When I first walked in the first thing I noticed was that it was dirty, but I'm in town for trucking school and I needed to relax so I gave it a chance for one of the water was cold. She seemed annoyed that I asked for a warm water for my feet and the towels were cold they look like cleaning rags.. I chose the $37 one off the menu that comes with five minutes of a foot massage. She does my feet and gives me about a one minute for massage and she proceeds to take the towels that were under my feet for a cutting my toenail process and all that and she uses it to wipe around the chair and any access water that I fill out on the sides of the bowl where your feet go and she puts it on my leg after and I told her no she pretended that she didn't know what I was saying and I told her that's dirty. You need to use the clean one things just feel awkward after that. I really just wanted to give her 20 bucks and leave. I was so upset but I would definitely skipped this place. I am 35 years old and I've never seen such a thing just disgusting. And no, I did not tip her. I would consider that extra money. I paid for my five minute foot. I've been here before and never had an issues until today. Went it for pedicure, decided to get a regular manicure no polish due to my nails being chipped and waiting for them to grow in. A simple manicure that was supposed to be $20 turned into $27 due to just also adding on a buff. I guess I should have asked how much since I didn't think a buff would be that much more or even extra. I could buff my nails on my own, all they are using is a sponge like tool to shine the nail which it barely even did. I really wanted to like this place since it's so close to home and I thought Tony did such a great job on my set but giving 3 stars due to these 2 things. 1. The pedicure felt super rushed and my heels were still pretty rough even after she did the callus remover. This is mainly why I paid for the more expensive service & was disappointed about this part :( 2. When it came time to pay with a debit card, I was asked to use the ATM which I normally wouldn't mind, but then I incurred a fee (from Chase) since I used a non-Chase ATM. If an establishment accepts debit, I don't think it's up to the customer to be charged an extra fee. Instead they should just say that they're a cash only establishment so customers know ahead of time. I really did love my full set that Tony did but sadly, probably won't return since there's so many other options in the area. read more

While the service and nails are good, they overcharge you for every thing. I've been twice and this will be my last unfortunately. Twice I have been overcharged by them. A $37 pedicure turned into a $50 pedicure. A $45 nail fill set turned into $65. If you decide to go here make sure they explain all charges to you ahead of time. Also make sure to ask for a receipt of posting with a debit card as the last time they charged an additional amount on my card than the exact amount. I definitely don't appreciate being swindled and upcharged at their discretion. That seems shady. read more

Not very clean and customer service is definitely lackluster. My nail tech started by asking/guessing if I was Filipino, which I didn't answer, because why. I know he meant no harm in it, but irrelevant. He proceeded to speak in Vietnamese to the other techs. It was not anything mean but he was disgruntled because I only wanted "regular nails", rather than gel or acrylic, which I explained I can't have for work purposes. He did not soak my previous gelX at all (had them for vacation) and just starts popping them off causing definite discomfort. Then he nips my cuticle and then completes an uneven paint job. Not to mention my nails are barely filed much less even at this point. Not great, I could definitely do this better at home, but I thought it'd be safer to get nails removed at the salon rather than pry them off myself. I would have done it had I known he would charge me $20 + tip to haphazardly yank them off and then do a pretty sucky manicure. Made sure to talk to them in Vietnamese before I left, lol. All in all, wouldn't say it was cheap for the service, nor was it clean. I only stopped by because it was close by and open.
