staff is very polite and professional. HOWEVER: the man who did my nails was very distracted, he cut my fingers a couple of times with the nail file and with the dermal. He was not paying attention to what he was doing, did not clean up my nail beds AT ALL. He went straight into gluing on the plastic nail extensions and adding acrylic. He got up repeatedly, interrupting his work. As a consequence, my right hand's nails are significantly shorter than the left hand and a different shape. The left hand is so sloppily done that the nails bend downward at the tip and the edges are chunky and lifted. I hate it. Not only are my fingers cut and sore, but my hands look different from one another and the job was just a sloppy mess all around. It is like a student was practicing on my hands and I paid him $45 for this mess. read more

So nasty! I went there yesterday for the first and LAST time! I had a gel manicure done. The worst part was that i didn't notice that they had cut me and my fingernail was filling with BLOOD until she was on the second coat of gel. Instead of her cleaning it or asking me to clean off the blood, she painted over it! now that bottle of gel polish has my blood in it... Linda did my Manicure and once she was done she got up and and said "I cant do Gel, someone else will do that" I sat there for a good 15 min before asking for assistance since i was on my lunch hour. A rude lady sat down and grabbed my hand to start my gel without saying a word to me. I had to stop her because she didn't even have a towel under my arms to protect from the nasty counter and ripped armrest. LOVE this place, I've been coming here since 2015 and Vicky never disappoints. Prices are fair and wait time is max 20 minutes. I always call ahead to make an appointment but even when I'm a walk-in it doesn't take long to get seated. Vicky is the best for full sets, fills, and manicures she takes her time and through the entire process she's asks me if i like the shape, color, etc. to make sure i get exactly what i want. I've tried other places and my nails last maybe a week or two before they break or discolor, these nails last me up to 3-4 weeks without breaking. Definitely recommend Vicky x1000! read more

I went in for a gel manicure. Tiffany did the manicure portion for me. She cut my skin on 4 fingers! The first time she cut me she gasped and tried to rub it out so I wouldn't see the blood. I had to tell her to stop after sitting in anguish throughout the whole manicure. I have dried blood on one finger and a little hole in another. My hands are so sore, swollen around my cuticles and sensitive. She was a nice lady, but I will never return. A $22 gel manicure was not worth all the pain! And on top of all the nicks and cuts I endured, Tiffany made me pay before they even put the color on, which really bummed me out when I was told that they were out of the color I wanted. If I knew that before hand I would have left! It was a very very poor experience, but most of all PAINFUL! It even hurts to type out this review. Awful. read more

First time here, took my mom to get her nails filled and to get a pedi. They close at 7pm, we arrived at 7:14 and they still helped us. Friendly staff. My mom liked her nails, I loved the color although I felt like they could of done better on her hands. Her toes looked great though, Kim did a great job. I'm glad to have seen although it was pass closing they didn't rush her pedi time. (Hate when salons do it all quick) So definitely a plus there. Lena did my eyebrows and I feel like she didn't really give them any shape. However, that could be because I'm trying to reshape and redo damage from waxing at previous salons. I have been here a few times before didn't really have a problem other than my pedicure nail polish chipped off within a few days. I went in today to get a manicure and the lady Annie didn't say hi, not really friendly. So she put my nails in a very cold bowl of water. I guess to soften my cuticles. I have always have had it warm but ok didn't say anything. Then she proceeds to shove my cuticles back pretty aggressively, I asked are you going to use the cuticle cream? She says no I just use water. Ok well I asked if she could use it. Then she starts to cut my cuticles and did horribly I had to keep showing her where she missed then she cuts my finger. At this point I'm thinking this is ridiculous. She turns to the lady next to her talks about me, I know this because the other lady is staring at me. I started shaking my head and was pissed. She starts to color my nails and when she was done asked if I liked them. I said yes but are you going to put a top coat on? I felt like I had to tell her what to do. I will not be coming back to this place. The floors were dirty and another employee was talking on her phone the whole time I was there very loudly sitting in a pedicure chair.
