I was referred here by Kaiser, I believe it would have been cheaper to pay their hourly rate and not go through my insurance, somehow I was billed more than there advertised rates. Also, I've paid all my bills but randomly they will send me bills saying I still owe money. I just received another bill in September for something I paid in June. They always say it's a mistake but will continue to send me random bills. I'm sure lots of people just pay without doing the research. So if you do go here watch the bills because they will try to rip you off.

Neil was another trainer I worked with that ensured I was getting the treatment needed but not overdoing it. I'm very grateful to have both these trainers during my therapy sessions. I also want to say that Eric's manner with patients is very personable which is hard to come by. He will check in with you during and after your sessions to make sure the therapy is right for you and will give you tips of what you do at home to help with your progress. While the building looks nice and the rooms are private, that is where the positives end. In our experience, the medical oversight was deeply concerning. The physician refused to adjust treatment plans despite clear and ongoing signs of decline. Even as our loved one showed both objective and obvious symptoms worsening over time, no meaningful changes were made. There appeared to be a lack of proper assessments, and when serious issues were identified -- primarily because family members insisted on testing -- there was little urgency or corrective action. Staff did not consistently follow orders and did not seem to recognize signs of medical decline. Concerns raised by family were often minimized. For three days we requested that our loved one be transferred to the ER due to significant changes in mental status and severe migraine symptoms. The physician refused. When EMS was finally called, emergency personnel immediately recognized the seriousness of her condition. We had to sign a waiver to transfer her to a hospital 20 minutes away because she was considered unstable -- yet staff at the facility continued to say she was "fine." Within days of transfer, her condition deteriorated to the point where she could not speak or swallow and became nearly unresponsive. We were preparing funeral arrangements. She later described experiencing severe hallucinations and believing she was in hell. It was profoundly traumatic for her and our entire family. We also discovered she was not receiving the correct dosage of a critical medication that had been ordered by her previous facility. This likely contributed significantly to her decline. Had we left her there even one more day, we firmly believe she would not have survived. Our loved one had none of these issues prior to admission to this facility, and since receiving proper hospital care and being restored to her previous treatment plan, these issues have resolved. We will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate medical and licensing boards. In our opinion, this facility is not equipped to safely manage medically complex post-acute patients. If your loved one only needs stable rehabilitation, it may be adequate. But if they require close medical monitoring, I strongly urge you to consider other options. Our family went through an avoidable nightmare. Please advocate aggressively for your loved ones.

When we come to visit my family member, I'm often unable to find any parking, including any handicap spots (I have a placard, and the cars in these spots never have one displayed). I see employees and students lingering in their cars in the parking lots. They should be in the overflow lot across the street. Today I was unable to visit my family member, because the parking lot was completely full of students and employees. To add: the receptionist is often not present, and technically anyone can make their way into this place & go anywhere they want, making it seem unsafe for our elderly family members who reside here. I injured my…read moreankle in November and was not seeing any progress with the PT I was receiving through my health insurance due to only seeing them once every two weeks. I started seeing Jasmine twice/week at the end of January and she slowly introduced exercises to help me strengthen, stabilize, and stretch my ankle (as well as my hips, thighs, and calves). Jasmine made a point to understand what my "normal" was before my injury and incorporated exercises that eventually got me back to the activities I enjoy doing. I really appreciate that she explained what the exercises were meant to do, how/where I should be feeling them, and was always willing to answer questions/concerns I had about my progress. Everyone I encountered over the four months I received care was helpful, friendly, and approachable. I highly recommend The Body Center and, though I hope I don't need PT anytime in the future, I would absolutely return if needed.

I came to see Henry because I have been experiencing a lot of muscle pain, along with nerve pain. I…read morethought a good massage therapist could help me manage this pain. Sadly, I got no help from Henry and was left highly disappointed and upset with my experience. The first time I saw Henry, he attempted to misdiagnose me with fibromyalgia when I clarified I had already been to see licensed medical professionals and was in the process of being tested, and no one had diagnosed me with it. It made me uncomfortable that he disregarded this information and jumped to this conclusion so quickly and arrogantly. He minimized my pain by making one of the most unprofessional comments I have ever heard, by insinuating that I could not actually be in a lot pain because I had never done sports. According to him, only people who have done sports in their life and gotten injured truly know pain. Why should I have to prove to you Henry that I feel pain? What about people with various other illnesses? Are they not allowed to feel pain because they haven't done sports? I came to you to help manage my pain, not to be medically gaslit. Henry continued to make various unprofessional comments during this appointment, not only asking me if I planned to have children, but more specifically HOW I planned to have children. Excuse me? Do you think it is appropriate to ask women about their fertility issues while they are trying to get a massage from you Henry? Because of his inappropriate comments, I stayed mostly quiet throughout this appointment because of how highly uncomfortable I was made to feel. I gave this man the benefit of the doubt by going to him a second time because I was DESPERATE for a good massage therapist. I regretted that decision very quickly. During my second appt Henry refused to continue to provide his services to me because I was honest on how his method of PEMF had caused me pain. Also, not once did I receive a proper massage, because my time was wasted with random breathing exercises or the PEMF. His reasonings for not wanting to help me were that he did not think his methods would help my nerve pain, but this was clearly bs. Again I paid for a MASSAGE, not what you were trying to sell me. If this is the type of treatment you are forcing onto your clients, that should be made clear on your website so nobody wastes their time like I did. If you choose you don't like one of his treatment methods, he will not only REFUSE to accommodate you, he will also "fire" you as a client. Also, by the way Henry, have you ever heard of INFORMED CONSENT ? I had specifically communicated to you at the beginning of my second session that I wanted to know what to expect during this appointment, but was blatantly ignored. I was not given any information about this PEMF technique prior to him using it on me. He only explained what this PEMF was AFTER he had begun using it on me. His disregard for my consent not only made me very uncomfortable, but resulted in my back pain worsening. I could go on and on about the complete lack of respect Henry had with me, including a complete lack of bedside manners and unprofessionalism. I was never once rude to Henry or unprofessional with him to merit this type of treatment. I sincerely hope Henry that you become more self aware to the things you say to your clients who are in a vulnerable state and are coming to see you for help, NOT to be gaslit, mistreated, and disrespected, like you were with me.
