Came here mid day on a weekend and was seated within 5 minutes of arrival without an appointment. Wow! This place has a huge dipping powder selection. Customer service was excellent. Stacy did my mani pedi and she did an excellent job! Will be coming back. Parking: located across the street from the Ontario mills. Update: The proof is in the photos. You didn't want the 6 techs doing nothing to help me because then they would get paid for the removal part. Again horrible customer service. Your reply confirms everything I said. Dont worry I would never come back to get mis treated again. Good Luck with that ATTITUDE! I've been going to Tina since 2022. This past six months the service here has gone down the drain. I gave Tina a second chance after Wendy hurt both my big toes digging for gold and didn't find any June, 19,2023. My toes were so infected and swollen from her digging skin away that I couldn't even wear tennis shoes to work for two weeks! When I went back the very next day, a pedicure girl told me I should have made an appointment because she had a paying customer. She was rude and I did call and let them know I was coming because my toes were in so much pain! I paid yesterday? Am I not a customer as well? Please see photos with time stamp as I went back three times to see if they could help me but I ended up having to get antibiotics for them damaging my skin so badly. I waited two months to go back and then I Still Haven't got my toes done in over 6 months to let them heal from them hurting my cuticle. Tina never offered a refund , a free pedicure, NOTHING. She didn't even apologize for the immense pain I went through. Ladies know when you like your nail lady you try to make it work, but today I went in for a 6pm appointment. I waited 10 min after checking in and no one even said hi to me. Then I went and got a red bull next door came back and see photo below there was 5 technicians sitting with their feet up. I asked if one of them could start the removal of my Gel X. Tina turned around and said no just wait in that chair. I did wait another 5 minutes, then realized why am I waiting with 5-6 techs sitting there doing NOTHING??? Tina was still filing someone else and was not going to be done for at least another 30 minutes and they closed at 7? I'm mystified as to why returning customers that have been with you for 2-3 years get treated SO BADLY. This is why your store is completely DEAD. You lost a loyal good paying customer and I don't regret this decision should have happened 6 months ago. If you want to see my horrible experience look below my toes were so bad from Wendy cutting my cuticle way past where she was supposed to. She probably used Dirty Tools as they got infected immediately because she rubbed lotion into where she cut too deep. Horrible experience and the worst customer service ever from a nail salon. They got me in so fast. I walked in and then had two people working on me. I got a simple color change gel polish on my toe nails. Then I did full set powder pink acrylic on my hands. They were so sweet and loving and took care of me and made everything better. A week later my nails and toe nails still look amazing. I think they might last a long time! read more

I called to see if they can take a walk-in and they confirmed that it was okay. I get there and wait a while, which was completely okay as I was a walk-in. When it was my turn, I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted to which she said she cannot do. I would understand if it were an intricate design but this was a simple, white tip with gold lining (picture added below). I was about to walk out until a lady that seemed to be the owner said she can take me once she finishes with her client. I had already had square acrylics but wanted to see what oval looks like on me. To this I was told I needed a brand new full set, $45. I was passed to a different tech who then started working on my nails. Once she had my removed my old set, she told me my new set will be $70 because of the white tip, shaping, and simple design. That should have been communicated before she started working on me? Anyways, during the service I kept asking for shorter nails or for her to adjust a few things to which she was very hesitant about or didn't do. read more

Wanted to check this place out with my wife for manicure and pedicure for I was told this place is great. Upon arrival you check in the from desk with ipad. The staff are very helpful and welcoming us. Wendy and the staff helped us get seated right away. We sat on their built-in massage chair to do or pedicure first. They ask you what Spa pedicure you want. They have a menu of 7 different spas available. I chose the best of course #G7 Volcano Pedicure. You soak your feet to relaxing hot spa I tell you. With the massage chair on you can pretty much go to sleep LOL. They start by soaking in this got bubbles bath for your feet. Then they put real oranges and volcano packages in the water to soak your stress away. Then they start trimming your nails. The whole experience was so nice. My feet is sooo smooth. Parking is easy in the same shared parking with Licky Feet, Wingstop and among other restaurants. Everyone is so nice including Hardy and Tina. Definitely recommend this place and will be back. I paid $70 for gelx nails and they were terrible. So I went back to have them removed and decided to just do acrylic nails because I didn't like their gelx work. You can clearly see they put too much of the product under the nail. She blamed my nails for their work. I walked out with short acrylic nails and at the end of the day paid $70 for them. I have been getting dip nails from Tina since 2017. Great work. I have attempted to go to other places while i lived further away and always end up with lumpy nails. Tina takes the time to make sure they're smooth, even, and exactly what you want. So many color options- even for me- and i only do reds, greys, and black most of the time. Love getting my pedicures from Linda. She never skimps on the massage. Always makes sure my water is piping hot. Checks in with you to make sure you're comfortable. Needed to take care of my feet and the local shop near me closes early so I saw this shop and gave them a try. The place is very well maintained and clean. The ladies are helpful and friendly. I decided to also get a manicure while I was also getting a pedicure. They worked on my feet like they were trying to revive the dead. ( yep I've neglected my foot care ) she was determined to get it all cleaned up for me. She noted that my skin was very dry and needed extra care. She applied a Shea butter cream to my legs and feet which felt so good.. and of course she sold me a can for home. She also noted that I had terrible fungal growth on my toenails. She gave me a free sample of some medicine that would sure to clear it up if I keep on it and continue to applying it every day. Definitely will be à repeating client. Although I suggest that you bring cash with you. ( they take plastic for a surcharge) and they also have (2) ATM machines there ( they also charge a $3.00 fee ) I tipped both ladies and thanked them for everything. read more

