Went in today with an inspo pic and ended up coming out with way more beautiful nails than the picture!!! It was my first time doing these types of nails so I was hesitant, since not a lot of people are actually able to do them, but I've been coming here for years so I knew they were going to be great and they did not disappoint.

I had such a great experience here! The salon was very clean, the team was friendly, and they clearly follow proper sanitation and disinfection protocols. which is extremely important to me as a licensed esthetician. I got a hard gel overlay, and they worked quickly but with great attention to detail. My nails came out beautiful, and the service felt efficient and professional from start to finish with Tina. On a Saturday when no other nail salon would take me Utopia Nails gladly did. I thought Kathy did a great job. I got a pedicure that included all the works minus the volcano powder. The package included paraffin wax, hot stones and 10 minute massage. They made sure they timed it so they don't shorten what is included. It was a nice experience and I would definitely go back.

Coming from LA it has been extremely difficult trying to find a new nail salon out here in the IE area. Let me just say that Utopia nails did not disappoint! I called last minute to see if they had an opening Friday. They told me to go in and they would be able to help me. It is conveniently located on Sierra and Orange, there is street parking but there is also parking behind the building. Kevin did my nails, first time I did gel x and they came out really good. Tina did my pedicure and she did a great job as well. It is a cute little shop, very clean and neat. I would highly recommend coming here if you are in the area. They were super nice, provided excellent customer service and were personable. Thanks again! I will definitely be coming back

Amazing service. I was looking for a shop that did pedicure packages (that include stuff like the parrafin wax, scrubs, callous remover). This place offers this so I'm happy to have found this place. They also have spa chairs w/massager. They have a big selection of colors. A/C was amazing with this hot weather . 10/10 experience! read more

I called a day ahead of time to make an appointment, arrived on time and was taken to the seats in a timely manner. The staff was so nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived! My boyfriend and I both got pedicures. Clean tools were used and they took care of our ingrown toes perfectly. I appreciated how in depth they were with my nails. Ensuring all were the same length, filed and sharpened as I preferred. Definitely had a great experience did not disappoint one bit! I was recommended by a friend a few months back. This place is absolutely amazing. They customize my nails to MY liking. The prices are very reasonable too. The place is clean, clean restrooms too. The chairs are very comfortable for me, it makes a difference to me because I'm 5"0. Most important Tina and the crew is very friendly. The customer service is great here. Very clean! Amazing service! Beautiful Nails! This was my first time coming to this nail salon and I was very pleased to say the least. I was greeted by friendly faces and taken to a chair right away. My pedicure was great and my nail technician really took his time. I appreciate when I can relax and not feel rushed. The lady who did my nails, Tina, was incredible. She is the reason I will now make this my regular nail salon. I wasn't sure what I wanted so she pulled out her own phone went to Instagram and had me look through photos for inspiration. Once I found one I liked she executed the look EXACTLY! I was so happy with my nails and couldn't stop looking at them. She was gentle and considerate while doing my nails and she as well really took her time. I highly recommend this place! read more

Been here a few times and always choose the $24 pedicure (no French tip) I know it costs extra and I prefer a full color but I usually spend the same amount of money every time (under $30) but this time I was charged nearly $40 for what I always get and was so confused as to why they charged me that much I don't usually carry cash so I go out of my way to pull it out just bc they prefer cash and I was only left with $3 to tip the sweet lady who worked on my feet and did an amazing job and deserved a better tip. So I will not be returning since their prices don't match their laminated paper they give you to choose what type of pedicure you'd like. read more

