Customer service. We came in early for our appointment as a couple. We were scheduled for the oxygen chairs and then the salt cave. Everything was fine until the salt cave. They weren't prepared for the amount of people scheduled to be in the room. They were short one chair for my husband. My hubby and I waited patiently outside the room for them to bring him a chair while everyone else went in. By the time they set up his chair, everyone was already lying down in their chairs with their blankets and eyes closed. My husband's chair was placed in the back of the room right under the fountain light. Before I had a chance to say something, they announced, we will be closing the door and shutting off the lights. Therefore, I didn't say anything, assuming this would include the fountain light my hubby was under. It wasn't. His light remained on. He tried his best to use the blanket he grabbed to cover his eyes from the brightness. I couldn't enjoy my own experience knowing he was placed in such an awkward position in the room. Once the session was over, I kindly asked the staff member to stay back so I can show her that his chair was placed right under the light in an awkward corner of the room. She immediately said, well you could have moved the chair around. We actually couldn't have based on the size of the room and them bringing us in at a later time, when everyone was already laying down in their chairs with their blankets. Overall, I tried to voice our disappointment with the experience in a respectful and discreet way. The employee became defensive instead of listening to our concerns. She chose to argue back. The employee finally said sorry once we were at the check out counter in-front of everyone, making it more awkward for me & my husband. We paid everything in advance, and when we were trying to leave, she stopped us and said she needed to check we were good to go. Making us stay there longer, just waiting. We don't recommend this place due to the customer service. They only offered a 50 discount for a future experience with an expiration date. We don't plan to come back. read more

It can be used as quiet relaxing place to slow down. To me it was an expensive nap. I have only been there once and used the "breathing room" and the Himalayan salt cave. They claim the sitting room is delivering oxygen while you sit on a recliner that reclines with poor massage. The oxygen is probably just air being pushed out . I don't believe it's anything more in my experience using medical oxygen tanks. I would believe it only if they proved it. I guess all air has some level of oxygen. The salt room seriously activated my asthma. They go in with a rake to kick up the salt dust cloud so you can inhale it. My lungs have been is so much pain since from inhaling the dust. they claim you are supposed to breath it in deeply to help with lung issues and detoxification . I booked this experience on my credit card for my partner and I. No one ever followed up with me. However Theresa did call my partner to see how he was doing. Theresa called my partner to sell him on all the same health benefits it claimed it wasn't in their disclaimer. They have you fill out and sign these disclaimers that state they really aren't what they claim to be and release liability for harm done. You cannot hold them accountable for any damages their treatments cause you. She told him to keep coming back and his cough created by the dust cloud would get better. WARNING: Please be careful inhaling the stuff they ask you to inhale. They claim has health benefits. It's a gimmick, I am having a very hard time with my lungs two days later. It feels like I vaped or smoked for hours after this. My lungs are very sensitive and I didn't know they were going to create a thick cloud of dust to breathe in. I should have left in that moment. Don't let this happen to you. If you have any type of lung issues do not use these treatments without careful consideration. They don't allow you to take your cells phones into these rooms otherwise I would have taken a photo. read more

I've wanted to try a salt room experience and had an opportunity this weekend. During a private 1 hr session, my friend and I enjoyed a deeply relaxing experience. We were greeted by name upon arrival and directed to place our items (watches, phones, purses) inside a locker. We had a tour and learned about sound therapy, breathing (oxygen) chairs, massages, yoga, and stretch class offerings. Inside the salt room there were a set of six reclining beach-type chairs and blankets to lie directly on the salt crystals. A water feature and soft music add to the ambience. I got comfortable in the chair and dozed off within minutes (with deep breathing I felt quite relaxed and comfortable). After waking, I spread a blanket to engage directly with the salt and dug my feet in. (No shoes inside the room) After a few minutes, I fell asleep here until the session ended. I came to this location as it was recommended through an instructor who was having her class here for sound bath, it was my first time ever attending something like this, and I must say that I felt so relieved, my mind completely turned off from overthinking. It was something I've never experienced before, but I'm so glad that I took the opportunity to attend because it definitely is life-changing. Great service especially from Jason. He is always friendly and knows customers by their names. He is very dedicated to excellent service and very knowledgeable. There are many benefits to salt therapy and I have taken my best naps in the Salt Cave. The sounds of fountains, the dim lighting, ambient music and warm salt carry me away to a calming place. They have clean blankets and I usually lay one on the ground to have direct contact with the salt. It feels good to meditate and have minimal stimulus. I feel grounded once my session is completed. They decided to increase the cost of the event after the fact, and make the customer pay more. These are deceptive practices. Today was my mom and I's first visit and she gave us the royal treatment... we detoxified in the salt cave for 50 minutes and the first time customers receive a discount for it! We fell sound asleep on the pink salt rocks, no shoes, no cell phones and the lights were dimmed. We then went on to try the breathing chairs and there was a small malfunction but we weren't charged for the service for inconvenience which was nice. Went here to try the salt cave for the first time since I was given a gift card from a family member. After an ackward tour, we went back to wait in the lobby (waiting for what im not sure). Once we were inside the salt cave room, my wife and I enjoyed the relaxing experience and did feel some improvement to our breathing afterward. This is a FAMILY spa. There was an obnoxious child running around the lobby when we first got there. The employees said nothing to the child's parents and made no efforts to promote a relaxing environment. Don't expect a tranquil atmosphere like most spas. After finishing the salt cave experience, I was feeling relaxed, but unfortunately my relaxation quickly dissipated. We made it clear we were just there to check it out for the first time and use the gift card. After our sesion, the "HARD SELL" sales tactics we experienced from the employee were totally unnecessary and really killed the vibe. They called us both the next day to push more sales of their services. I might have wanted to come back if this was an overall positive experience for us, but it really wasn't. I do think the salt cave can have benefits, but I am in no hurry to deal with the BS again any time soon. read more

