Recently got a microneedling facial with PRP. I loved their friendly and helpful approach for explaining the procedures and aftercare practices, such as info on what products and foods to avoid. The bed is relaxing when I have to lay there for the numbing cream to work its magic (basically a free 1 hr nap) hehe. The whole procedure itself is about 3 out of 5 in terms of pain level. Afterwards, there is tingling and dryness that can last for a couple days. I saw great results after the first time, and then went in for a second session. The aesthetician stated she would go a bit deeper into the skin the second time for better results. I asked her to concentrate on the nose area, but I feel that she focused more on the forehead and cheeks. The second time, my pores did not see much improvement. However, overall my skin does look more hydrated and smoother when I put on my makeup. The third session was a lot better, and overall I'm happy with my results and think it's worthwhile to try if you want to improve your skin's overall appearance and brightening effect. The peeling phase also didn't occur the third time, maybe my skin adjusted to the procedure. The staff are also so friendly and helpful. They always make you feel comfortable and at home. read more

After a longgggg period of research, I finally decided to get Thermage 900 shots as I prepare for my wedding later this year. I chose this clinic based on what I saw on Instagram, and Rose immediately stood out. She clearly has years of experience and is definitely not a newbie. You can feel her confidence, natural friendliness, and charisma when she explains procedures. First visit experience: There was plenty of parking and the location was easy to find. I was welcomed by Rose right away with no waiting. I signed the paperwork and immediately started numbing. They allowed the numbing cream to sit for a full 45 minutes and did not rush the process like some places that only wait 30 minutes. Knowing how painful Thermage can be, I really appreciated this. Kelly thoroughly explained the entire process and even showed me the equipment she would be using. She explained that the laser tips are not reused since some places do this to save money. She also showed me the screen that tracks the number of shots being delivered, confirming the full 900 shots. That level of transparency gave me a lot of trust. Throughout the procedure, Kelly checked on me numerous times to make sure I was okay and carefully adjusted the energy so I would not be in pain. This gave me huge relief because not everyone understands how to properly use these machines. I could tell right away that she has been doing this for a long time and truly knows what she is doing. Out of all 900 shots, maybe about 10 had slight discomfort, but overall it was very manageable. After the procedure, they applied cooling face masks since my skin is sensitive. The owner Rose also checked on me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable for the level of service I received, which was fantastic. Before I proceed my review I would to give a brief history of my tear troughs. 4 years I did my tear troughs and right eye filler migrated next to my nose. I needed to do hyarulonicdaise to resolve it. After that I tried PRF injection at least 3 times to stimulate my right eye to get rid of tear trough. No result! Later I also tried collagen lift at least 3 times as well. IT was such a disappointment. Last year my ex-dermatologist suggested soft juvelook around my eye to regrow my collagen there . I did 3 times again , result was underwhelmed. At this point , I gave up until I saw Jeune Belatero filler advertisement. Rose was very patient n provided me lots of information. She has confidence in her skill. I explained to her that sometimes it's not about the money, it is the hope that we have invested esp I have 4 failures in the past. Finally, I did it . Initially I was concerned on the downtown , swelling and bruises . However .. I didn't swell much n the bruises was tiny bit. I have to say the down time was only one night . Guess what !! Rose, Sandra, and Elaine are THE BEST! They're all super knowledgeable and honest; most of all, they don't push unnecessary treatments! Between the staff, they are fluent in Mandarin, Korean, and English so this was also great to take my Mom with since my Mom was able to ask a lot of questions and get knowledgeable answers in Mandarin. I have been to a few medi-spas and I hate when I get the feeling of some pushy salesperson trying to upsell me and tell me I need xyz done. It just makes me feel like all I am is $$$ and I don't feel heard and seen as a person with legitimate concerns. When I come across a place like that, I immediately shut down and leave. Jeune has a variety of treatments that address a myriad of concerns and their prices are very reasonable. My first treatment was Rejuran Healer to address my acne scars and just overall anti-aging. I'll be honest ... this is one of the most painful treatments I've had done (although my pain tolerance is on the low side) and initially, I didn't think it did much good. Maybe I'm just traumatized from the pain that I don't want to believe how effective the treatment was (therefore, tricking myself into thinking I don't need it done again), but on my last visit, Elaine showed me my first "before" picture (almost 4 months ago) to present. Ladies and gentlemen, there was a significant difference in how I looked! The texture of my skin improved and I definitely looked more youthful. I am now reconsidering doing Rejuran AGAIN, despite the pain. You know what they say, beauty is pain! I also had Hifu Shurink done and can say one month out, I've noticed an improvement in the elasticity of my face and an overall lifted and snatched look. Pain level wise it wasn't terrible, although I did feel it deep in my jaw and teeth (a weird, "sore" feeling). I'd give it a 4/10 on the pain scale. I think I will also get this done again in a few months I just had Oligio yesterday so results are still TBD; but I'm hopeful! My sister had both Hifu Shurink + Oligio done a month before me and she looks great! Pain level was probably a 5/10; it felt like I kept repeatedly burning myself with a curling iron. Lastly, Rose has an expert hand with botox and I appreciate that they numb before injection. Highly recommended! read more
