During just the first two months with him, I had a high body fat percentage for my body. I quickly lost around 10 pounds. I started at 157 and now I'm at around 147.. and still losing! I gained definition in my arms and my thighs. When I came in to see Kacy, my goals were focused on learning weight lifting, especially proper form to avoid injury, and gaining confidence in a gym. One of my favorite parts of training is the trust and independence he has for his clients. He watches your form, but he doesn't hover over you unnecessarily and provides you a chance to breathe. The amount of strength that I've gained over the last few months have been immense. I started just squatting with the barbell (45 pounds) and I have now increased to 115 pounds. I could also barely lift a 5 lb dumbbell when I started, but I've increased to 22.5 lbs. I've also never been able to sustain a manageable diet, but Kacy made the plan easy to follow and stick to. Before coming with kacy I was overwhelmed with the thought of going to the gym on my own and not doing the right exercises or having the right form to achieve the results I want so I just didn't go at all. I was at 166lbs with a high body fat percentage when I first started. I lost 6lbs within my first 2 weeks of training with him and continued to lose weight. I am now down 16lbs with a significant loss in body fat and gain in muscle. All the workouts I've had with him are always so well put together and really kick my butt but definitely help me feel so much stronger. Kacy is also really nice and takes the time to get to know his clients which makes coming to the gym a lot more enjoyable. In the beginning I was struggling and scared to squat just 65lbs but with the help & encouragement of kacy I'm now squatting 215lbs! I am so grateful to kacy as I really didn't think it would be possible for me to be doing what he has me doing at the gym. I can't say enough good things about training with him! He has this uncanny ability to gauge exactly how much I can lift just by watching me do a single set--which I'm guessing comes from years of experience, but it's still impressive to see in action. Here's the thing about Kacy that might throw you off at first: he often looks distracted, like he's not paying attention. But don't let that fool you! He's tracking everything--your form, your reps, your timing--and he'll call you out if you're slacking on your sets. It's actually kind of amazing how dialed in he is even when it doesn't look like it. Im gonna share something I don't normally talk about and when I do it's more as a joke. I graduated high school at 198lbs and in the 26 years since then I battled with my weight. I learned to "embrace it" rather than fight it. I started buying "Big Dog" shirts, I became a dad and went by "Big Daddy" all as coping mechanisms with the fact that I was overweight. In my "prime" I tipped the scales at 300lbs. I would go to lunch with some buddy's and would joke that I would order the family pack all for myself. I think you get the picture. I completely embraced the life of excess, I ate really well. I drank really well, I smoked cigarettes. I used to joke and say "I drink, I eat, I smoke, and I make a really darn good living." Through it all thankfully not a single cholesterol issue, no diabetes or blood pressure issues. Or so I thought, until earlier this year. Forget what perception social media creates. Earlier this year my life was out of freakin control. I had a serious panic attack and ended up at the doctors. He says to me, "I've been telling you to lose weight, and now here you are with a need to take blood pressure medication". A month later my blood pressure was still high and we had to double up my dosage, and even then it was still high. I needed to do something. I did the obvious, I quit smoking, eliminated drinking, started being a little more consistent with my exercise still not much help. I needed professional help, I have kids, a family, friends still need me, I felt like I was gonna die way too soon if something didn't change. I try to surround myself with good positive influences and I can't thank my good friend Christine Bou Sleiman enough for her help in this journey.

I struggled with terrible bloating, weight gain, horrible stomach issues, loose stool and terrible heart burn. Prior to finding Christine I seen many doctors and stomach specialists. They did many test including a colonoscopy and endoscopy procedure. Throughout the years of all these trials to my surprise they could not figure out my problem. I was so discouraged and ready to finally give up and then I received Christine's info. I decided to try one last time and worked with her. She quickly ordered a stool sample test and said this test should give us the answers we need. I was reluctant to do this test but decided to give it a chance. One she received the results she seen I had very high levels of H-pylori and candida something non of the other doctors detected. After these findings I was given a regiment of supplements to follow to cure these issues. Again I was reluctant to go through this process because it seemed a little overwhelming but again decided to give it a chance. At first I really didn't see much change but then about 4 weeks into it I started seeing and feeling a difference. I then continued the protocols and continued to get better and better. I was so surprised and excited this was finally all working out. After completing the process I felt great. Absolutely amazing in fact. Christine was amazing throughout and entire process. We had multiple follow ups and she made everything very easy for me to order the supplements I needed. Many of my friends and family seen my transformation and also can't believe what she did for me. For the first time in over 2 decades I feel awesome. I'm so so thankful for all her hard work and dedication to her patients. If I can give any advice is stick with it and follow through with what the protocols are and I'm confident she can help with what your dealing with. I would have never considered myself "overweight" but knew I needed to lose a few pounds. I've tried the traditional membership gyms but always found that I would lose interest or motivation. When I started inquiring about personal trainers, Mia was very prompt at answering. During our consultation I did a body fat scan and was shocked to find out that I was nearly 25%. We talked and I learned that it was less about the weight and more about body composition and fat/muscle percentages. Due to my work schedule we were able to meet twice a week for an hour a session. Mia adds good variety to our workouts and I definitively know that I push myself more during our sessions that I normally would have if I were doing the workouts by myself. She also places an emphasis on nutrition and offers advice on what to eat and what to stay away from. The last couple of years my diet has gotten progressively worse, and she's been a great help in getting me back on track.
