When we called to have them looked at or fixed, the manager was rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed we were even calling. I've personally been to this place a few years ago and had a terrible experience myself , the lashes felt hard as a rock, my eyes hurt for days, and I never went back. If I would have known my family member had an appointment here, I would have told her not to go! The manager also replies to reviews in an extremely unprofessional way. Instead of taking feedback seriously, she gets defensive, sarcastic, and even confrontational. If you read the replies, you'll see for yourself. It reflects exactly how they treats customers in person. We won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
