I've been coming to this location since Feb/March. The girls at the front desk are so sweet. The nurses are great, nice and knowledgeable. I got a membership and it's a great way to recharge, get some skin and overall health benefits. It does get a little busy so schedule an appointment. I suffer from eczema so they helped me manage a flare up, from there I just keep coming in. It's almost strange that I haven't had a flare up in a few months. It's not gone but it's more manageable. I also lost about 7-8 pounds since I started this.... So something is working. I can nerd out on you as to why this is likely happening but I'll leave that to the professionals. I have tried other places last year but it doesn't feel the same so I come back to Hydration Room.

The "nurse" that placed the IV had NO GLOVES on‼ She also removed the IV with no gloves‼. Lastly since I didn't buy into their upselling so the "doctor" was complaining out loud in another area of the place about it and also their friendliness didn't extend to my leaving. Overall I wouldn't go again. They push to upsell so hard and they are not sanitary enough to wear gloves.
