The location has been excellent for years. Many good doctors came and went. But always friendly and professional. Recently though, with a high influx of people moving into the area, the doctors have been overwhelmed, and I truly feel bad for Dr. J on weekends. The wait is crazy long for a non major hospital private service. 1.5 hrs is simply too much. We used to wait 10 to 45 mins. Today, 5.09.26, was especially horrible. This place is a scam they never told me about a 3 month commitment the girl did say it was a one time package. I understand i didn't read the fine print but BE AWARE THEY ARE SIGNING YOU UP FOR A 3 MONTH COMMITMENT. I've been coming here for years now. Dr. Jeremy is my go to physician, however they are all amazing chiropractors. Care is intentional, never feel rushed. As long as you're direct and letting them know what's feeling off and come in routinely, you'll feel like a million bucks. Office is well maintained, wait times DO vary though depending, however I've never had issues with walking in. I'd say try them out if you've been considering it. Also. Jeremy is absolutely wonderful! He really tries to personalize your experience to your needs and wants. As a 25yr old with migraines and an aching back, most ppl tell me I'm too young to be having problems. But Jeremy assures me that I'm not crazy and do in fact have "problems" lol I always feel so much better after my adjustment. He doesn't rush and makes sure you feel comfortable. A family member of mine was misled to sign up for a membership and was not properly informed that they needed to sign a cancellation form, resulting in charges for about two years. It's less about the money and more about how misleading and non-communicative they are regarding the service they provide. When I walked in and asked the front desk person named Stephanie to speak to a manager very politely, she said she and her manager couldn't talk to me and called the police to escort me out within 3 minutes. The police were very understanding and advised us to file a civil lawsuit. Again, it's not about the money; it's about the fact that they are manipulative and insincere about their customers' well-being. As a wellness center, they should prioritize their patients' well-being and needs over money. Instead of resolving any issues with proper communication, they would rather call the cops on you. How could anyone trust this company to resolve any health problem that you may have. This kind of customer treatment is extremely shocking. read more

Dr. Tiffany Crouch was my adjustment practitioner! I went in as a last resort!! After 3 visits to the doctor, xrays, even an mri, acupuncture and massage therapy!! I seriously wanted to exhaust ALL my options. I also knew what I was experiencing and where the problem SAS but could not specifically explain my pain. I wanted to rule out a placebo effect so I have waited a few hours. Woke up with a stiff and sore neck and shoulders. I've never been personally to a chiropractor, so I was debating whether to schedule a doctors appointment or see a chiropractor. I've never felt such excruciating pain in my neck before. It was to the point that I could barely turn my head to the right without feeling pins and needles. I decided to come to The Joint that same day (Yes NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY). The desk attendant checked me and got all my paperwork in. I was helped in less than 10-15 minutes which wasn't a problem at all. I don't know what my Chiro did, but she did wonders. They explain to you possible reasons for pain during your treatment, and offer stretches or exercises to help you out. She did let me know that it wasn't a one time fix. She recommended coming back for more sessions, and also getting a back massage. I got the $29 new patient special and signed on to their membership. $79 for 4 monthly sessions. I was able to pay with my HSA card luckily. I went back the second time, and my other chiropractor did wonders. I feel so much better now. Easy process to get checked in, and minimal wait time. I signed up for an $89 monthly membership in April 2022. I only came in less than 8 times within the first two months until I noticed pain in my hips and arms, so I talked to the therapist, who suggested I stop my treatment. I spoke to the front desk and let them know that I needed to stop my treatment, and they promised that they would take care of it. so in early 2024, I noticed that they were still charging me. That's when I walked in again to sign a cancellation form in person. By then, I had already been charged over a thousand dollars for two years, and I never received an email or bill with the receipt. I asked to speak to the manager for a refund in early 2024, and they said they would call me back. I called and left messages over the course of four months, but they never bothered to call me back once. The last time I walked in and asked to speak with the manager again, the front desk lady told me that their manager was busy. I said I would wait. They called security on me for sitting there and said that it was my fault for not signing a cancellation paper when I initially canceled. Again, I'm just a customer, not a lawyer. I naively trusted the honesty of the business and thought they would take care of it when they said they would. I feel extremely disappointed by how misleading they were when they asked me to sign up. The fact that I put my trust into this business and they failed to respect my needs and wishes, and also refused to let me speak to their manager, proves how dishonest their business model is. I noticed this Anna person likes to state every bad review is misleading, which shows me how unwilling they are to upgrade their customer services and correct their manipulative behaviors. (Update ) they kept calling me trespassing when the police didn't issue me a ticket. They have an average of 3-4 different doctors on staff, each having a slightly different technique. So give them all a try. You won't be disappointed. I have a wellness plan and have been going for over a year. I can't imagine my life without being adjusted... When my mother said sit up straight and have proper posture, I should have listened. All of the staff here make me feel important and cared for. There is no routine visit. I've been to a few Joint locations, and I'm happy that my local joint chiro (chino hills) happens to be my favorite! Dr. Skane, Dr. Olver, and Dr. Mattison are ALL very good! However, I prefer Dr. Skane if he is in. His techniques are definitely well above average. The front desk receptionists are all kind and friendly. They could use new chiropractic tables, but it's not a deal breaker. 10/10 recommend if you are experiencing any pain or discomfort. read more

I came in last Friday because I had a stiff neck and it was hard to drive. I didn't get the name of the guy that was at the front, but he was super helpful and got me started and seen in a timely manner for my initial adjustment. I saw Dr. Crouch the first time I came in and she was informative and really assessed my needs. The adjustments definitely helped because after the first adjustment, my neck started feeling better after a day or two. I came back for my second adjustment today and I saw Dr. Skane this time. He took the time to ask me about my job and what could be causing the tension in my muscles. He also gave me helpful stretches to do at home as well as other recommendations. This location is near my job, but since we'll be on winter break soon I plan to go to the one that's closer to me. But if they're not as good as the staff at this location then I'll definitely make the drive just to get adjustments from them because I've already had a great experience the two times I've gone! read more

I have not been adjusted at this location, but I was a member at another location several years ago. No problem paying the $45 I was quoted, but the intake process should be streamlined. I went in to get adjusted for a pinched nerve in my right shoulder blade but decided to cancel because I was discouraged when I saw how much paperwork needed to be completed before, undoubtedly, what would be a short consult and adjustment. Just give me a consent form and an acknowledgment statement since the company is understandably concerned about liability. One person told us they will honor a coupon so went back with it and a different person kẹpt asking for military ID. Asked to call a manager and she said she's the only person working there.
