This is my first time ever going to a weight loss clinic. I never imagined that i would have to come here. Since my two pregnancies my weight kept increasing. Taking weight loss meds was something i steered from because im a healthy young person so i thought i could just do it on my own with strict diet & exercise, which i did successfully. However, i plateaued & the moment i stopped being so strict the weight came back, & i am not the type to binge eat, order take out, eat ice cream & cookies, even with moderately exercising i still kept gaining weight!!! I was so disappointed & frustrated that i was giving up & even already thinking extreme & considering surgery. I'm 5'8 my pre pregnancy weight was 150lb, after my first pregnancy i was at 190, lost weight but only to 184. After my second pregnancy i was at 200, the heaviest I've been 228lb!!! I started 75 Hard in 2023 lost 20lbs then months started counting macros lost another 10lbs now going into May-July 2024 stopped working out intensely to only doing 3-4x a week of light lifting & cardio now I'm back to 215lb beginning of Aug 2024. Decided to get some help & i could not be happier that i made this choice i tried avoiding but i was desperate. Brea medical weight loss clinic has truly helped me with my goals. I started with them almost a year ago or a little less than a year. I started on the semaglutide weight loss plan and it was working so good. The girls in the front office are amazing at patient care and addressing any concerns. After I got on a higher dose I started to see some gastrointestinal side effects. Nothing too severe just extreme nausea. The nurse practitioner quickly gave me her recommendations and one was to do the switch to tirzepatide. Once I did the change the nausea subsided. I have lost a total of 25lbs my cholesterol is now under control and I feel amazing. This clinic has an amazing team and I highly recommend them for anyone trying to better their health. read more
