I love this location in particular. The staff is so sweet, accommodating, and professional. I've been going w/my husband for two years. I've been to the Hermosa location which is not my fav (it's super off putting at that location staff wise) I have also been to the Huntington Beach location which is lovely. Staff is pleasant But, Long Beach has been our fav. It's clean, the nurses are more likely to rotate less at this location so, you develop a nice report with them. Unlike other locations you tend to have a different nurse every time, The young ladies up front are again just the sweetest and they remember your name which is refreshing. It shows you're not just a name in a book with a time slot next to it. I'd give the staff 10 stars if I could. read more

The technicians that provide the service are extremely sweet & professional! They are 10/10. I've done tattoo removal & cool sculpting in multiple areas. My tattoo is still the same & cool sculpting was a waste of $2,100. The most unpleasant thing for me though, honestly, we're the 2 receptionists up front. Be ready to be looked up & down. They make it so hard to leave at the end of your appointment because they push you to sign up for other treatments. I get it, they probably make a commission out of it - but when you tell patients "you should get botox, you should get this, you need to get that." That becomes a problem. It's rude, unprofessional, & disgusting. I have 1 more cool sculpting session available but have decided to not use it. That's how bad these 2 receptionists were. Do not reccomend! read more

Update on my review. It's been five months and still there are multiple complications with canceling my loan. They don't have good communication for the loaners being Patienfi. They have sent me back and forth between both company's to call to see who can fix the problem and they just keep blaming each other. Worst company to make a deal with. I will have to update this review in 7 months come July but for my very first time getting lasered it was ok. I've been a wax girlie for 11 years and I am used to being bare skinned bald after each visit. This was less painful than sugar waxing but still had its moments of pain. I'm not a fan of having to "shave" before my treatments but maybe once I get close to being "bald" again like I used to be when I got waxed I may go do a wax treatment for upkeep just to get the other hairs that the laser didn't get. read more

I just went in and had a wonderful experience. I was initially upset because of the birthday discount rules etc. , but I don't think that they can control this at the location. Just make sure that if you buy the membership you call to schedule the appointment in your birthday month instead of using the app. The app just does not work as intended. read more

I've been a LaserAway client for years and typically visit the Cerritos location. However, the Long Beach location was more flexible with scheduling. I had the privilege of being treated by Catherine, and I couldn't be more pleased with her service. In all my years of receiving Botox treatments, she has been the best. BEWARE OF BEING OVERCHARGED!! I had a great experience for a consultation with the RN for Botox, but when Brittany, the receptionist, was called in to go over the cost, it ended up being $15 a unit instead of $10 per unit for a first time visit, which I was quoted. Brittany was extremely rude and gave the impression of not caring at all. I said I would speak with someone else or request a refund for what I had already paid. I spoke with the person that made my appointment and she charged me the original amount I was quoted. read more

Barely got out of this one. Their return calls to inquiries are spot on and attentive but I figured out why they are so eager after researching the company more. Please look into them. They told me I needed to put $2000 of product(Xeomin-similar to Botox) onto my account to get started. I've been doing this for 30 years. That is a first. A $50-$100 deposit is acceptable. Yet having a business, that is not a financial institution, hold my money? Not a chance. I can only imagine that the fine print most likely includes the word 'forfeit' or something similar. As for service, whoever I spoke to was great. Yet, when I read these responses on Yelp and realized that they are THE SAME FEW RESPONSES rotated, i decided to pass. If they can't take the time to address each individual then I have doubts as to where your concerns truly are. My visits are typically great. I enjoy the service and the people there. Unfortunately a hospital family emergency meant I had to call in today and speaking with Kelly Coleson was not pleasant. I simply wanted a new time, everyone has a story to their life and day, I didn't need attitude through a phone to make a change. Not all of us get these treatments because we float through life. Disappointed with receiving Botox here first time I've ever got it done at this place was definitely overpriced and completely unsatisfied with the results. my frown lines between my brows are still highly noticeable lots of movement on my forehead. Went back in for a consultation different clinician. She was nice but all they could do is charge me more to fix what was not done right. Definitely would not give this place anymore money or my business again. A live and learn experience of where not to go! I go to laser away for clear and brilliant laser facials and Botox. Kristen did my Botox last week and I absolutely loved my session with her. She was very kind and super gentle. I've been getting Botox for about two years, but she was very good about educating me through each step of the procedure. She asked me about the areas of concern and ensured I used my units wisely. I bought a bank of units, and didn't have to use as many as I thought to get the result I wanted. I'm considering coming back to her to try out masseter Botox . I am turning 38 in a couple months so I figured its time i start looking into what options there are to maintain my current skin quality. This was my first experience in the world of skin care (beyond just using face wash). I came in for a consultation and couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of customer service. All the girls working the front desk area were friendly and took the time to really help. I had a lot of questions about each of the different offerings and packages. Not just price, but how each one was either something I should consider or maybe dont need. They obviously have been doing this for a while and have the ability to actually tell me from their experience of using their own services. Its nice talking to someone when they actually use or try what they are selling. I just wanted to say thank you for taking your time with me, being new I'm sure I took up more time then I should have. I will update when I can! read more

I'm very disappointed with my recent experiences at LB location. At one appointment I was asked to come in 15 mins early. I made it happen. Then I waited 20 mins to be seen. Next appointment I was told the machine broke & they said they'd comp a service after I explained how inconvenient it was. They didn't comp the service. When I came back a week later for rescheduled appointment they did see me but after needed to cancel the next upcoming appointment bc there weren't enough employees. I didn't appreciate the attitude of the person helping me reschedule. She was not understanding. When I came in for my 3rd rescheduled appointment I was turned away, again. They said they couldn't see me due to a scheduling error. They offered for me to come back 2 hrs later if another client was willing to reschedule. I wasn't willing to cancel but was not asked. I couldn't come at that time. I reminded the employee of recent rescheduling problems but was still not able to be seen for the time sensitive treatments (which were already week late). I left, called around to other locations. staff at Cerritos were very helpful, apologetic and informed me corporate would call me. That was last week. I haven't heard a thing. Overall, I've missed several of hours of work due to all the errors. My time was not respected. And I'm paying thousands of dollars on services. I regret purchasing a package with them as now I'm half way through my treatments & any progress made was a waste. I will not be returning. read more

I have never had such a horrible experience with any company before. They charge you upfront and once you get to their office they are extremely rude and unprofessional and they treat you horribly. The only person that was nice was the one that contacted me initially to get me to pay for the cool sculpting treatment. When I called back to let corporate know that I had a horrible experience with one of the nurses and that I intended to leave a bad review, Brian who refused to tell me who he was said he was denying me service and that he would only give me a partial refund. I feel like my money was stolen. The way they talk to customers is so degrading. The nurse told me I needed multiple treatments so I just wasted all that money for nothing. They are extremely unprofessional, they are far better places out there for the money you pay. This turned into a nightmare, save yourself the headache, they don't care about their customers they just want to steal your money. read more

Well, what can I say? The staff is sooo friendly and gorgeous. They are very professional. They sure made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I'd highly recommend them. At first I didn't like the parking situation BUT once I realized that they have their own parking spaces in the back I was game!! Can't wait to see the results once I'm fully done with the procedure.
