Where to start...I was very nervous the first time coming in as I have never been to a chiropractor before. The office staff was friendly and their new facilities are beautiful. Dr AJ was patient and kind while I explained my back pain which I had been dealing with for over six months. He ended up adjusting my back and legs as well as doing a treatment on my hands for arthritis pain. I can't believe how much better I felt by the next day! Finally have time to write a review, and wanted to make sure I took time to write this one out. I have been going to Chino Hills for so long, and did not know that this plaza existed. It is hidden behind spouts and chik filet! I have been to a ton of Chiropractors in the past, but my experience here has been completely different. In the past when I had gotten into a car accident, I would go to certain Chiro's that would each week put little electric massagers on me or other types of massage, but never seemed to really do the trick. In a way I would say that this place gets straight to the point. I actually also had this conversation with Dr. Aj. He told me why would he want to do anything that you could possibly do in other places? His job is to get to the point of what he can do to help your body start to heal. I highly respect that, and know that I am not paying for a waste of time. When you first visit you are required to the consultation and X-ray to try to find out what may be wrong. Once I was evaluated and X-rayed, Dr. Aj goes asks me what is wrong and reviews what he finds. He then helped do the necessary adjustments to for instant relief in places I could not adjust myself. I was also told to try to minimize my own adjustments as I may be actually causing more problems if I wasn't doing it properly. To be honest the few times I went, I was sort of confused. The sessions were not that long, but I believe that is the point. He is not there to put those machines on you for physical therapy, he is there to try to get to the point and focus on helping your body heal. So even though a session may be 15 min, I knew it was worth it compared to hour long sessions at pervious places that I have been to. Another story is that my wife has never had anyone able to be able to adjust her back. She had always had some muscle pain, but after being adjusted by Dr. Aj, she definitely has overall has seems to be better. No more complaints as she used to about her neck or back, the sessions really do help her general being! A cool side note was that it was also awesome to find out he also had some similar interest as a gamer as I do, as he does play Apex Legends and other games. There is so much good things to say, but I am not here to write out an essay, just writing what me and my wife has experienced here. I have been pretty busy to be able to go back with work and my kids, but I definitely look to be able to go back sometime soon. This guy is driven by money. I don't think he cares about your well being at all. They have little tactics like if you don't go there regularly and you will need to pay for a re-exam but if you pay for a new package sessions then you don't need the re-exam. And he talks nothing about post adjustment recoveries which is a very important part of chiropractic. I also see many people online come in this place and report injuries afterwards. They not only have the latest technology onsite, they actually use it with their patients as they see fit. Dr. Lababidi is one the best chiropractors I've seen in the past 10 years. Since august of last year, I've had a semi-dislocated shoulder. I didn't really pay any attention to it because it would go away for weeks but come back when I did a weird motion. 5 weeks ago, I had the worst pain in my shoulder I couldn't even make a fist with my had so the next morning I called and made an appointment to this chiropractor in chino hills and he did an assessment and told me what was wrong. I couldn't believe it. The Chiro popped my shoulder back into place and and I was immediately in so much relief. With my Kaiser insurance I get 20 visits with a 10-25 copay. I first came to Dr. AJ on March 8, 2024, with chronic hip pain that moderately affected my mobility. As someone who runs, this was devastating. I had been battling the pain for about 3 years since my diagnosis with a torn hip labrum. Running my training and several races in pain. My doctor's recommendation was to continue getting injections at the hip joint until I was "old enough" to get hip replacement surgery. With little to no success and/or relief, I did as my doctor recommended. However, I signed myself up for a 55k despite knowing I could only endure about 5-7 miles before the pain was so excruciating it would stop me in my tracks. Giving myself only 9 weeks to train, I frantically looked for other pain management options when I came across Dr. AJ's website. After reading the great reviews, I made an appt with little hope that this would help me at all, but I was desperate. Dr. AJ was very cordial and professional and easy to talk to. After taking x-rays, he discussed treatment for my problem with confidence. I was skeptical, but still desperate lol After our first session, I walked out of his office in disbelief, with no pain and feeling semi-convinced. The next day my pain returned :( this is no reflection on Dr. Aj. This was a process and over time with his continued treatment, my days began to be more and more pain-free!!!
