I just had my Ultherapy PRIME treatment and had a great experience. Yoomi was attentive, thorough, and easy to talk to throughout the session. She carefully mapped out my treatment areas, and the full session took about two hours. The treatment was relatively pain free. The photo below shows one side treated immediately after, compared to the untreated side. There is a visible difference. As always, results vary by individual, and full results typically develop gradually, with final outcomes closer to six months. I also want to thank Nicole, my initial consultant, again for advocating on my behalf and securing an extra 100 treatment lines. Been going here with my sister in law's facial credit at first and I got hooked with Hannah and Jin. They're absolutely amazing and my face definitely glowed up. But i had this doubt whether medical spa treatments would actually have visible benefits until manager advised me to get weight loss injection with free fat dissolving injection for free. I guess this is how everyone gets into these type of treatments cuz I lost about 20 pounds in 3 months and my stubborn arm fat are literally GONE. I ended up making my reservation for Ultherapy and Thermage combo and manager also got me a free skin booster for free. The deals are great once you get to talk to them. As for the pricing I think they told me they don't publicize the promos but it turned out to be pretty reasonable! Nurses appeared to be a bit distant at first until I came for several visits and now we're first name basis lol Cons: they close at 6pm and on Sundays so it's hard to schedule appointments unless you're calling in at least a few weeks in advance especially for facials. I went here to see how they could help get rid of my acne scars in January 2025. I had a consult with Kayla and she was very nice and suggested to get 3 treatments of Morpheus 8, for $1100. So I trusted her and proceeded with the treatment. My first session they did a before photo with no makeup. The treatments were tolerable with the numbing cream and I was breastfeeding at the time and they were accommodating. The nurse who did the treatments was very nice and staff was always very nice. Unfortunately after three treatments I fear my scars got worse rather than better. Before the last session they took a photo of my face and I let them know I had makeup on but they said that didn't matter. Then I finished the last session and I never heard from them again. No follow up to see if I was happy with my results and no before and after evaluation. I feel even more self conscious of my skin now. I'm so bummed I spent all that money and pain for nothing. I encountered another nurse aesthetician recently and she said the needles of Morpheus 8 are too large for my kind of scars. I don't know who to believe anymore! read more

I gave plenty of time as I know results don't show right away. Yoomi was my esthetician, was nice but felt she was very rushed. She did it very fast which I didn't mind but now wondering if she was visualizing the ultrasound image to ensure proper depth. She applied a lot of pressure pushing the handpiece into my face, whereas previously at other places it was just lightly contacting my skin. Let me explain why I was a regular client here for years and I do not visit anymore. They had the ultherapy prime deal for $1500.00 I was typically afraid of getting this treatment because the side effect is hollow cheeks. I told the aesthetician prior to treatment multiple times. But guess what that was total waste of money for me. I even went to South Korea after and the doctor told me they did this treatment wrong. Regardless their facial team is amazing so I wanted to refer my best friend few months ago and spoke to the manager over the phone. She kept trying to sell me stuff so I explained that the ultherapy prime which I got recently at their med spa didn't work for me. She told me what I'm explaining is not true. She wouldn't listen to me and kept denying the facts. Don't tell me what I see in my face which even my best friend can tell I got hollow cheeks after getting ultherapy at 17 med spa. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years and you lost me as a customer because your manager is simply rude. I wasn't expecting any compensation nor refunds. All I said is look, i spent this much money here recently and want to take a break on treatment. This is my third review of 17MedSpa. As a 2+ year client, I can notice a shift in management/staff being changed and I am not sure how I feel. A few of the front desk staff no longer work there and it seems to have new people each time I come. Majority of the time, the front staff are always kind, friendly, and nice, which is greatly appreciated. I noticed a shift when I continue to discuss my needs with management, but get pushback for other packages/deals that they recommend, and usually at a higher cost for these packages (even if they have a special promo/deal.) It would also be things that I don't feel I need. I come back for the facials with Hannah, she does a phenomenal job and really explains each process, while knowing your skin. She is comfortable, kind, and does her job very well. I also like working with Rachel, she is efficient, action-oriented, and patience with my needs. Finally, I enjoy working with Jacky. Jacky knows clients and how to listen and really focus on what they need. She is truly a people-person and cares about her clients so it makes us feel like we are special and not just a number. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and a pleasure to work with, when it comes to treatment. Last year at the end of September and throughout the month of October, my face became infested with some serious acne. It was cystic acne combined with some rosea. I did some research and tried various acne products. However, it just kept escalating and I was at a point of desperation. This is when I decided to do laser treatment on my face. I researched through Yelp for a week before I decided to come to 17 MedSpa. After my first consultation, they set me up with a reasonable plan that includes six sessions, each was 3 hours long. In one session, I will have various laser treatments with an acne facial. Along the sessions were long and painful, the staff there were so nice, friendly and encouraging. I love how they never try to sell me other products. I was even given a product for free to help with the aftercare of the laser treatment. Even at my last session, they did not try to pressure me to continue with another treatment plan like other places would do! I am so glad I found 17 MedSpa, they helped me gain back my confidence! I've been coming to 17MedSpa for over a year now. My mom and I come here regularly for facials with Hannah. She's really friendly and does an amazing job every time. I absolutely love getting facials from here. Over the past few years, my dark spots have gotten really bad so I finally decided to do something about it! I purchased the laser treatments (package of 10 sessions). Alice is my aesthetician for this and she's super sweet and does a wonderful job at making sure I'm comfortable throughout the laser treatment (not gonna lie, it stings a little). But I love it bc afterwards my skin feels so smooth and refreshed. After my second spot treatment fully healed, I was SHOCKED at how much the spots have lightened. Seriously, I was very impressed!