I've been to 3 salt rooms and by far this is one of the BEST. Clean, staff is supper knowledgeable and great customer service, friendly. The tour and time they took to review everything and show us around was incredible. The salt room; you can actually smell, inhale the Salt and feel it in my nostrils and throat. I also had a wonderful massage and what I really appreciated was that I did not feel or was not rushed to get of the table and leave the room right after massage, like in most places. I've been here twice now. My experiences have been great! They usually run a special for first timers and it's $49 if you're not a member after that. Before going inside the salt caves they have you place your belongings in a locker. You have to remove your shoes before going inside. It's super relaxing inside. Himalayan salt covers the floor as well as the walls. You can definitely smell the minerals. It's very peaceful and calming. There are a couple water features that add to the atmosphere. The walls have salt lamps integrated inside the walls. It definitely feels like you're in a completely different place. Blankets and lounge chairs are provided for your convenience. Most people I notice like to sit on the floor close to the salt with a blanket. Since it's so peaceful and quiet there is no taking and most fall asleep. I have yet to be able to fall asleep. It's a great local escape! If you need to relax, meditate, or take a nap this is the place for you. Not to mention all the benefits of breathing in these minerals. There also offer classes monthly. Look online for monthly classes. I definitely will be back. It's a great quick little escape from reality and technology. read more

We received a tour of Salt Oasis and its offerings upon entering. There was a room full of Himalayan salt on the floor and walls. It was warm and quiet as I chose to lay in the salt and relax. There are several packages to choose from, massage, oxygen chairs, and more. There is also a lymphatic treatment as well. I was just feeling it out, to see how exhaling the salt would make me feel. I was enjoying my time here until recently . someone messed up while checking out and did the wrong information and I ended up needing to pay more . then on top of that during the session there was someone coughing like crazy, spitting in their tissue and another person snoring extremely loud . I had to leave mid session . when I went to the office to speak to the woman she didn't care about any of it she didn't care that THEY messed up and were in the wrong. it's just so annoying and I'm glad I'm canceling my membership. Warning for people with social anxiety. I used to love this place! I still think it's a great resource. I went specifically for PTSD and meditative purposes. The peace of the rooms and the benefit of the salt inhalation does wonders but the sales people are just TOO pushy. Pushy to the point where it ruined the experience for me. I started going there to decompress and breathe but I had to stop going so I wouldn't be pressured to buy some package when I left. They call way too often. I most likely won't be coming back unless they work on the pushing. If you're a more assertive person and are going for reasons other than social anxiety/ptsd/meditation, I think it's well worth it. read more

One of the best wellness experiences I've ever had. Madison was very helpful and taught me so much about the benefits of Himalayan salt. I was experiencing some pain in my arches from hiking and simply walking on the treadmill which is now gone. I've never had trouble sleeping but usually only get 6 hours of sleep at the most. Jeison was extremely knowledgeable and gave me and my family a tour around the different salt rooms. I was impressed by all the services and products the Salt Oasis had to offer. I've been to three Salt room's in Florida, and this one was by far and it all natural. Halo therapy has been a game changer for my family since my kiddos have asthma, and often get colds and viruses from school. It has significantly reduced the duration of them being sick. The best part is my kids no longer need to take steroid medication's or do nebulizer treatments for their asthma anymore. I went to Salt Oasis to get a halo massage. It's a long war experience than I'm used to at 90 min. The massage is 60 min then you get 30 min to just lay in the room relaxing and getting ready at your own pace. Something I rest appreciate. The masseuse who worked with me was really knowledgeable about body mechanics which I need as someone recovering from an injury that's just now a chronic pain bringer. She's worked with me to remind my body the injury has healed and regain range of motion. The whole salt cave thing I'm not going to lie I though was more "gimmick" than reality but I have been proven wrong. Idk what it is about the air in that place aside the salt lol but it works. I went in one day with serious sinus congestion and after the session I could breathe again. So I'm not saying the salt really helps you breathe better but the salt in the air helped me breathe better. I cannot wait to try the breathing chairs or a exercise class. 5/5 experience. read more

We have enjoyed the salt therapy cave in the past and felt improvements in our inflammation, pain and breathing. As in the past, this is a relaxing , tranquil experience. This time we added massage & breathing chair. The chair is guided breathing with a slight rocking motion and oxygen blowing 2 inches from your nose. It was relaxing, time will tell whether it proves to have therapeutic value. The massage however was the best massage I've had yet. The masseuse was very knowledgeable and worked on all the right areas. They allow you to remain in the room an additional 30 after the masseuse was finished. Amazing staff and service in such a beautiful atmosphere. We booked a private party for 13 to celebrate my sisters 18th bday and it was a lot of fun! Normally there is no talking allowed inside of the salt cave but it's pretty hard to keep a bunch of teens quiet. Nonetheless, nothing got in the way of being able to enjoy the salt cave. As soon as you step in you can taste and smell the salt in the air. You can either choose to sit in one of their zero gravity chairs. Or get your moneys worth and "play" in the salt. Taking in all the freshness and healing properties. The lights are dimmed and meditation music along with the sound of the two waterfalls are your background playlist. It's so easy to fall asleep in the peaceful atmosphere. And even when you leave the room you can still feel the benefits of the salt!
