I had a custom facial done here. Luxurious spa day. High end potions and lotions. The bed was super nice and was warmed electronically. Loved that! They offered something to drink while i waited in a lobby area for my aesthetician. She was very friendly and attentive and offered her recommendations. Would come again. I paid $170 because of a new customer discount, or wise it would have been $200 for a facial. Staircase to this location is near the parking lot. read more

Horrible customer service. Horrible immature staff. My first visit was this year. The woman who gave me a treatment was fabulous, Madison. Sadly, while waiting for her, 2 staff members were talking across the room to each other, being very loud. The waiting area amplifies their voices. I really didn't want to know about their personal life, but could not help hearing it. Then they asked a 3rd staff member to chime in. They were so over the top complementing each other. I swear, they sounded like valley girls. Very vain. I asked if they could lower their voices. I explained to them their voices were amplified in the dome shaped waiting area. They just got quite and looked disgusted. After my treatment their was dead silence as about 4 or 5 girls were hanging out at front desk looking at me. Felt their hate. The one who I asked to keep her voice down asked me with a fake smile how my treatment was. I said great. None of the other girls said a word as I left...just stared at me. They had such hate in their faces. I went here thinking they were professionals. Obviously, the staff cares nothing about customer service, only care about themselves. Spoke to manager as she said they had other comments about their unprofessional behavior. These girls had no fear of losing their jobs. Reality will hit them someday. This was my first time getting any sort of injections, so I was a little bit nervous going in, but the treatment itself has been amazing, from the treatment itself the day of to now (a week and a half later) it's been amazing. it was not super painful at all, and I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting into. I was able to get a botox treatment from her for a brow lift. I also had a consultation for chin and jawline filler. She was so informative and I really appreciated that she went more in depth with the science and the muscle structure of the face so I could fully understand how to address the areas I wanted to treat.
