Tina And Henry always do a fantastic job. My pedicure was done to match my nails and they look adorable. Tina is my go to for designs she does her designs free style by hand as long as you give her a picture reference she does amazing. Every-time I come here they do their best. This weekend is Mother's Day so be patient with them they are going to be busy and they are going to try and accommodate everyone but let's be real it's going to take them time so go in with the mind set that you might have to wait. They are worth the wait trust me. This is a great spot for a relaxing pedicure they always have good music playing and their mom and pop vibe puts you right at home. It's an awesome place to go for spoiling moms. Enjoy your holiday everyone! read more

I had such a great experience here! The salon was very clean, the team was friendly, and they clearly follow proper sanitation and disinfection protocols. which is extremely important to me as a licensed esthetician. Stopped coming here a few years ago & realized I never left a review... Came here (as it was my go-to salon) to remove a--not acrylic--GelX set... Long story short, I was in & out in 5 minutes. The tech used zero acetone, strictly her nail drill... on gel. It obviously burnt as she dug craters into each nail, leaving my natural nails absolutely ruined. I had no choice but to let them grow & heal--wouldn't've dreamed of getting a manicure, gel or not over that amount of damage. After that incident I never came back & warned others that I had previously recommended Utopia to. So consider this a warning, do yourself a favor & just don't get any gel removed here. read more

On a Saturday when no other nail salon would take me Utopia Nails gladly did. I thought Kathy did a great job. I got a pedicure that included all the works minus the volcano powder. The package included paraffin wax, hot stones and 10 minute massage. They made sure they timed it so they don't shorten what is included. Coming from LA it has been extremely difficult trying to find a new nail salon out here in the IE area. Let me just say that Utopia nails did not disappoint! I called last minute to see if they had an opening Friday. They told me to go in and they would be able to help me. It is conveniently located on Sierra and Orange, there is street parking but there is also parking behind the building. Kevin did my nails, first time I did gel x and they came out really good. Tina did my pedicure and she did a great job as well. It is a cute little shop, very clean and neat. I would highly recommend coming here if you are in the area. I found this place on yelp and figured I would try a new spot. I got there 30 minutes before closing and they were very busy. They were polite and said if I was willing to wait they would still take me after hours. I told Tina I wanted a natural looking french manicure and she did it with a hot gel. I was very happy with their customer service and especially my nails. I will be coming back. read more

I absolutely love my toes! It is super affordable in my opinion, I've been to a couple places that over charge and I got the most expensive package(which included, hot towel,mud mask,hot stones, callus remover, paraffin mask, nail care, and 10 min massage),acrylic,gel,and French tip and it came out to $75 so yeah definitely worth it! And the people are super nice and make you feel comfortable when they are working on you. read more

Been coming here for a couple of months now and the service has been consistently great. The services performed are really spa like. They take their time with the pedicures and make sure no step is skipped. The massage is bomb too. I usually get the $47 pedicure which comes with : callous treatment sugar scrub massage mud masque treatment paraffin treatment 10 min massage with hot stones My pedicures also last a while after getting them done here too. They have street parking as well as parking in the back of the shop. Highly recommend this place! read more

This was my first time coming to this place , I gave it a shot considering the good reviews and good ratings but left this place super dissatisfied. I requested gel x nails , to start off I had a man work on my nails he was in a rush as he was working on my nails he didn't cut or clean my cuticles I had to ask him to , I felt like application wasn't great. When I was choosing color I just couldn't find the pink I wanted so I can tell he was getting very frustrated with me as if he just wanted to get the service over with so I left with the color I didn't want , basically I left with glow in the dark nails . I spent 55$ on my set it was the only Place that could take me in on Super Bowl weekend so I wanted to give it a try but will not be coming back read more

I had an appointment for a pedicure and the lady hadn't even started and turned off my massage. Why is she so bothered by me using the massage chair when I'm paying $80! I understand turning it off when they are going to paint my nails (which I myself turn off because I don't want messy nails) but to turn it off before starting is so rude! I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Very disappointed in how they lie and switch up the "reward rules" with zero notice to customers. I used to really enjoy coming here but after today no.
