I drove all the way from the Inland Empire to Seal Beach for a XERF treatment, and I'm so glad I did! The nurse who did my treatment was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything, and the whole experience was great. Jonathan was also amazing and very communicative while I was making my appointment and leading up to my visit. Everything was easy, he even met me out back to make sure I found a place to park. I've been to several med spas over the years, and this one is definitely a keeper. Their services are not overpriced like you find at most med spas, and I really appreciated that they weren't trying to upsell other services. I was actually so happy with my experience that I decided to do my next Sculptra treatment there, along with my next XERF session. I already have my next appointment scheduled! Definitely worth the drive from the Inland Empire, and I'm so happy I found this place! See you next month read more

I stand by my original review and encourage anyone who reads it to check out my profile to see I've been on Yelp for a long time and prefer to write positive reviews to negative. Also be sure to check out the reviews that have been muted by Yelp. Needless to say, the response from the business isn't great. They don't take accountability; there is no apology; there is no effort to make it right. Instead, they tried to say it happened a while ago (it happened about a year ago) and that I lied. I did not. As I mentioned in my first review, I received a PARTIAL refund. I am still out of pocket $1,200 for services I was unable to use. I would have been happy to move that money to facials or something else, but they refused and only offered the laser treatment. There are a lot of med spas out there. My recommendation is to check out another place. read more

I did 2 treatments of XERF which is structural skin tightening with no numbing ,no needles, no downtime . Just finished the second treatment today and it looks promising needs few more weeks for the collagen to continue to rebuild. My gratitude goes to Angela who took the time to make me feel comfortable and to Johnathon to encourage me to consider the treatment at the seal beach clinic. read more

Guysss this place is a hidden GEM. They recently changed management, so don't be swayed by the negative reviews from before the switch. NEW MANAGER: The new manager Jonathan is incredible. He is sooo responsive in texts, and when I had a question about something he left me both a detailed text and an even more detailed voice note. It's awesome because they are soooo nice and helpful but there is 0 pushiness. They don't need to be pushy, because their prices sort of speak for themselves. PRICES: Literally thought it was going to be a scam because of how amazing the prices were. You will notttt find a XERF priced better than this place (believe me, I have spent a wild amount of time looking). I also thought maybe they would be cheap and do the partial XERF (other med spas that offer a similar price are only doing 300 shots - so a partial treatment - instead of the full 900 shots on face and neck). So in summary, the prices are ACTUALLY that good. Jonathan mentioned he was more interested in pricing it well so customers consistently come back, which I am grateful for! NURSE: My nurse Angela was a literal angel. I reallyyy appreciated that she took her time to make sure I was comfortable (she also re-applied the gel multiple times if it ever felt a little spicy, which I was so thankful for). It did not felt rushed at all (I've been to a lot of med spas and the usual vibe is they want you in and out). XERF: Pain wise, I would say a 3/10? For most of it, it felt sort of like a hot stone massage which was nice, but then in the bony areas like zygomatic (cheekbone) and the edges of your mandible (jaw) it can get hotttt. I sort of jumped a couple of times in those locations when it got spicy, but it wasn't bad, and I just laughed after each jump lol. The nurse was sweet and did everything she could to make me comfortable! PARKING: Seal Beach street parking - when it says 1 hour parking - they mean it lol. I thought my appointment was going to be 45 min (my fault, I didn't ask and just googled XERF in general). Rather, it was 1.5 hours because Angela was thorough and kept re-applying gel so I was comfortable. I got a parking ticket during the appointment :[ BUT the prices at Celine were so good I wasn't even that upset about it lol. Selfishly, I almost don't want them to get a million more patients because I want their prices to stay so amazing / for them to have such good availability. BUT, we love to see a business with good people and fair prices succeed. In summary. Gooooo! read more

