The therapist are pretty good, I found they were knowledgeable. Here's my issues. I was referred here by Kaiser, I believe it would have been cheaper to pay their hourly rate and not go through my insurance, somehow I was billed more than there advertised rates. Also, I've paid all my bills but randomly they will send me bills saying I still owe money. I just received another bill in September for something I paid in June. They always say it's a mistake but will continue to send me random bills. I'm sure lots of people just pay without doing the research. So if you do go here watch the bills because they will try to rip you off. read more

I came here about 4 weeks ago for my knee problems . It hurt to walk and I limped when I walk for years. I met Dr Nguyen for therapy and within the 2nd week I was able to walk without limping . The pain in my knee is practically gone . Dr Nguyen set up a routine for me and exercises to do at home . That's the key the therapy at home. My family was shocked to see I am not limping anymore . The front desk is very nice and professional. The rooms and equipment are up to date and clean . I spent years in pain and I wish someone had told me I needed therapy . Dr Nguyen is the best . Thank you Dr read more

Great place to go to for P.T. Friendly staff and very professional. The hours worked out for me too.

I called Wednesday morning to make an appointment due to extreme pain and limited mobility in my neck. I was told by the clerk over the phone, that she didn't know if she could book my appointment so she would ask and that I would get a call back from either her the next day or the manager the same day due to having insurance but wanting to pay out of pocket (due to my provider dismissing my case). The next day I decided to book online with another local doctor and turns out, in the x-ray that was taken today in his office and read, my spine is missing the s-curvature at the top of my spine and my skull is crushing the top of my spine causing the excruciating pain in the back of my neck. If I would've waited for a call back... Call else where to book your appointment. There's no sense of urgency and care from this office. read more

Shout out to Christine, but all of the therapist in there are lovely, thorough and caring. Can't wait to get my sessions extended for more. I went in for my plantar fasciitis and they great equipment to get the job done! read more

I've been going to Central Care for about 3 months now for my foot tendonitis. Kaiser referred me to them. I had no expectations just trying to find relief from my aching feet and try to get back to a normal life. I couldn't stand for more than about 30 seconds on my feet because of burning sensation. After ONE session I have found relief. I also appreciate that they give you exercises for home to strengthen your muscles/ligaments as well as give you therapy. They are able to work out the "knots" with tools to get immediate relief. Everyone is super kind and knowledgeable at Central Care. I am able to now walk for a long period of time as well as stand. I can walk barefoot around my home (which I could not do before). I'm very thankful for the 7 sessions so far and have seen major improvement in my recovery. read more

Can't even give it a star. I have called several time and sent an email with no response back. I have tried calling for 2 weeks.

Physical therapy has been excellent and my progress has been better than I expected. The team is professional and friendly.

Totally Satisfied! Their is no dispute that when you are in pain you are willing to try anything to make that pain go away. I have a disc protrusion (4mm) and a right annular. I have been experiencing severe pain for the past 3 months. My primary physician has had me on pain killer and muscle relaxers which really out the pain to sleep. However, it was not a solution to my problem, just a remedy for pain. My primary then referred me to this place and here is my review. - Quality Customer Service - Amazing Staff - Knowledgeable Doctors - Clean Establishment - Comfortable Environment - Great Schedule to Work With - Plenty of Parking - Easy to Find - Paperless Intake on first Visit Today I received quality care and information. I also received a good quality massage to relieve tightened muscles which left me feeling warm and relaxed, while at the same time rejuvenated and has my back full of life again. You may experience one of the best nights of sleep you have ever had, I just took a 2 hour nap and I never nap during the day. I left there not just just with a back that does not have so much pain anymore but with peace of mind. A peace of mind that I could eventually get off pain medication and get my back figured out through the use of therapy. I thank everyone at this location, I highly recommend it. read more

Central Care Physical Therapy is the place you want to go to for physical/occupational therapy. I worked at Central Care for a few months before attending OT school. Great, dedicated staff. They go the extra mile for you! As an employee, I gained plenty of knowledge and experience that I now utilize as an occupational therapy student. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate staff. Lauren, the occupational therapist I shadowed, was amazing and took the time to deliver the best care plan for her patients. read more

Central Care Physical Therapy is hands-down the best physical therapy I've ever had. I've been going to PT for years with aches and pains throughout my back and hips and nothing ever worked. The doctors at Central Care took a step back and fixed the problem from the ground up. The work was rigorous, but the staff was so kind and fun to hang out with that it never felt like work at all. When I left, I joked that I'd have to go find new friends with now... but I meant it:l. I'll be forever grateful to them. They fixed my diastasis recti, my lower back pain, and improved my posture as well. read more

Have been coming here since about March of 2014 referred by an insurance company. Easy parking access although not a private parkinglot. Very good Physical Therapists and PT aides who know how to target problematic areas and how to treat. If the front office ladies would speak English when customers are around, the place would present more professional. They are quite friendly, however. read more

Great customer service and provides quality care. Dr. Christina really cares for her patients. She's very knowledgeable in her field. I sent my mom to her for consultation after her hip surgery. She gave her a regimented exercise which helped her recover faster. She treats everyone like family, which I really appreciate. The facility is always clean. They offer Pilates classes but haven't avail of them myself. I would try that soon. If you need any PT care, I can't help but recommend this place highly! You will not regret it. read more

This is the best facility in Southern California by far. Christina DPT is the most through therapist I have ever gone to. Her staff is knowledgeable and amazing!!! Staff and the PT was nice but the office was very chaotic to look at. I saw that Christina had good ratings and her staff said she had experience with kids so I picked this office. Unfortunately, she didn't seem to have experience handling my almost 3 yr old high functioning asd son. He does very well with therapists and currently does 2 one hour PT sessions weekly with no problems. He does another 15 hrs of speech,OT and behavioral therapy with no issues. During the evaluation I had to constantly redirect him because she didn't appear to know how to. His other therapist use " Let's finish this and this and then you can pick something you want to do". She didn't attempt to do anything to motivate him. It turned out that this office only recommended one 15 minute session weekly, likely because the PT could not keep my son's interest more than 15 minutes. read more

I began coming here 3 months after my Microdisccectomy on my L5S1 disc. I had a pain level of 3 left and some residual tightness and was very stiff. One of my goals was to get rid of my remaining sciatica and be more flexible so i can resume to normal daily activities, go back to the gym and get out of bed with no trouble or pain. 12 PT sessions later I can now say I feel about 98% there! I have no more sciatica and am a lot more flexible and have been going to the gym for a month now! the girls at the front desk were very nice and were able to accommodate my busy schedule as well! I would highly recommend coming here for anyone dealing with residual pain after a microdiscetomy! read more
