I had a lot of acne, whiteheads, blackheads, acne scars, basically everything. My skin was one of the things I was the most stressed and insecure about. Now, almost 10 years later, I don't really struggle with acne anymore. Of course skin changes with age, so now I come for completely different concerns. I usually do treatments like microneedling, Sylfirm, and other maintenance treatments. Lately I have also been stressing about aging, so they are still stuck with me lol. The biggest reason I continue to come here is that I actually feel cared for. I have tried a few places in LA because Fullerton is honestly far from me now, but the experiences were just not the same. Some places felt rushed, not very friendly, or like they were giving everyone the same recommendation. Here, they actually look closely at my skin and tells me what would be helpful for me specifically. I never feel like I am just another customer. And the staff really makes a difference. Alex at the front is always so sweet, patient, and helpful. Jenny and Sunah are both amazing and have taken care of my skin for years. I have known some of the staff since before COVID, and seeing the same people there for so many years makes me feel even more comfortable and trusting of the clinic. I work full time and live in LA, but I still drive over an hour to Fullerton for my appointments. Sometimes I complain about the drive while I'm doing it, but I keep going because I genuinely trust their skills and the way they treat people. I'm a teacher, and people still mistake me for a student pretty often. I know genetics and skincare at home matter too, but I honestly consider this clinic one of the biggest contributors to how my skin looks today. I'm very thankful to the doctor, Alex, Jenny, Sunah, and everyone else who has taken care of me over the years.

I would recommend going elsewhere, as there are many better Korean places in the area.

You don't hire nurses that claim they're experienced and can't perform masseter Botox properly. She doesn't draw on the face either with the dots. I'm concerned the Botox might be even expired or diluted incorrectly. They claim they only use "BOTOX" brand. I did my forehead here as well. Terrible results. I want my $$ back. You can see my smile before.. to now. The only reason they continue to get away with this is because no one takes legal action .

I absolutely love 17 MedSpa! I have been going to 17 Med Spa for about 5 months for Picoway laser treatment to address my hyperpigmentation. I was skeptical at first, but the results have been amazing! Sarah, one of the managers, recommended that I do at least 5 sessions to see results, and she was right. I started seeing dramatic improvements after my 4th session. My coworkers, friends, and family have all commented on how clear and glowing my skin looks. I was so happy with the results of the Picoway laser treatment that I met with Liana, one of the owners of 17 Med Spa, to discuss other treatments I could pursue. Liana was incredibly informative and answered all of my questions, even the silly ones. She was also very kind and attentive to my needs. I appreciated that she wasn't pushy about selling me any particular treatments and instead offered her advice based on what she thought would be best for me. The facility at 17 Med Spa is beautifully designed and very serene. It never feels crowded or hectic, which is a big plus for me. I've been to other medical spas that felt like I was in a fast food chain, but 17 Med Spa is definitely not like that. Overall, I've had a wonderful experience at 17 Med Spa. I've been feeling lately that my face was losing elasticity and just looking more tired and aged, so I finally decided to do something about it after a coworker recommended 17 Medi Spa. Manager Erin was honestly amazing. She didn't just push treatments -- she really looked at my face carefully, listened to my concerns, and explained what would work best for me. I felt really comfortable and trusted her recommendations. I ended up getting Thermage FLX + Fotona the same day. I was actually pretty nervous because I had heard Thermage can be really painful, but surprisingly the whole treatment was much easier and more comfortable than I expected. It had been quiet of long time that I haven't done any facial treatment and the service I had here actually blew my mind! My esthetician Hannah brings positive vibes to the room and takes incredible care of my skin. She's really nice and knowledgeable on what she's doing. Through out the treatment, she was very attentive on my sensitive skin concerns and which I really appreciated. The whole treatment went very relaxing and pleasant! After the cleansing, scrub, and exfoliation she massaged my neck and shoulder and that felt heavenly! My experience here for regular botox and filler injection is great! The staffs are excellent and professional. Maybe i got lucky, but i never had to wait a long time for my appointment to receive treatments. I hd a couple appointments with them, including the spider vein laser treatment and I'm glad i found the right place. The rosacea next to my nose and chin areas were completely gone after a few sessions. The pricings were also more reasonable. My mom and I visited this place last year as well for ultherapy (thermage for my mom), and the results are still lasting to this day. One tip I can share is add the place in Kakaotalk and they sometimes send really good monthly promotion. read more

I visited this clinic for the first time to inquire about their melasma removal package. The manager recommended a package that was supposed to completely remove my spots. However, after the eighth session, I saw no improvement at all, and my spots were still there. When I asked the manager about it, she said they couldn't guarantee 100% removal, contradicting what she initially told me. She denied ever promising complete removal. I definitely do not recommend this place for melasma removal. Avoid this clinic. read more

At my first session for a facial lymphatic draining massage, Eunice and her husband were very welcoming. Don't be intimidated if you can't speak Korean because I definitely can't. There are no issues with a language barrier. They both took the time to invite me to bring in my skincare/makeup products so they could provide a customized plan with suggestions. I have now gone in for a couple sessions and can see a markedly visible difference in my face. My chubby cheeks and double chin (endearing, but unwanted) have shrunk, my jawline is more defined, and my collarbones pop more. I feel like she has also somehow magically elongated my neck. I've had such a good experience with tangible results that I'm planning to book lymphatic draining massages for my body. Before meeting Eunice, I probably would have never known that a lot of my bloating is contributed to blocked lymphs. They are small-scale, which allows them to provide personalized care for each of their clients. Their client base is also almost at full capacity, so I would definitely act quickly!
