Went in today with an inspo pic and ended up coming out with way more beautiful nails than the picture!!! It was my first time doing these types of nails so I was hesitant, since not a lot of people are actually able to do them, but I've been coming here for years so I knew they were going to be great and they did not disappoint.

I had such a great experience here! The salon was very clean, the team was friendly, and they clearly follow proper sanitation and disinfection protocols. which is extremely important to me as a licensed esthetician. I got a hard gel overlay, and they worked quickly but with great attention to detail. My nails came out beautiful, and the service felt efficient and professional from start to finish with Tina. On a Saturday when no other nail salon would take me Utopia Nails gladly did. I thought Kathy did a great job. I got a pedicure that included all the works minus the volcano powder. The package included paraffin wax, hot stones and 10 minute massage. They made sure they timed it so they don't shorten what is included. It was a nice experience and I would definitely go back.

Coming from LA it has been extremely difficult trying to find a new nail salon out here in the IE area. Let me just say that Utopia nails did not disappoint! I called last minute to see if they had an opening Friday. They told me to go in and they would be able to help me. It is conveniently located on Sierra and Orange, there is street parking but there is also parking behind the building. Kevin did my nails, first time I did gel x and they came out really good. Tina did my pedicure and she did a great job as well. It is a cute little shop, very clean and neat. I would highly recommend coming here if you are in the area. I am so happy I found this place, since I was previously driving to Norco to get someone that did designs and gel x and this place is five minutes from my work. I think this is my fourth or fifth visit here and I feel comfortable writing a review, since I've never left dissatisfied. Henry and Tina work as a stellar husband and wife team as he does the nail take off and application and Tina does all the intricate designs. If you've gotten nails done for very long you know not every shop does this. As far as prices go they are comparable to other shops but the quality is superior in my opinion. This is my 3rd time going here and it's becoming my new favorite place .. staff is very friendly & the place is nice and clean each time Ive been i never made an appointment so of course my wait time is extremely long !! It is a bit pricey but we are also in a inflation crisis so I understand.. overall I enjoy my experience at this salon and so far I've been leaving happy Some cons : They only take cash - sometimes it takes forever for them to finish your nails ( longest I've spent there was 3 hrs ) - they do both feet and hands and the same time so you don't really get to relax ( I wish i had better pictures but I just cleaned out my photo album sorry y'all ) read more

I'm so sad I really used to like coming to this place once in a while but I recently went there two weeks ago and had a bad experience. I asked for an acrylic set when I walked in and the lady said yes. Turns out after my toes were done she told me she actually only did gel X. I told her how I have been having allergic reactions to Gel X but she persisted and kept asking even though I told her I would come back the next day for someone who knew how to do acrylic. I decided to just say yea because she kept asking and I was no longer having a relaxing experience. The next days my nails were very itchy and I was having a small allergic reaction just like I told her. It hadn't even been 1 full week before I had to remove them it was such a waste of $50 dollars. Really disappointed with the service. As u can see in the photos my cuticles were VERY irritated the next day due to the itching bc I have allergic reactions to the gel glue which I told the lady over and over:/ Didn't even last for the event I was going to. read more

Instead of acknowledging the difference, the nail tech kept trying to convince me to like the result rather than fixing it. What made things worse was how this was handled afterward. I reached out to the owner hoping to resolve the issue, and instead of hearing me out, I was told I was "playing games" and that what I got was exactly what I asked for which is simply not true. As someone who has supported this business consistently, this was really disappointing. It's not just about the nails it's about customer service and how concerns are handled. I would have appreciated a simple willingness to fix the issue rather than being dismissed. Sadly, I won't be returning after this experience.

I had an appointment for a pedicure and the lady hadn't even started and turned off my massage. Why is she so bothered by me using the massage chair when I'm paying $80! I understand turning it off when they are going to paint my nails (which I myself turn off because I don't want messy nails) but to turn it off before starting is so rude! I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Very disappointed in how they lie and switch up the "reward rules" with zero notice to customers. I used to really enjoy coming here but after today no.

They fukin suck dude . Everytime I schedule an appointment I wait over half an hour . Today I asked to make an appointment for Monday . Tina bitch ass told me to go today after work when I literally live and 30 mins away . I rushed over thinking that since I have an appointment booked I would get my service . I arrived at 5:23pm , I sat and waited 20mins before being sent to put my feet in cold ass water . The person doing my feet was taking her time . Tina bitch ass thought she could text me on the low to come back tomorrow to get my full set . Negative . Fuk this place . Comment if you'd like a better nail salon to go to . And yes I'm calling the CDC on them because not everyone is licensed , you don't have to wear a mask , during COVID they asked us to pay cash only and to come in through the back while they had the front windows covered . It's so unfortunate because I've been here before and loved my nails but this time I have no idea what happened. I wasn't asked what length I wanted my nails instead the person just cut them. I then asked for them longer and ended up leaving with my nails looking so bad. I was definitely rushed. I literally have nail polish around my nails and the person didn't even clean them. Their prices also went up $10 on basically everything and I understand because of covid but my nails came out so bad that it wasn't worth the money. The only reason why I'm not rating it a 1 is because my pedicure was done beautifully by a different person who was so sweet and did the best job. read more

Best Nail shop I've ever been to! I've been getting my nails done for a long time and I've gone to alot of different places Utopia is the best! They have excellent customer service and all of the technicians are very courteous and skilled! They have so many color choices and techniques all you have to do is say what you want and they can do it! They keep up with all the new trends as well as treat each client with care as well as a high level of professionalism! The prices are great and they don't short cut the work. Amazing! It was my first time going and I loved my experience. I love how they did my nails and my pedicure. Nail tech always make you feel comfortable and keep conversation. Armando did my nails and I fell in love with them, he was so amazing at his work. I will definitely make another appointment with him next time I go. He made me laugh so much!! People are so nice here and the decor is clean and modern too which i prefer. This is a neighborhood gem and theor prices are about right too. I have come here since it was first opened. Love this place, super clean, bright, and even classsy. Always pleasant with services and technician staff who are willing to do the best to customers. Obsessed I got Gel X on both my nails and toes and they came out PERFECT. The shape, the prep, the attention to detail... everything was so clean and luxe. Nothing feels bulky, lifting, or rushed. Yesterday I was here. Eventhough there were some new faces but the service was still great, shown care and respect to customers. A bit of waiting but they treated me with drink. My pedicure and fullset were in satisfaction. Will def come back here more often coz it's close to my house :) read more

This place just opened so they're offering 20% off all nail services! The atmosphere is relaxing and the place is very clean. I had a pedicure which included the free sea salt scrub and the hot towel felt amazing. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back! read more
