She is very communicative and kind. She even showed me their new Prime machine, so I know it's authentic! I also just got Pico toning done, and agin, she was thorough and made the process easy. I had a separate service issue that I addressed with them about a visit, and they promptly reached out to me to offer to make things right. I felt comfortable with the details she provided and the only additional suggestion was ultherapy prime which is an area that bugs me as well. My ldm facial was great. Skin so glowy after. Jenny is so thorough with her work and I'm done with my whole process after only three sessions BECAUSE she makes sure to go through every part of the area. Other places quoted me 6-8 sessions, but after seeing the progress I'm amazed how much she was able to remove permanently with only 2 session. I love the service and their summer special sale made it a jaw dropping price that was hard to miss. The pain was a bit high for me because I had thicker hair, BUT it was only during the first session that it hurt. For the remaining sessions, any hair if present is really thin so the laser was hardly noticeable pain wise. Don't hesitate to book with them if you're looking for hair removal. Can an ultrasound wand with minimal heat gliding over your face do anything? I was wrong! After my second session of the LDM facial, my skin started to glow!
