I've been coming here since I moved to Long Beach just under a year ago, and I swear they have the most talented injectors I've ever experienced. Odessa is legitimately an artist -- like Micheal Angelo with a needle. She's extremely knowledgeable and is able to clearly explain exactly what you need to do to achieve the results you're looking for. She not only takes her time to listen and understand what you want, but makes sure you're informed about and comfortable with each step of the process. I had a custom facial done here. Luxurious spa day. High end potions and lotions. The bed was super nice and was warmed electronically. Loved that! They offered something to drink while i waited in a lobby area for my aesthetician. She was very friendly and attentive and offered her recommendations. Would come again. I paid $170 because of a new customer discount, or wise it would have been $200 for a facial. Staircase to this location is near the parking lot. read more

My experience with Madi was 10/10. She was present, knowledgeable, fully engaged in the consultation discussion and what I found incredible... she was VERY comfortable and transparent talking about money! $$$ People who have a healthy relationship with money have no issues discussing it opening - and she did. No arrogance, no ego, not afraid to just state the expense without hesitation. So many people do not understand how important this is. I was able to get a botox treatment from her for a brow lift. I also had a consultation for chin and jawline filler. She was so informative and I really appreciated that she went more in depth with the science and the muscle structure of the face so I could fully understand how to address the areas I wanted to treat. I was so grateful for her approach to my Botox consultation. She's great at explaining as she educates you on what she recommends. She's so direct and easy to understand. I instantly felt like I was in great hands. She actually recommended less units than I expected and i liked the results more than when I've been injected with more units.