As someone who deeply values wellness and spiritual alignment, I was truly looking forward to my appointment at this med spa. I had scheduled a promotional facial on Thursday for a time slot that was clearly shown as available Sunday at 11:15 AM. I wouldn't have booked it otherwise. I was genuinely excited to treat myself and prioritize self-care for the day. However, I received a cancellation text early Sunday morning, just hours before the appointment. To add to the confusion, I was contacted by multiple different phone numbers, text messages from two separate numbers and a call from yet another, leaving me unclear on who was actually reaching out. This lack of clarity and last-minute cancellation felt not only unprofessional but energetically misaligned with the trust I place in wellness spaces. Even though I was offered a later time, I had already planned a full day centered around healing and self-care. After the cancellation, I immediately re-centered and scheduled a two-hour massage elsewhere to honor my wellness ritual. While I had high hopes for this facial and was excited to support the spa, this experience left me feeling disappointed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning for future services. In the wellness industry especially one rooted in healing, energy, and care, clear communication and respect for time are essential. I send love and light, but I cannot recommend this spa based on my experience. Update 7.24.25 (they made me take down the other photos because of the phone numbers being personal ones) - but it was mainly to show how I was being communicated with. read more

Aging plus an 85 pound weight loss left me a hot mess. I started looking into facelifts but decided that not only were they out of my price range, I didnt want the potential risks. I saw a video about C02 laser At Celine on Instagram so I started following and decided that was the type of results I wanted. I called and talked to Jonathan.Hes very kind and knowledgeable. He worked within my budget and created a plan of attack. I'm not even done and already so incredibly happy with the results. Everyone there is compassionate and so friendly. I can't recommend this place enough. This is the right place for what you need. read more

Came in for the first time and really enjoyed my treatment. Christina was my esthetician and she did red light, chryo, and derma plane and a couple of different black caviar treatments. My skin looks refreshed and hydrated and I signed up to get 3 more treatments. read more

I purchased a 49 skin tightening facial. Adrian, my esthetician, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, explaining the treatment thoroughly. The reason I'm giving it the score I am is that it's extremely loud outside the rooms, and they push very hard to sell products and treatments. When I decline, I expect my decision to be respected without further pressure. My intention was to receive my treatment and depart. read more

I did a payment plan to use one there service but I havent used. I have told them that i'm going through financial situation because I'm going to a medical leave. I have contact the office by phone. And I get a response that the manager may call me back. But then I get a text from the ONWER that they're not able to refund me or help. This office don't care about anything happens if you cannot pay. Celine spa just want the money and they want you to just get a store credit and keep making the payments when Celine spa knows you cannot afford it right now. Please don't use this service Celines Med Spa will push for you to get a treatment. Celine Spa don't have compassion. Can't give any star but I have to put at least upload the comment or good review. read more

This review is merely for the aesthetician not for the company itself. I bought a package so I'm kind of stuck. Unfortunately the equipment in the room was not working so I couldn't get a micro abrasion which was unfortunate On a positive note , I had an excellent facial with Tracy yesterday. She really took the time to talk to me about products and tools that she was using specifically for my skin type. I really appreciate when someone takes a time and as she did. read more

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks now. All I get is a voicemail and no one returns my calls. I went by the spa several times and no one is there! I would not recommend buying a package from them as you will not be able to book with a person, and nobody returns messages. Some guy was pretty arrogant too, I think he works there. I don't think it is the manager though because I have not been able to speak with anyone there that knows anything. Ai is not what seal beach is about. Maybe this review will get someone to call me back over there! read more

Really unhappy with the service and result of a recent facial. First my appointment was cancelled day of and I was told someone would reach out to reschedule but they did not, I had to do so myself. Then day of the rescheduled appointment I receive a text saying to arrive 5-10 minutes early for parking. I did my best to do so but was coming from work and ended up being about 4 (no more than 5) minutes late to my appointment. The receptionist/gm immediately started hurrying me and told the esthetician "she barely made it" multiple times as I was getting my paperwork filled out. The esthetician seemed annoyed and rushed through my entire experience which was supposed to be a jawline skin lifting but was pretty much just a regular facial. It was the opposite of relaxing. She left me under the red light for almost 15 minutes which seemed long considering it was only a 45 minute session. The worst part and the reason I even bothered to leave a review - during some part of the treatment my skin was burned and now I have a red, swollen, painful welt on my face. I would never return here nor suggest this place for any treatments. read more
