I had 21 credits and had a health issue where I was unable to use what I was paying for fast enough for them. After management expired 13 paid for credits I went in to use my remaining 8 credits. I was told that I needed to give them my credit card and pay for more credits $179 or I could not use the balance of my already paid for credits. This company is crooked and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Do not get caught up in their payment cycle. I will be contacting mall management and anyone else to get a refund of my money for the credits they did not allow me to use.

We waited no more than 5 min while they were preparing our room. Once it was ready, we were escorted inside to the attached photo and each session is 40 minutes and there is a tv in a separated section of the room not impacted by the heated sauna. The temperature was always kept between 145-150 degrees and it wasn't extreme heat, which made it more manageable and bearable. They also provided wet cold towels for usages if needed and we were just relaxing and chilling in there. There's plenty of towels and you can always ask for more. Overall everything went flawless and we look forward to coming back! They also have the crypto therapy room!!!!

First timer! I…read morewasn't sure what to expect. I booked an anti-inflammatory shot appointment, and when I arrived I decided that I wanted to try the IV. I was skeptical since this was my first time. I saw the reviews about feeling "energized" and "hydrated" after the IV drip. That was not my experience though. I didn't feel either of those things, but- I noticed something very strange on my drive home. Right after getting the immunity IV drip, I was driving home and realized that I could see perfectly clear! I'm talking 20/20 vision when I normally am blind as a bat!!! I have to wear my glasses to see far away. But wasn't wearing them this evening. I was SHOCKED that I could suddenly see 20/20 or close to that! It has been years since I've been able to see that clear without glasses! It was like being in a depressive fog and then suddenly realizing what not being depressed was like- the cloudy window was now crystal clear. I don't know how this even makes any sense.
