I've been coming here for the Infrared Red Light Therapy for 3 months now and everything about this space is amazing! Very nice modern vibe, super friendly staff and smiling faces, reasonable prices, all-in-one place. Immediately after an Infrared Red Light session, I feel my skin is tighter and glowing. I can feel the difference and love how you can customize which result you want out of the different light options. I usually do radiant recovery which is a red and pink light for the skin. They have other options for recovery, wellness, etc. I'm excited to try the other offerings here such as cryotherapy. I'm super grateful to have Recovery Lab here as a wellness center and oasis for biohacking and recovery for athletes with high demands on their bodies! I respect their knowledge and find them to understand anatomy and physiology for sports recovery. I appreciate the tools they have available to us.