Yesterday I called to book an appointment with Tina I was going in for a pedicure and new set. Tina started on my pedicure and Henry started on my Nails. He didn't soak off my previous set. He started to clip them down and then use other acrylic nails to press under my acrylic and force up and I told him it was hurting me and he still continued. He then started to use the nail clippers and clipped a hole through my actual nail thinking it was clipping a piece of the previous acrylic / powder I had on. I cried due to the pain he caused my nail under was red. I asked if he could just soak off the rest the alcohol got into my pinky Nail he caused damaged to I didn't even get my pedicure I wanted completed. He told me I could go back in 3 days and paint it. When I was suppose to get a new set now I'm having to treat my nail to avoid an infection. I just feel like I ignored their negligence and even in the past they have taken me for a pedicure to start on it and then stop in the middle of it to take someone who had an appointment so I've had to get up and walk in the past. It even takes over 35 mins to travel there one way. I just feel like the customer service isn't the greatest. They are always rushing and now I have a damaged nail. I left Utopia Nails crying. read more

I heard a lot of mixed reviews from this place but I had a really good experience. I spoke with the owner through the Yelp App, sent a picture of how I wanted to do my nails and made an appointment right then and there. Everything went really well and henry did a good job with the shape and making sure I liked them. He was really nice too! Another nail tech did the design portion but was really fast and efficient. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because of the parking. Other than that I will be going back read more

Very clean and nice staff. I came with a party of 3 and the price was very affordable. For all of us getting a manicure and pedicure it was around $300, including nail designs. I had gotten a design on every nail with gems, it came out lovely. I would recommend this place if you're on a budget and want nice quality. It's along Serria as well so there's various shops around as well. 10/10 will come again. read more

Henry did my nails. Shape was pretty but when I asked they be cut short, he said he doesn't like short nails. I didn't want to be too picky so I went with it. The gel peeled within 5 days. I called so I can schedule to come in and he said they're too busy. On a Wednesday afternoon? Sounds very unlikely. Now that I think back, he kept saying if something happens to my nails just come back. Weird! How many people have to go back to get their nails fixed? Never going back!! read more

First time here at this nail salon. The pedicure that I got was amazing I couldn't believe how much dead skin they scrubbed off of the bottom of my feet and the hot stone massages put me to sleep and don't forget the wax. I also purchased the basic manicure which was exactly that, but the fact that Tiana was actually making an effort to hold a conversation with me made the experience that much more inviting and comfortable. Today I came in as a walk in and was seen right away. I already knew what I wanted. I had a picture saved from Pinterest. I was very happy with the results and am definitely coming back. Tina did the design of my nails and they are absolutely beautiful! I love these nails they are the perfect summer vibe for me. I came in and expected to take some time because I got a pedicure and Tina also got out my ingrown so was so happy. Overall I'm so satisfied with the results and felt very comfortable with the staff. What made it even more frustrating was being told they were "completely booked," yet when I walked in, the place was completely empty -- not a single client in sight. Instead of trying to accommodate or offer a reasonable solution, they pushed me to come back three hours later, which is completely unrealistic after already making that kind of drive. The lack of customer service, understanding, and basic effort to work with clients is honestly disappointing. First impressions matter, and this experience was enough to ensure I won't be returning.

Then the nail scratching started. As a healthcare worker, I was internally screaming. But I stayed strong. They asked my partner (straight hair) if he wanted styling. Me? They just grabbed the blow dryer and went to town. I don't use heat! Walked in with lucious curls, walked out with a puff ball. No warning, no discussion, round brush chaos was my fate. Overall? I felt relaxed until that blow dryer came out. Then I was just overwhelmed with a side of big fluff. They were extremely sweet though! Might come back. I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Very disappointed in how they lie and switch up the "reward rules" with zero notice to customers. I used to really enjoy coming here but after today no.

Tina bitch ass told me to go today after work when I literally live and 30 mins away . I rushed over thinking that since I have an appointment booked I would get my service . I arrived at 5:23pm , I sat and waited 20mins before being sent to put my feet in cold ass water . The person doing my feet was taking her time . It's so unfortunate because I've been here before and loved my nails but this time I have no idea what happened. I wasn't asked what length I wanted my nails instead the person just cut them. I then asked for them longer and ended up leaving with my nails looking so bad. I was definitely rushed. I literally have nail polish around my nails and the person didn't even clean them. Their prices also went up $10 on basically everything and I understand because of covid but my nails came out so bad that it wasn't worth the money.
