My experience with LaserAway has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a laser treatment package because I believed it would be added to my existing financing account. It was never clearly explained to me that a separate financing account would be opened. If I had been given that information, I would not have agreed to the purchase. I have not used any of the laser treatments, yet I received a statement showing that I have a $750 balance. I requested to cancel the package and asked for help resolving the issue, but instead of working with me, I was told the package could not be canceled. I also requested copies of the documents I signed because I want to understand exactly what I agreed to, but getting answers has been frustrating. I expected transparency, honesty, and better customer service. Since my concerns have not been resolved, I will be filing complaints with the California Department of Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau, and any other appropriate consumer protection agencies. I hope LaserAway improves its financing disclosures and customer service so that other customers fully understand what they are signing before any financing is processed. read more

Very disappointing experience. Please carefully verify what product you are purchasing before treatment. I specifically requested Botox and believed that was what I was purchasing. I was never told that my package was actually for Xeomin or that Xeomin would be administered instead. I only discovered this after reviewing my receipt, which stated "Xeomin 300 Unit Bank." When I contacted the representative, she acknowledged that she knew I had requested Botox but said she gave me Xeomin because I had received Xeomin previously. I requested cancellation because I no longer felt comfortable continuing with the package. Since then, I have made multiple calls and have repeatedly been promised a callback, but no one has followed up or resolved the issue. My advice: before paying or receiving treatment, ask to see the exact product name on your paperwork and confirm that it is the product you requested. I hope LaserAway resolves this appropriately, but based on my experience, I would be very cautious about relying on verbal representations and would verify everything in writing before treatment. read more

I wish I could say I've had a good experience with LaserAway, but the truth is it's been one frustration after another. The only reason I'm still coming here is because I prepaid for years of treatment, otherwise, I'd be long gone. I still have about 4-5 sessions left, and once those are done, I will never return. Been going here for 3 years now, maybe 4 all paid upfront. To be fair, I did have one regional manager reach out in the past to try to make things right, and for a short while, I thought maybe things would improve. But today just reminded me why I've been so unhappy with this place. This past week, I received two phone calls and a text message reminding me of my appointment and stressing the importance of being on time. I showed up 10 minutes early, and the office was empty, no other patients around. Despite that, I was still made to wait past my scheduled appointment time. Meanwhile, I could hear both receptionists in the back, laughing and chatting, completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting. It feels like once they've locked in your money, the professionalism ends. The emphasis is on selling, not on service or patient experience. The staff doesn't carry themselves with professionalism, and I no longer feel valued as a client. If you're considering signing up, I'd strongly advise against it. They lie to me about my services to my face!! They say that the record shows that I had gotten the same pulses on every session. When I ask to see the records the manager told me she couldn't give them to me. When i asked if I could have the corporate office phone number she said she didn't have it. This is the same girl that aggressively push me to buy facials on my first visit. She acted like if she was just a regular employee not the manager. They also mess up my credit by running my credit multiple time with out telling me. I believe there's a lawsuit for Lazer away because of the same reason.
