Just be careful when getting injections their staff are not licensed nurses and not sure what training they have coz most of the staff there doesn't know the proper way or the correct sites for injections. The last vitamin B 12 injection I got , the staff gave it to me on my right arm, below the deltoid!!! She was talking to me and I got distracted so I was not able to correct her on time until it's too late! I called her and let her know. And today I have weekly appointments for my shots and I am scheduled today and it has been for the last month and no one informed me about today being closed! I even called last Thursday if they're open and the receptionist said they are!!! It's a waste of time for me going and missing my weekly shots so now I will be behind 3 days since my next availability is Tuesday. I hope management sees this as I need to file a formal complaint, this is unacceptable! read more

Wow! This place is amazing! I came here for their Morpheus8 treatment and I'm loving the results! 1.) Great customer service! Booking apt is super easier and there was always someone to speak with asap. The nurse explained the procedure and the what to expect very well. Gave more explanation and what to do after treatment than what I looked up online. Place also decorated very nicely and has good amount of parking. 2.) the nurse performed the procedure very well! I could tell she took her time, asked me how I was feeling after almost every pass. 3.) they have the newest Morpheus8 machine too. Other places have the older model or even fake models! I am so happy to have came across Lush MedSpa! I have had previous laser hair removal from Laser Away and it wasn't the best experience so I wanted to find a new place. I went in for some pricing and they had a special going on so I decided to take the offers and get hair removal on my legs and happy trail. The staff here are super friendly!! What I loved so much about this place is that they're very transparent with you. I appreciate their honestly because at Laser Away they definitely lied and pressured me into buying some treatments. However this place is completely opposite from them and I really appreciate that. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The inside is very clean and cute! For the treatment, the nurse who took care of me was extremely helpful and friendly. I was walked through every step of the process which was super helpful because you have to wear small goggles and you can't see anything so you don't really know what's coming next but with guidance it definitely makes a big difference and you know what exactly is happening. At laser away they used air versus Lush MedSpa uses a gel during the treatment and I actually like the gel much more than the air, the pain doesn't feel that bad and I think it's because the gel is cold and almost soothing. Depending on how coarse your hair is (mine is thick) the pain level increases/decreases in certain areas and it feels like rubber band snaps hitting the skin. That being said, the happy trail didn't hurt at all. The upper thighs also didn't hurt that much but the lower part of my legs did hurt a little more but not as bad as I expected! The back of the lower legs also hurt, I would say a little more than the front of the legs. Overall, I am very happy that I found this place and decided to come and I am very excited for my next treatment!! read more

So glad I switched from my previous med spa to Lush! my previous place is very well known yet my experience at lush was much more personal and felt less rushed. my nurse jackie was so sweet and really took care of me and what I wanted for my lip filler. her expert opinion was to spend the first session evening out what my previous place had filled unevenly, which i'm so glad she did! she was also honest with me on her professional recommendations while also taking into consideration what my goals were. they saved the remainder of my syringe for my next visit, which overall gives better value for what i'm paying for. that's something the other place didn't do (they kept the rest but still charged the full amount) so I appreciate that this business actually cares for their clients results, not just to make as much money as possible. overall loved the cleanliness and aesthetic of the clinic, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff! read more