Nice ladies but if you're looking for quality nail work in a timely manner this isn't the place. I came in for a full set and pedicure at 1pm on a Thursday and didn't leave until after 5:30pm it wasn't even busy ! &at that I brought in a picture of what I wanted and they couldn't even do it. On top of that they had the cutest old lady do my toes but they came out horrible! I've never had a French tip look so poorly smh they were kind enough to redo them but $140 &over 4hrs later this is what I get I wouldn't return if the service was free. Respectfully. read more

I called a day before to make an appointment for two people at at certain time my friend and I finally got sat on the pedicure chairs about 15 mins after arriving only to wait another 30 mins finally after 45 mins later my friend started getting worked on with her nails and I still was waiting. I then decided to leave because that is just ridiculous WITH an appointment and waiting for an hour to FINALLY get recognized that I was going to be helped. This nail salon is such a rip off!! How is it that they charge you the same whether you get a fill gel or a new gel set??? We took my granddaughter there to get a gel full set and since I needed a gel fill I decided to get my fill as well..we had been quoted one price for the fill over the phone but once they were doing my nails they informed me that a gel fill was same price as gel full set...the nail tech said my nails were old and I really needed a new set so I told her to get me a new set but then she said no she could fill them this time BUT what she did was put glue ONLY on my nail as opposed to the powder used on fills???? Their service is really basic...I'm honestly disappointed with the pedicure I got here! They had me waiting in the water for awhile then my pedicure took over an hour and a half! If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the most unprofessional nail salon I've ever been to. I'll be making sure all friends followers and family do not come here. The service was half assed, after the pedicure chosen (basic) I didn't receive half what was included mind you WAY OVERPRICED for what I was left with. One leg wasn't even scrubbed with the exfoliant I payed for. Afterwards I was left in the chair with my sandals thrown behind it, no help, with oil all over my hands and feet, mind you this was an insane amount of oil used I could've easily slipped and hurt myself. The manicure was worse if that's even possible. An 8 year old could've done a better job than I was left with. Cut, nail polish all over in spots it shouldn't be, messy, unorganized, nails "shaped" into oblivion. Shocked I have any left. Mentioned it multiple times throughout my service and was told "I'll fix it at the end", definitely was NOT fixed at the end. The lady doing my nails couldn't even see and kept saying "shit" after messing up so many times. The gel burned so bad I could smell it, because they applied it so thick. Half the clear coat wasn't even on the sides of my nail. Just a thick strip down the middle that created an obvious edge. French tip so horrible they don't even match thickness or size. She even chipped it while I was sitting in the chair and didn't even notice she had done it. There's white polish on the center of my nails because she wouldn't listen to my concerns and painted and cured over the white that dripped onto my nail bed. Oil paint and water dripping everywhere, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!! $78 for shitty service and absolutely trash nails!!!! After complaining while at checkout I even told them a 4th time I was unhappy and it needed to be fixed. They only offered to have me wait an hour for someone to open up after being there almost 2 hours. I asked for a discount and I got a whopping $5 off. I bet you I didn't even get a discount and he just said that. Regardless $5 off doesn't matter. Should've walked out. The photo speaks for itself. read more

Wonderful experience! My fiancé and I called in to see if they had time for two pedicures and we were told there was no wait so we sped over! We were sat right away and got the #2 pedicures and had a great time. The pedi was $30 but was definitely worth it! We were very relaxed and felt very welcomed. The nail technicians were kind, even with a bit more difficult customer who was seated next to us. They were kind and professional, even when the customer was not. I wouldn't recommend coming there if you are looking for a sanitary pedicure. I paid $60 and when the nail tech started working on me she pulled out and use a dirty old implements and started to use them on me. I spoke up and asked her she doesn't have clean implements, that have been sanitize and disinfected? She got upset that I called her out on and pointed at the implements and said they are clean. Mind you in her basket just playing there. For $60 dollar pedicure you would want to make sure they doing their job correctly but not only that enjoy your pedicure. I felt uncomfortable after the whole situation and just wanted to get out of there. By board of cosmetology they aren't not meeting the sanitation guidelines. So disappointed. Sometimes people are too afraid to speak up but that's is not okay and could cause an infection. read more

It was second time here....first time getting a pedicure,second time getting a gel manicure. Unfortunately, the guy that did my pedicure did not seem to know what he was doing...I was pretty exhausted from work to even say anything even though at times it kinda hurt....I noticed he used the buff callus remover on my legs/calves for a little - I thought that was weird because it's usually for the heels/bottom of feet only, but i was just like whatever. Then I got home and my leg kinda hurt so I looked and it seems it scratched me all over my leg (see pics attached). Sigh.....i hate complaining, but I'm never coming back here again. It doesn't seem like they care about their work that much to do it the right way and provide great customer service. It's also not very clean in there for how much we're paying for their services..... My gel manicure wasn't even that great (again). There are a few bumps and bubbles/uneven paint. read more
