I made an appointment and went to advanced skin care Tuesday morning for some new treatments for undereyes and scalp folicle stimulation for hair grouth I entered the office and was pleasantly greated by Edward the Office manager very professional , friendly and punctual getting my appointment started The treatment I had done was EZ GEL on my under eyes to help build out sunken areas below the eyes it also helps with wrinkles They mix the EZ GEL with my blood and inject it this also builds collagen , this is a newer treatment than fillers and is more effective and lasts longer They also did PRF on my scalp to help with hair grouth and thickness Sal drew my blood and spun it and Sue the owner and medical provider of business did the injections both Very Professional I am very happy with the treatments I got and highly recommended them Also recovery was great and no pain during the injections FYI use the numming cream read more

Unfortunately, I have become very disappointed with Adv. Skincare. Particularly, the office manager. I recently cancelled the tox club after paying for six months and another three months up front and provided Edward with my letter of cancellation. He proceeded to give me a negative attitude because I was cancelling. He calculated that the office was losing money because I was cancelling after six months. At one appointment where Sue (PA) was giving me a laser procedure. Sue quoted me a price of $80 to include a serum with my procedure. Edward was at the door and said oh no the price is $100 over riding Sue's price. This was so unprofessional to shout out a higher price. Once a year they have an "open house." At the last open house they had a raffle drawing. A few days passed and on Instagram Edward draws the names of the winners and just announces the first name. This method of announcing first names only is very deceptive and shady. I will miss going to Sue (PA) because she knows her stuff. The office could be so much more if the office mgr was friendly and professional. read more

Thread lifts are painful but get the job done beautifully. Worth the money to have them done well-- and she does an amazing job.

It's been six weeks and Botox never worked! My frown lines are still there, lip flip never flipped. $800 later and I'm scammed! The office manager is rude and unprofessional. He brings in the syringes with what is supposed to be Botox, but I don't think he fills them with Botox, if he doesn't like you. Next time ask for the nurse or doctor in this case the PA to fill the syringe in front of you. The office manager seems shady and has a really poor attitude. read more

