I was scheduled for Juvaderm but when nurse Rowen heard me tell her that I was getting it for my smoker lines she said that Botox would be better and I told her that I had already paid for it and I was told I would be receiving a refund for the Juvaderm. I did not want big lips my lips are fine the way they are. She was so professional and made me feel very comfortable and was so gentle . She let me know right from the start what I would be feeling. They lie to me about my services to my face!! They say that the record shows that I had gotten the same pulses on every session. When I ask to see the records the manager told me she couldn't give them to me. When i asked if I could have the corporate office phone number she said she didn't have it. This is the same girl that aggressively push me to buy facials on my first visit. She acted like if she was just a regular employee not the manager. They also mess up my credit by running my credit multiple time with out telling me. I believe there's a lawsuit for Lazer away because of the same reason. I wish I could say I've had a good experience with LaserAway, but the truth is it's been one frustration after another. The only reason I'm still coming here is because I prepaid for years of treatment, otherwise, I'd be long gone. I still have about 4-5 sessions left, and once those are done, I will never return. Been going here for 3 years now, maybe 4 all paid upfront. To be fair, I did have one regional manager reach out in the past to try to make things right, and for a short while, I thought maybe things would improve. But today just reminded me why I've been so unhappy with this place. This past week, I received two phone calls and a text message reminding me of my appointment and stressing the importance of being on time. I showed up 10 minutes early, and the office was empty, no other patients around. Despite that, I was still made to wait past my scheduled appointment time. Meanwhile, I could hear both receptionists in the back, laughing and chatting, completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting. It feels like once they've locked in your money, the professionalism ends. The emphasis is on selling, not on service or patient experience. The staff doesn't carry themselves with professionalism, and I no longer feel valued as a client. If you're considering signing up, I'd strongly advise against it. I was asked to sign s doc in order to get an estimate of $1392, which was over my budget.
