I wrote a review about them a few weeks ago and I was removed because I accidently sent it to multiple sites. I am addressing it again because this is the location in Lakewood where I had this bad experience. My first experience with them was in 2023 which I had to request my 1200 dollars back through my bank. The injector botched my face with PDO Threads. She did a procedure I did not ask for. I asked for threads for jawline lift, she put them in my cheeks. I already have high cheek bones and it made my face look very masculine and when it healed one cheek was higher than the other. I've had to get sculptra to balance out the unevenness. Let's get to the current issue. They text messaged me I thought it's been years maybe they have gotten better injectors and changed. I was wrong. I saw a special I thought was for botox so I booked and did a 25.00 deposit. I didn't get the botox and they won't refund my 25.00 deposit. I booked because I thought botox was on special it wasn't. Then when I saw the injector I remembered her from an issue I had with her injecting my botox. I had gotten botox before with another injector and was happy. She wasn't the injector that did the threads or the previous botox. That botox I liked was months before the pdo thread experience. I booked that botox appointment before the threads also. Anyway, I asked her to do my 11's she seemed irritated to be there. She just kept injecting into the middle of my eyes. Not the proper injection technique at all for 11's. When I saw her for the current appointment I was not about to give them almost 700 dollars for botox from an injector I did not trust. This is the issue with some of these spas. They are more concerned with volume than customers. I would not recommend anyone go to the Lakewood location. I didn't get a procedure down and they are pressed about giving me a 25.00 deposit. This place is trash. If you guys are looking for a legit spa try Dermfx in Redondo Beach. I can't find pictures from the botched threads but this is me now after thousands of dollars correcting my face at Dermfx. Would not recommend this place !!! Received second degree burns from their "cool sculpting" dupe treatment . Nurse Vanessa works at various locations for eye candy . She did not take care of me and sent me on my way in these conditions that resulted in me going to the ER! I now have a huge scar in my abdomen for my wedding 6 months later. My comment was removed from their different accounts but I will continue to post about this and warn everyone about this malpractice. read more