My complaint was not for the bruising- I actually had a green bubble left under both of my eyes as you would see in the picture from before and after ( that was 5 weeks after filler). I am not sure if I am more worried about you not even seeing your mistake or thinking it was done correctly. That was one reason I would not come back to you. Lost all my money and not liking this because the 3 treatment package for my laser facial is gone too. The filler got removed and the bubble was instantly gone ! I am just sorry I waited so long and tried to cover thinking it will go away as I was told from your staff. I guess that goes under too bad for my money. Can you believe my appointment was at 1pm, I got there at 1pm (for 10 minutes I was in the building looking for their suite due to inconsistent addresses), I was the only patient there, and I ended up leaving at 2pm without getting anything done whatsoever?! I had never had an experience like this before... no idea what they were doing. The nurse told me he was getting the syringe; now why that should take almost an hour, god knows. STAY AWAY!! This place is super shady and will scam you out of your money, mislead you, lie to you, rip you off, and gaslight you. I went here for kybella for double chin, had a minimal amount of fat and was told by the owner and manager that 2 vials will completely get rid of it. They told me I would see results in 4-6 weeks, but didn't tell me to book a follow up appointment or anything. Fast forward 6 weeks. I saw absolutely no results, was super disappointed but kept waiting hopefully for some results to show. When they never did, I finally called and expressed my concerns in a friendly manner, and was told to come back into their office. So I booked the soonest appointment they had, and was told once I showed up that it had been too long since my initial appt (it had been a little longer than 6 weeks but not enough time for me to gain weight like they were accusing), and because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait a little longer for results to show before I complained, I got screwed over. They refused to refund me, convinced me I just needed one more session, and wouldn't even give me a free treatment (the owner offered me 2 free vials ONLY if I bought another one). So I made the mistake of putting my trust in them once more despite my very reasonable doubts, and spent hundreds more only to go through the horrible process again (awful pain, swelling up like a bullfrog, and terrible itching for over a month) and have LITERALLY NO RESULTS. So 5 vials and another 6 weeks later, I am extremely disappointed to discover I'd been scammed. In one last desperate attempt to get at least some of my money back, I booked one final appointment, and was treated horribly by the owner, manager and front desk person, all who were incredibly rude to me for no reason. All I did was politely ask for at least a partial refund and the rude manager practically laughed in my face. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME, AND HEADACHE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY SCAM OF A BUSINESS! Soooo not worth it!! This office is AMAZING! Needed to come in as an in-grown hair developed into a cyst. Susanne tried a conservative approach to get it resolved but ultimately removed it. Susanne and her staff are very caring and knowledgeable, and she did an awesome job of having a very minimally invasive incision and I can barely see where it is now that it has healed. I've never left a one-star review before, but I want to seriously warn people about going to Advanced Skincare. I had a painful growth that needed to be removed and saw Dr. Aguirre for it. She was wonderful, but doesn't work at Advanced Skincare anymore. I also saw an RN who seemed to have no idea about what Dr. Aguirre had done. There was terrible continuity of care that ended with expensive treatments that didn't work. (Dr. Aguirre fixed the problem at my next visit.) The billing department of Advanced Skincare is an absolute Kafka-esque nightmare. None of my billing statements have matched what my insurance sent me. At my final office visit, I asked to speak with someone from billing in the office. They weren't there, so I was promised a call. That call never happened. My calls to billing have never been answered and a dozen voicemails have never been returned. I've managed to talk to one person in Accounting. On two occasions she promised me call-backs from billing, but I've never heard anything back. FIVE MONTHS have gone by and I truly don't know what to do aside from visit the office again. Where they said they were going to call me but must have missed calling me. They could not give me any information on why this office is closed. First of the back office staff and nurses are unprofessional and rude. They wouldn't call back for lab results and speak to you in a demeaning way. I had a cancer removed by William Baugh and he left a major scar on my chest. The lab results showed the margins weren't clear and would need to be done again. I got a package on Groupon for fraxel treatment. I thought these treatment was supposed to be done by a nurse. To my surprise the office manager was the one that gave me the treatment and I truly felt like he did not have the medical expertise to be performing this treatment on me. The fact that this place is supposed to be some sort of medical office, my expectations was for it to be more sanitary and clean which again to my surprise that was another huge disappointment. Dr. Dorfman is amazing. He did my breast aug and I felt so comfortable. A lot of doctors in Orange County just want to give you a fake look, other doctors I consulted with made me feel uncomfortable and pressured me to go way too big. I bought a Groupon for laser tattoo removal and had the absolute worst experiences each time I went. All 3 times I waited over an hour for treatment. The first time I waited in the lobby for over an hour and then in the procedure room for another hour. And I was the only person there. No one wears a mask and are incredibly rude. After 3 treatments I saw very little difference and the first treatment left me blistered and scared. I thought the point of advertising on Groupon was to bring in more clientele. I saw Suzanne about 10 days ago for Kybella and I was waiting until I had a good idea of the results I would accomplish before giving my honest opinion. First off, everybody at the office was super sweet and understanding since I was running late. The place is really cute and parking is a breeze but I do have to say that they should give directions to their clients because it was a bit hard to find the suite. Suzanne injected my Kybella and I started getting great results already, it usually takes 3 weeks to start seeing results but you may keep shedding fat for the next 6 months. This treatment is safe and effective and I highly recommend to anybody with double chin. My jawline is already getting snatched, I'm actually thinking of going to Suzanne for other skin needs. I have recommended a few of my friends here already. Oh I also have to mention this place offers very affordable prices for injectables compared to other places. I waited almost and hour to be called in for my appointment, the laser treatment I got was great only downfall is the top of my eyebrow was lasered off, kinda annoying I have to wait for it to grow.
